Hi, we’re running Store Locator Plus ver. 4.7.3, and the enhanced results plugin doesn’t work anymore, when we try to activate it, it turns off automatically. We need a store hierarchy in our website, is there another option?

Either roll back SLP to an earlier version https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/q-where-can-i-find-an-earlier-version-of-the-core-slp-plugin/
or upgrade to Experience Add-on.
Enhanced results is a legacy add-on and is no longer supported. See announcements in INFO and news
