If you load Janitor you can check the settings to see what some of your settings arte, and also cache for theme, make sure your previous theme cache clears

The second link you provided goes to the home page with home posts , I cant see what you have added there,,, but under the Find an installer url, when I click on “more details” it goes to the individual store pages as it should.
Is that not what you want it to do?
CiciKeymasterThanks for letting us know it is working, I fooled around with it on my site and then realized some of my settings were off. If you could rate us (five star would be wonderful) on WP as well that would be great. Someone left a bad review of one star saying that we did not get back to them and didn’t provide support unless spaid for, We always answer forum questions and do not ask for paid support unless developer has to troubleshoot and login. Really would not like that black eye on reviews…If anyone is unhappy with the product or support they can always email us or post here and we try to respond quickly.

CiciKeymasterUnder the Bulk action there is delete permanently, then hit the “Apply” and a message box pops up asking are you sure you want to delete permanently
When you select Delete Permanently and Apply. they are gone. Attached are Screen shots of the three actions, I took. I deleted “my town and Odessa Martial Arts…you can see on last screen they are deleted.
What version of Store Locator Plus base plugin and WP do you have installed? Could you provide your Plugin Environment information (see posting guidelines)
I just tested delete on my site and it is working , I have SLP v 4.4.26 installed and ProAPck 4.4.01.Attachments:

CiciKeymasterDimitri, quick glance on inspect elements with the above site url reflects you are using a version , SLP 4.3.20,
you need to update SLP to current version and ditto update tagalong to latest version.
Also there are errors on your page having to do with your theme you may want to look into that message:

I do not believe there can be a print button custom built into the current WP plugin I recall this type of question a while back , perhaps it would be something that is built into the SaaS development. But I will let thhe developer get back to you on that when he canCiciKeymasterRob,
Experience Addon 4.4.06 is being tested and my tests so far show that it fixes the ranking issue. If you want to try it in pre release form you can and let us know if that works for you ( as per the pre release instructions make sure you have backed up site and it is best to try on staging or dev site rather than production site if you have that available)CiciKeymasterYou can change the Results Layout

CiciKeymasterRob, One more question…On your settings, do you happen to have ForceLoad Javascript on? That can cause issues with ranking.
CiciKeymasterYour settings will not be replaced when you deactivate and upload EXP. As a premier customer, as long as your subscription is active, you get all updates included…the base plugin will eventually go to 4.5 and the older Legacy add-ons (4.3) will not work with the 4.5 versions.
As far as I know, Lance will get to the update this week.
CiciKeymasterYour updates and downloads are under your account. You should be seeing “new version is available” under the Plugins on your WP admin panel. You definitely should at least be updating SLP to current version of 4.4.26….. Refer to the changelog and versions for what was fixed or changed or functionality additions.
If you are being timed out look in the forums for suggestions (after updating, no guarantees when you are using older versions ) How many Locations do you have set to display in your manage locations panel?
If you search the forums using keywords you will find some suggestions and tips. such as:

If you look at the SLP admin panel you should see the latest news and posts, Whenever there is a version update of the base and add-ons that are significant a Blog post will appear there.
ProPack version 4.4.01 is currently the latest version and it fixes some CSV lat/long imports and makes the import process faster as well. (read about that under the INFO and news on SLP.

The developer is going to look into it, he has discovered another issue within the results display.
P.S actually you don’t seem to have all the latest versions of the add-ons since the Experience add-on replaces EM,ER,ES, and Widgets with a 4.4 EXP addon version. I believe all the add-ons now have a 4.4 version. You should see Experience download available to you if you have an active Premier subscription . If not let us know and I can look into it.

The developer will be addressing some issues in the Expereince add-on that can effect results returned and thus pagination. Hopefully in the next couple of days (he has a customization project to finish that is taking priority at the moment
Look for the updates , that will be announced. As a premier subscriber you will have access to the Pre-release versions once available.

As soon as he has a break from his current customization project, the developer will be looking into the Experience add-on to see if that may be having an effect on the pagination settings.
CiciKeymasterTurn on the WP debugger. Your theme /OR css is causing issues (revealed by just a quick look with Firefox , blaring warning comes up.) i.e resources Icons not found causing stalling out, css sheets cant load. As mentioned in Troubleshooting any JS errors can cause issues with results loading.
The Developer is working on a paying development project so cannot delve into your site at the moment. but if you can turn on your WP debugging (see troubleshooting) and provide additional information as to what is happening behind the scenes. , such as error logs etc. he might be able to point you in the right direction..this post does not provide enough info unfortunately. If you need more help after that and need him to log into your site please refer to the paid support options

That way it can be shared with the developer if further delving is needed. Lance is looking into the pagination issue today. (He has been ill past week)

In order for the developer or support to assist you we must have the URL to your site. We comprehend the problem without these particular Screen shots . A better screenshot would be of all your plugins or at least the SLP plugin environment and a url to your site (see Posting Guidelines) Having said that. you most likely have a JS issue caused by another app or plugin on you site , to narrow down the problem, if you deactivate premier and do NOTHING else does the issue go away?
See Troubleshooting regarding MAP not showing and/or greyed out areas. We usually suggest turning off the other plugins one at a time and seeing if the problem persists. If that does not show the issue, use Firefox Inspect developer tools or debugging. A video to assist you with the debugging can be found here. Let us know what you discover.
CiciKeymasterSome changes were made in Experience to how the parameters are passed to the map from the Widget pack. Can you provide your site url, the Widget Screenshot does not allow us to see the url that has the redirect to the SLP page
