Are Subscriptions Required To Use The Product?
Not for single site users. But it is required for SLP add-ons to work on those who run Multisite WordPress sites.
The Premier Subscription is not required to activate single site add-on packs or to keep them active on your site. All products, those included with the Premier Subscription as well as one-time-purchase add-ons, are buy-once and own-forever products. They do not “phone home” to a license server unless you have network multi-sites. The single add-on packs work with the base SLP plug-in version releases at the time and of the same version number as when you bought it.
When your Premier subscription expires the products will not suddenly stop working, but new features with new version updates will not be available.
An active Premier Subscription provides access to all current and future add-on packs, the Premier Support Forum, and insider information articles that keep you informed of current and future developments for the Store Locator Plus product line. The subscription is a great way to provide ongoing support for the Store Locator Plus project.
What Happens If My Subscription Expires?
Access to your downloads and the Premier Support Forum will go away. Any files you have downloaded or have active on your WordPress site will still function as normal, however you may not have access to future updates to your add-on packs. Re-activating your subscription will re-enable downloads and premier forum access.
Are Add On Pack Purchases Going Away?
No. Users that do not wish to purchase a Premier Subscription can still purchase add-on packs as they have done in the past. Any add-on pack they purchase will be available for download and will be updated on an as-needed basis.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Re-activations

If you cancel a Premier Subscription within 30 days of purchase you will be credited the annual renewal rate portion of your purchase.
