P.S. Checked your old legacy site and posted a reply in your other post.
When you see a warning from Google sayong “sensor nt required” that is being generated a s a result of another plugin or your them that is also trying to access google MAPS. SLP has not had that warning since the author took it over years ago and never with anything that was version 4..
Your WordPress Theme or another plugin is loading Google Maps. It will fight with the Store Locator Plus maps. You can go the general tab and turn on the built-in SLP Google Maps but we cannot guarantee that your WP Theme or other plugin is loading the latest version of Google Maps or using best practices when loading the maps technology and it may not work properly with SLP. There are so many variations and things that you are trying to do with this one plugin that is now conflicting with the way the new google APIs work. The public site for one has no Google API. we cannot guarantee anything when Goolge turns off the ability to continue to use their maps without an API key.
Looking at your test site, does not appear you are using the State SLP Widget functionality, tjose pages are showing shortcodes and CSS templates on them under Arizona, nevada etc.)
CiciKeymasterOn the page that is using Lregacy Add-ons….those errors indicate you have another Store locator or theme that uses Google MAPS APi as well….the warnings that give it away is “Sensor not required” That warning is not from SLP plugin…..that indicates there is another plugin or your theme are:
util.js:224 Google Maps JavaScript API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
ax.j @ util.js:224

ax.j @ util.js:224
util.js:224 Google Maps JavaScript API warning: SensorNotRequiredIt looks like it is possibly coming from wordpress-popup/assets/js/vendor/fitie/fitie.js?ver=3.0.4.2

August 11, 2018 at 12:08 PM in reply to: Unable to reply to my previous post EXP results showing #57199CiciKeymasterI did not realize you were using the search by tags feature. That is not part of the experience add-on but the power add-on. So it is possible that it is a different setting that may have been “lost” if you updated Power Manually. Using Janitor (free download), you can check for the settings and see if those settings are the same (using janitor) on the new site. Do not use Janitor on your live site to reset anything.
I guess I am confused, looking at the site, what are the “tags” that you are using to search by? I do not see tags in a drop down box or a suggestion. I see in the developers console that you have “TAG TO SEARCH FOR ID ZIP CODE…”? I am at a loss as to how you are using the tag search. Is that a work around to not have Google query involved?
Then I see in your results container element <div id=”tagalong_legend”><div id=”tagalong_list”>No categories</div></div>
Is there a reason why you are using tagalong legend? what plugin style are you using?

https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/debugging-with-debug-log/
Di you test it with a regular WP theme? We need your plugin environment and the theme and url, I have lost track of where you are at etc.
A screenshot of your SLP plugin environment (found under info) would be helpfulhttps://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/store-locator-plus-info-plug-environment/
August 10, 2018 at 1:59 PM in reply to: Unable to reply to my previous post EXP results showing #57183CiciKeymasterWhen the developer gets back he can delve in to your situation. I have reported this to him. I wish I could help you now, but I cannot publish a fix if there is a bug. It works on my site so I do not know what may be interacting with settings on your site which is why I mentioned running the debugger I believe I gave you a lin to the page explaining what to do to debug) If you do that you can send the debug log. I am not a coder and do not have a test suite to run on your site.
CiciKeymasterYour content is pulling from where? Do you have some CSS in a theme??? This is not the normalresults layout. Which SLP plugin Gallery style are you using

