I am not sure how your set up is configured but you could use the pop up email form instead of a direct email link. It is available with Experience add-on. (I am not a techie on the subject sorry. If you provide more information I can ask Lance)
slp_location shortcodes (Experience)

The anchor tag and email address from the data field to form a direct email link. If the “use email form” setting is turned on a pop-up email form will be used instead of a direct email link.

ERRORS ARE bright red , you need to fix it
See Troubleshooting and tutorial videos on debugging
Also you have an invalid key:
Google Maps API warning: InvalidKey https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key
See our recent INFO and NEWS blog about this
Google requires all new site domains to obtain the API key (as of June 22 2016)
CiciKeymasterLenny, I answered you in the Premier forum.
For better, more accurate information from SLP support, could you please post your Plugin environment and url, (see Posting guidelines) I do not know if you have upgraded to the Power and Experience add-ons for instance, or what you have installed,/ activated.
to reiterate here:
The switch current map ID indicates that you have or had Multi Map plugin active. Multi Map was problematic and it is a third party add-on (Debaat forum ). Check to see if you have Multi Map active, deactivate and see if the problem goes away. Multi Map add-on as not been updated to work with the newer versions of SLP.
IS this a new domain? If so as of June 22, 2016 Google requires a Map API Key This applies to every plugin and every site that uses Google Maps API

June 27, 2016 at 9:29 AM in reply to: store locator shortcode not working languge transalation store pages #41799CiciKeymasterI do not know what “dennis language” is…
What is “dennis language” is that your made up lingo for something you wrote or is there a language translating to something called dennis ????
As mentioned in all the previous posts : your listed SLP add-ons will not be updated if the language file does not work now. You can use LOCO Translate but we are not updating language files for LEGACY add-ons, only for NEW add-ons using WPML.
Shortcodes are in English and will remain in English because they are codes
I cannot answer your questions because they do not make sense and you are using incorrect syntax. Please use an online translation program to translate what you want to say in English and copy it here. Your English is not good enough to ask proper technical questions I am sorry. I have helped as much as I can.
CiciKeymasterThanks for letting us know Toby, I was just going to refer you to the article I wrote last week.
Yep, Google has been spewing warnings for about a year if you ever inspected your console. Your old site is grandfathered in. Lance had prepared for this event by adding an area in the back end of SLP where you add your API key. Other WP Locator Plugins did not plan for that event and are having their customers change snippets of lines of code.
CiciKeymasterP.S. I am reading the same in other WP developers support chains that are using Google MAP API keys, and their forum posters are reporting same issues.
CiciKeymasterHi Shad,
Just to clarify, the SLP plugin is not the issue. As you referenced this is something Google is now requiring for any new domains. This is not something within the power of plugin authors to control. Google is not selling an overarching license to any developer to allow them to use the map api for multiple new site domains is the way I am reading it. Each new domain has to have its own API key. We suspect that they will i the future push for pay as you go, as they mention the free API key allows quite a few look-ups per day. Speak to Lance on Slack and he can provide you more detail. He is back in the office starting tomorrow.
thanks for bringing it to our attention.
CiciKeymasterIf you haven’t had a chance to provide a review on the SLP WordPress directory for StoreLocator Plus, and you think we warrant a great review, we invite you to leave feedback there.
CiciKeymasterHi Benjamin, That is probably a plausible answer. I was going to suggest lowering your radius default under results as well. I like you site BTW…wouldn’t mind using it for one of our featured customer sites….but only with your permission of course.
P.S. read the new article, it probably wont effect your domain if you had it before June 22, but it is about the Google API queries.
CiciKeymasterWell well well, isn’t that special! I guess we can’t plead ignorance, they have been providing warnings in the consoles for a while now, I guess I will let Lance write a new blog on this
June 23, 2016 at 2:56 PM in reply to: store locator shortcode not working languge transalation store pages #41764CiciKeymasterFirst of all SLP and any of our add-ons that are 4.5.xx or higher are coded to work with WordPress 4.5.xx and higher, you are using WP 4.4.2. and you ahve all types of version mixes and matches so I am not sure how they will work together. You can roll back SLP if you want, but then ProPAck 4.5 will not work with lower versions of SLP, so I guess you need to determine what you are going to do as far as updating. I Know it is a pain, but WP 4.5 is what the developer is coding to and we do not support and maintain the older (4.3) or legacy versions of our add-ons.
I do not know if all those plugin add-ons you have had already been translated or not so you need to read the links above concerning language files and translation in WPthat I provided. The developer is not working on any translation for languages or WPML of older legacy add-ons. All WPML and translation files will only be updated for the new SLP 4.5.07 and above, EXP,POWER or PREMIER add-ons. It just takes way too much time to try and update every single add-on to every language or to WPML new standards, so he is working with them and will implement updates on only the newer SLP versions , 4.5.07 and up.
I still have no idea what your question is because I do not know what is supposed to be the difference with your german language and your dennis pages language links.
BUT I do see you have incorrect formatting somewhere in your results layout or your page template that needs to be fixed,
I see the slp shortcode showing up on one your front pages so am guessing you have an extra bracket somewhere in your results layout or your page template. Is this what you are asking about?
Yours E-Mail:
[slp_location directions_text]
Look under your results layout for this:
</span><span class=”slp_result_contact slp_result_directions”><a href=”http://[slp_location map_domain]/maps?saddr=[slp_location search_address]&daddr=[slp_location location_address]” target=”_blank” class=”storelocatorlink”>[slp_location directions_text]</a></span>
If it is coming from your Pages Template, use the default page template that was changed ages ago.
Also refer to these articles that may be relevant to what you are seeing, the second article has a tutorial video, I do not know if it is relevant to you. Sorry I cant be of more help.
CiciKeymasterHi Benjamin
I have your site loaded on my phone right this second , a very simple mobile device, not all the latest . I entered Tampa for my search and it came back with Spa Jardin Macdill….etc See attached screenshots
So having tested it on my not too fancy (as in not top of the line) Samsung Galaxy it works perfect. I can try to take a picture of my phone with this awesome page you have designed if you would like. I also used my tablet and it also found your store locator page allowed me to search and didn’t crash
I do have wifi turned on using my phone at the moment.
Have you ever tried Browsestacker to test over various platforms? I cant provide much more info than this , I am not a developer unfortunately. The developer is on vacation, when he gets back I will mention it to him, but he has a lot of work answering some paid customization and paid support issues. (thats what happens when you go on vacation) 🙂

