CiciKeymasterWe posted about the ProPack needing to be updated manually from your account back in July and also in answers in forums and also in the Docs site. Please make sure you always back up your site before upgrading things, and check the release details of each version iteration, that should help avoid any future problems. So many people do not back up and then start pushing buttons, and I don’t mean mine. although that happens as well, I must be getting old.
Pages : Both ProPack and Pages are Legacy and as you know are included in Power. You know we have been advising that eventually those legacy add-ons wont work so you either will have to make hard choice of not updating SLP or buying Power…or you might be interested in the new My SLP offerings. (See docs)
I know the last update of Pro PAck still works but I have no idea if Pages is going to continue to work nor the capabilities. I will shoot Lance a message and he can answer when he gets a chance.
CiciKeymasterPlease read the posting guidelines and provide your Plugin environment, a screenshot is best. You reference for a shortcode and I am not sure what that is for did someone try to add it in CSS? Do you have any add-ons? What are the versions? what version SLP? The WP version doesnt really help us to help you, it is a small piece of the info needed
You have a bazillion fatal errors on your site. That is your theme and/or site configuration, in other words it isn’t something we can fix from here.

CiciKeymaster@ Sandra ProPack is compatible with SLP 4.7.4. If all you want to do is export your data you do not need the Power add-on which includes 5 separate add-on features and updated and improved functionality. There is also a 30 day money back guarantee. The author and developer has spent many hours improving the plugin and functions. Updating 20 different add-ons was not cost effective. The announcement in Dec 2015 explained the reason for letting the legacy add-ons stand on their own and to not be updated other than for security patches. The objective is to decrease the overhead impact on your system as well as the SLP system.

@ Elizabeth, aka timothy…Is there something you are asking ? You are glomming on this particular post but I do not see a question . Are you and Sandra working together on a project? CiciKeymasterI have tried various views, the plug in style I switched to was Default WP 2015 and then I switched to Hidden results, but the gallery styles do show the map. I suggest checking which plugin style you are utilizing and report back. Thanks

CiciKeymasterWHY are you not eligible to buy ProPack? I am confused about your question. There is a version 4.6.5 of ProPack and I just tested it, it is compatible with SLP 4.7.4

BUT if you are moving your whole WP data to a new site, be sure to read the best way to do this in one of the authors blogs, you can look at the sidebar on the INFO page and the menu tags, or search with keywords under INFO and NEWS). The author and developer of SLP has over 25 years of software, database, and computer technology experience and has provided a ton oif articles and insight , especially he shares his experience regarding things that can goboom, bang and crash your site(S). Moving to new siteCiciKeymasterAnswered, as the support indicates, you only need to send an email to support, you can tell us the issue in the email, otherwise we will see the order and send you a query as to what is your issue. Thank you for pointing out that the description could be better.
3 BIZ day email, means, if you pay and order support on Monday , someone in customer support will answer you or or before Thursday of that week.
As far as the rest, this is for the general forum community and I will extrapolate in a FAQ.
If you order and Pay for support on a Friday, realize that we are on the east coast. If the support request comes in at 4 PM EST, do not count the Friday nor SAT/SUN, the clock would start ticking Monday and a 3 Biz day email query or reply would be forthcoming on or before Wed the following week. There is also 1 day Bis support (email) and Troubleshooting Log in. Troubleshooting is NOT included with email support. There are criteria that need to be met, a full back up of your site , etc. before anyone from Tech support will login. Changes will NOT be made to your site. If it is an issue with something in SLP we will fix it. If it is an issue with a theme or another plugin we will not fix those but identify the root issue.

That view indicates that you HAVE NOT updated to the latest versions, we need a screenshot of your Plugin environment. go to your Info tab. You should be on 4.7.4 of SLP and EXPERIENCE, POWER is 4.7.1 ditto Premier. Update your plugins please, make sure you have a back up copy of your site.

If you are a Premier customer, any layout changes or styles are done via Experience Add-on not Power.

According to the Console Inspection of your referenced url. Fatal error messages: ” you have included the Google MAPS API multiple times” . You apparently have another Plugin or component of your theme that is also using Google MAPS or you have added Google MAPS API in wrong places. Read the getting started guide.

CiciKeymasterLance is phasing out some of those older styles, he is adding gallery styles so that new customers can see what the locator map and results will look like via thumbnail. But anyone who had an older style on their domain still has it. Your response that you could not see the older plugin style, leads me to believe that you are using SLP on multiple domains and perhaps you were developing a site for a new customer and looking for that exact style, am I correct?
I noted under your name you only have ProPAck and Tagalong. You did not include that info, in addition you had asked previous questions about Pages and I do not see that purchase anywhere. In any case you might want to try upgrading to Experience and Power add-ons.
In the future you must attach a screen shot of your plugin environmnet as it exists todat and the url that you are reporting an issue on. If you have multiple urls, you should be using Premier. Premier is a better value for you since you would need both Power and Experience. People who have multiple domains and using the SLP add-ons over and over again for new customers have been instructed to purchase a new add-on per domain,
Since that can be costly when you develop and /or design multiple sites , more than 3, the best value for you is the Premier subscription. I strongly urge you to update your versions and upgrade. These LEGACY add-ons that are a couple of years or more old, are being phased out and will not work with future SLP updates. Example: Enhanced Search will not work with SLP4.7.4

CiciKeymasterI do not have the older legacy versions . You need to download from your account and it will provide you with the version of your add-on that is in production. You can download older versions of SLP from the directory.

That is the only option if you wish to continue to use the legacy add-ons. It is the SLP version of the base plugin that will create an incompatibility issue not the other way around.

Is that screen shot from a staging site?
Are you on a shared host? What part of reports isn’t working? is it just the export to csv?

As of this date, the only Legacy add-on that will not work with SLP 4.7.4 is Enhanced Search…All of the other versions that are currently in production as of todays date work as long as you have updated WP and assuming your theme is following best WP practices, with updated jquery.
We cannot be held accountable for poorly written themes or other plugins. SLP works with ALL of the free WP themes. SLP has been tested to be compatible with latest Wp. SLP uses WP best practices.

The changes coning was first posted in Dec 2015, then again in January 2016, then again (a few times specifically about ProPack) in July 2016 and then again January 2017 (where the clear out your bookmarks was noted).
We are constantly updating, improving and moving forward. We are adding services, we are adding features (Premier subscription gets you all that and more features and functionality) the developer has also a new SaaS project and offering. He changed the site domain to differentiate between the WordPress StorelocatorPlus and the MY SLP SAAS store locator.
You should have downloaded the latest version of ProPack and Tagalong from your account back in July. See versions here.
If you want to ensure all the add-ons will continue to work with newer versions of SLP, you should purchase Power, Experience or better value for those….Premier subscription
The add-ons will always work with the version of Store Locator Plus that was available at the time you purchased the add-ons. The individual add-ons called Legacy will eventually stop working. This has been announced throughput the past year. There is too much overhead and inefficiencies of the softwareto continue to maintain 20 add-ons. It is not cost effective and not efficient. Some of those add-ons date back 5 years and do not work as well in the current environment. Just as WordPress is contsantly updating we must as well.
If you do not want to make your site using SLP the best it can be, and you still want the outdated add-ons, then you should not update SLP beyond 4.7.2