CiciKeymasterYou can change the size of your image in your WP media library, play around with it . It depends on how large you want it. I have some that are as small as 43×32, others average 64×64…it is up to you to tailor how you would like to see them.
I cannot tell by that screenshot what you have for versions, settings etc. We ask that people provide screenshots of their SLP plugin environment (see posting guidelines)
You can change the plugin style under Settings/view. Again, that is something you would want to experiment with until you have a style that works best with your them and your site.
If you need additional CSS or layout tools you can opt for the experience add-on. Here is the doc site with EXP and what you can do with the add-on. As far as the MAP , see panel settings here.
Additional features are available with Experience add-on, such as Full screen map or Do not auto zoom etc. See doc site here. for additional map display infoAugust 10, 2018 at 1:17 PM in reply to: Unable to reply to my previous post EXP results showing #57177CiciKeymasterPremier does not include LOG IN admin Support to set up your WordPress site. Most people buy Premier to get the additional features included. You may ask for an invite to Slack where the developer can walk you through some issues when he is available, but the channel is for developer to developer (technical) discussions. People who are not WP technical could opt to hire the Cybersprocket team (if the schedule permits)
Unfortunately, your site was neglected and not updated so it is very difficult to ascertain all the changes that occurred with plug-ins as well as WordPress updates and your themes as well as other plugins that may or may not have been updated on a regular basis.
The email format is a check box. Go to Settings/Results/ about half way down you should see email format with a drop down label.
As mentioned the EXP javascript issue will be corrected with the publication of 4.9.19 but the developer is out of the country at the moment.
CiciKeymasterHello J, angela,
Your SLP page seems to be fixed. Are you all set now? Have you tried importing your csv file again?
CiciKeymasterHi Boone,
You might try daily, I have no specific feel for the scheduler as I do not use it and the last time I tried I couldn’t get it to work, so apparently I do not know the secret handshake. The time format would be the 24 hour format the same as what WP CRON uses.Lance is away on travel for the next couple of weeks and will have limited connectivity , I am not sure if he actually brought his work computer or if he has wifi so he wont be able to check it out at the moment. I will put this back on the radar. I will mention the AJAX. The changelog for Power is here , clcik on the Power product and you will see changelog
https://wp.storelocatorplus.com/product/power/
and release details for the base Plugin is here
https://wordpress.org/plugins/store-locator-le/#developersCiciKeymasterThank you for your response Rod.
The developer/author is out of the country this week so he will not have his development tool box to review and he has two large consulting projects he is working on so he wont have the time available to look into your unique situation..
If it installs fine on other hosts I am not sure he will get into this specific situation , i.e with LiquidWeb, unfortunately I am not technical enough to offer a solution, sorry about that.
I will mention this post to him, he may be curious, if he does want to take a look he can reach out to you. But he does not customarily log into any ones site without a retainer agreement for something like this. cybersprocket retainers
(Ignore the booked until end of July, it is actually out to end of September I believe, you would have to use the contact form to ask after you review the plans)
you have provided some useful information so we appreciate it.the effort and info
CiciKeymasterCould you use the Debugger (instructions here-)
to see if another plugin is generating that on the page, if you inspect it appears those errors may be generated as a result of your page template CSS and/or monster insights. using the debugger should help identify any JSON or javascript errors
as far as the import, was your csv file correctly formatted, i.e no sl_id column?
CiciKeymasterDid you back up before updating?
Can you restore to a previous back-up? it looks like you broke the javascript somehow. You aren’t using any legacy add-ons with your site by any chance?
Some known issues if you manually updated instead of auto update. See posts here
Premier should be on 4.9.17
Is the CSV file in your media library?Imports are a 3-step process.
1) The file is uploaded to the WP Media Library.
2) A background process reads the CSV into the locations list. It may run this process multiple times on slow servers or with lists over 2500 locations.
Starting another one just slows it down more and if your server cant handle it or if Google is deprecating your site it could stop in its tracks.
CiciKeymasterBoone, one other thing, just checking because we had a customer with a different issue , his was with exporting to a hosted csv, but may be something to check as well.
Did you check to see if Security settings are blocking admin-ajax.php on your server. or if a setting on the server itself is blocking some valid AJAX requests that SLP is using to upload/download the CSV file? Like Sucuri or a proxy server being too aggressive?
CiciKeymasterBoone,
I do not know if you are missing a step. I know the remote file retrieval was fixed and Lance tested the scheduler but perhaps he did not check off to import hourly because unless there were new locations being added every hour which would indicate someone would have to make changes to the spreadsheet/csv file every 59 minutes he probably wouldn’t be setting that test parameter… you would most likely not see any progress being made. If you set it to At or daily and add a specific time for it to start on your test site is it behaving the way you expect it to?

SLP Power not working with the latest version of SLP #57132CiciKeymasterunless you jumped upgrades and did not obtain a Google API key ….I need you to provide your Plugin environment and start a new post with your site information, please see posting guidelines, I do not know what versions you are running on your site nor PHP version, nor SLP version, nor your site url etc. Any info would be helpful
August 6, 2018 at 3:40 PM in reply to: Is there a way to mass update or ignore the lat/long coords of locations? #57131CiciKeymasterI am confused by your customer saying he deleted an account or “location” and an auto synch added it back in, Umm ?? If you delete a location it is gone, it does not automatically “resynch” or re attach itself.
If you have Power add-on you can import remotely, is that what he means? And with premier they can schedule a geocode time ….
I really need your SLP Plugin Environment to answer properly, There is no way a location will automatically reappear in SLP with just WordPress synching so I am guessing you or they have some add-ons…or have a Multi site network ? with users, i,.e accounts,
The other information about importing properly is in the docs site links I provided.
CiciKeymasterOY! Now I am wondering if it is something that Google has changed with their MAp API…I would not doubt it!!! Will try to remember to keep this on the burner, the developer is travelling this week. Please let us know if anything changes
August 6, 2018 at 3:26 PM in reply to: Unable to reply to my previous post EXP results showing #57129CiciKeymasterDrat, I just got logged out too when trying to answer you. BB Press, I didn’t close the other subject. I cant reproduce your issue but here are a couple of suggestions.
1) Change your theme to a default WP theme.
‘
2) try a different gallery style or add css to duplicate what you had before
https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/selecting-and-customizing-your-style/Lance did find a different bug, so try this too…according to the developer:
“there is a bug in the experience JavaScript that makes it do weird stuff if the email style is set to something OTHER THAN popup email form.
Patch coming in EXP 4.9.19.”It will be another week or so before that update is released , he is travelling this week and will have limited connectivity.
CiciKeymasterWhat version of SLP were you installing? What are your PHP and other settings? Version of WP? Are you using Extended Data Manager (EDM) by any chance? It should not be a problem unless something went wrong during data migration.
None of the columns you are showing would create an index that is too large.
MariaDB is irrelevant. The developer responded “I’ve been using that in development for years.”
Have no idea what is causing the issue on your site. We have not had a problem like this reported. Did you use them to migrate your site? If so they should have created a full site back-up for you. Not sure what else to point you to for resolution.
CiciKeymasterOk, Lance did find some javascript issue with WP version 4.9.8 and EXp. His note said if the email style is set to something OTHER THAN popup email form some javascript introduces weird results.
He is fixing bug with next release. I do not know if it will fix zoom as well, I did report the issue.
CiciKeymasterHi again, I just went to your test site and checked zip code 80013 and return was
The Pooch Mobile Dog Washing Aurora South EastIs that what should ave been returned?