There is nothing we can see on your site other than what you can see using Firefox or Chrome developer tools. There are other things running in the background. I have attached the error screen shot,
Do you or did you ever have the Old Store Pages add-0n with the old default page template? I saw something in the Results wrapper and page template referring to slp 4.2.1
Me using the basic Chrome developer “Inspect” console appears your theme.has error messages and appears to be using jquery 1.11 WP requires 1.12, (see last blog and WP support forums about WP 4.5 and jquery version updates.) somewhere you have this running on your WordPress site:
https://www.thegraciousgourmet.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.3
As far as your redirect message when you click on the website link shows this :
<body class=”page page-id-27 page-template-default responsive not-logged-in fiveserious yith-wcan-free shop-ribbon stretched-layout chrome google-font-open-sans yes_js”>
<div id=”fb-root” class=” fb_reset”><div style=”position: absolute; top: -10000px; height: 0px; width: 0px;”><div><iframe name=”fb_xdm_frame_https” frameborder=”0″ allowtransparency=”true” allowfullscreen=”true” scrolling=”no” id=”fb_xdm_frame_https” aria-hidden=”true” title=”Facebook Cross Domain Communication Frame” tabindex=”-1″ src=”https://staticxx.facebook.com/connect/xd_arbiter.php?version=42#channel=f258e9ce193730c&origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thegraciousgourmet.com” style=”border: none;”>
If you need Lance to Troubleshoot your site (he doesn’t fix other developers bad themes) when he gets back in town please go through a Paid Support and add a ticket. I cannot delve into your admin and site any further than what is open to the public unfortunately.

CiciKeymasterHi JT,
sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I thought you had been answered by DeBaat in his third party forum.
I know that Jan adn Lance have been emailing back and forth, but with the time difference and their work schedules it may be slow going. Lance answered deBaat about something slightly different but I think Jan was asking about a work around:
Lance answered
“Those shortcodes are only registered at specific times.
You may want to look at Power 4.5.06+ with [slp_pages] shortcodes, BTW.
The processor was extended fairly significantly for using the shortcodes on
most WP pages.”I am no techie coder so maybe you know what the answer was and if it is relation to what you are trying to do.
Please follow up in DeBaats forum, I notified him of your question a week ago.
June 21, 2016 at 2:35 PM in reply to: store locator shortcode not working languge transalation store pages #41731CiciKeymasterI do not understand your question…the developer has mentioned the translation and compatibility with WPML. He is not going to go back and redo the older add-ons one by one to work with the revamped WPML. Only the newer add-ons such as Expereinec, Power and Premier are going to be worked on for WPML. WPML is VERY slow in answering their forum and support questions.
Please see the authors post and news update here.
June 21, 2016 at 2:31 PM in reply to: Newest SLP Update (4.5.06) Incompatible with Avada Theme? #41728CiciKeymasterHi Duane,
No SLP is not incompatible , but there are themes that did not use the latest jquery versions that are REQUIRED by WP and will cause all types of issues. SLP uses jquery v1.12.xx or higher and uses the WP best practices in development. SLP uses and is heavily reliant on proper loading of javascript.
Lance wrote a post about it here.
Word Press stated in their (now closed) support master file that many themes that were not using best practices and noted certain themes with known issues. …you should request the theme author to get on the ball and update if they are one of those..
