Common issues:
Debug with Firefox there is a tutorial video also under the Documentation page.
Refer to Troubleshooting guidelines , such as Force Load Javascript that can cause errors especially with Pages
A quick look at your site reveals an error within your theme : Failed to load resorce: net:ERR_connection_reset themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/wp_content/uploads/
CiciKeymasterLOL, well, I am glad it wasn’t just me….sad reminder, Google does not own the earth yet and maybe their “proprietary algorithms” (in a conversation over the telephone) indication is that Google misdirects all the time..
In comparison try getting directions and addresses in a place like Costa Rica.
CiciKeymasterHi Warren
You have Results to Disable initial directory and to show locations at startup, this interfaces with the Search settings. For instance when I set my results same as yours, no pagination, so then I went back to what my search settings were set to….,
The settings in search effects what is being returned as mush as what is set in the results (with Premier and experience there are more settings and so it becomes more complex)
Under Search radius behavior, (do not use, only use when address selected and always use). If it is set to always use and under your EXP/results is set to only search 50 miles then my pagination doesnt show because the results are constrained by those two settings, but if I choose under Search either “do not use, or use only when address is entered” the pagination feature comes back and is working correctly.
Could you check those settings since I do not have your site url I cannot troubleshoot from this end. When the developer is back online I can have him check the logic and provide you a more specific answer if you are unable to provide the url info.
Thanks
CiciKeymasterPlease provide some information about your site that you are having issues on, your Plugin environment, theme and the URL to the page with issues. We would like to help you resolve your issues. Are you using the SLP Widgets redirect to the Map page? If you could provide more details the developer or support can delve into your situation.
thanks
CiciKeymasterTo better assist you , please provide the information needed about your Plugin environment, site url etc. (see posting guidelines)
CiciKeymasterP.P.S I will have Lance look at this, he is ill today so not sure if he will get back to it today,
1) a couple of quick questions about your set up. I noticed you have a lot of markers on top of each other in initial display ; have you tried using cluster map markers to see how the display looks for you?
2) What are your exp/results setting in back end
CiciKeymasterOk will look into it…P.S. SLP is 4.4.23 as of yesterday, the patch was needed to fix pages…in case you are using pages
CiciKeymasterK,
No promises as to the turn around time, it could be next week, next month, next year….he has a bazillion business projects atm.
P.S. You know you can post in Premier forum if this is the account with the Premier subscription right?
CiciKeymasterOk, I will check it out further, I am having issues adding that to my test site as well.. It behaved as you explained, it allowed me to add but unless I added the zip code like you showed it came up inactive
But when I search commercial google map for that church it is showing zip code as 85121
and it is showing the LONG LAT as
ttps://www.google.com/maps/place/Vah-ki+Presbyterian+Church/@33.1364394,-111.8907672,14z/data=!4m5!1m2!2m1!1sChurches+Bapchule,+AZ!3m1!1s0x872af927b616fc57:0xc0040ff6b2793b7e?hl=enSo Google is coming back with a different Lat Long than you have indicated, for me. When I added the Lat and Long ()in Bold) it saved, I then left the page and went back in and it saved again.
But when You click on the exact Lat and Long as saved and as appearing now in the SLP Locations Manager, Google Commercial maps converts it …(not SLP it still remains the same on SLP ) because Google Maps wants to give you directions. I am attaching some screen shots so you can see what I mean. Apparently Google Maps thinks the street name of that church is Orchard RD.
test it out.
Click on the @ lat loing in SLP back end and see where it takes you on Google Maps
SLP locations manger may not be able to include that last identifier in Google Map, As mentioned in previous Posts Google commercial Maps has stated that its Lat/Long “map finder” and the algorithms are proprietary data. (They own the Earth apparently)
If you enter in the above as I have, does it then save in your locations?
P.S. What did you select under EXP/Map for the domain for Google?Attachments:
You must be logged in to view attached files.CiciKeymasterHi again,
Yes….and Lance says you probably know how to do that, ( you know javascript and hooks and filters) He showed me briefly, you have EXP as well I thought. You will need the Enhanced Map or EXP add-on. You need to add the rule using the store identifier.P.S. that is a cool idea, he might write in the script as a new feature for Premier, just not at the moment until he gets some other things wrapped up.
🙂
CiciKeymasterHoi Warren,
Could you please provide your Plugin Environment (see Posting guidelines) and your store location page site url?
Thanks
CiciKeymasterHi Daniel, Don’t feel bad, I had the EXACT same problem while the new layout was being tweaked. Stay tuned because 4.4.22 is being Tested and should be released tomorrow. If it causes you any problems please let us know.
CiciKeymasterHi Bet,
Sorry to ask you this but I need your current plugin environment here. The override locations was fixed. I just checked it out, I entered a completely different Lat and Long than what Goggle Maps and my results location had, I updated and it saved, even though I did not change anything else in that location.
I do know there was an issue with Importing the lat/long, is that what you are referring to?
CiciKeymasterHmm that is odd. I think I will let the developer look into this one.
