If this was an existing site and domain all the plugin styles would still be there, without you having to copy anything. If you are using SLP out of the box or with add-ons on a new site it wouldn’t automatically show up you are correct.
The author is trying to limit the overhead by introducing the gallery one click style. Hide map until search is part of the Experience Add-on.
Also, we are trying to get people to have one add-on per business site domain. Many developers are buying once and then launching or using on hundreds of sites. It is not forbidden but it is not part of our “fair business practices” that are spelled out in the EULA. There are some changes that new customers will see and existing customers, like yourself will notice if they are using an add-on under a different domain, or a new site. If you are utilizing the add-ons and have them deployed on multiple sites , we ask our customers to Purchase the Premier subscription. I think you can understand the business end of it.
But glad you could find a solution.
Note: Our loyal Premier subscription customers can always ask for a specific plugin style to be added into the Gallery style and it will be added. There are some gallery styles that are only available to premier subscribers.
You may want to look into the Premier subscription, I think your customers will appreciate the versatility, functionality and options available

What version SLP are you on? You can just click on the hover sidebar and it should minimize that whole hover window . You can also drag to hide any columns that are unused or that you don’t care to see under the manage locations panel

I do not know if you are referring to User Managed Locations and therefore cannot answer your question. If you are referring to UML, that is a third Party add-on by DeBaat and you would post in his forum. He does not get into the forums very often, he is in the Netherlands. If you are referring to another Plugin not sold in the SLP storefront I cannot advise you.
P.S. Make sure your site is backed up before doing any major version updates.
Tagalong is Legacy and not sold separately any longer but check the versions to see if you are on a current version you may want to Purchase the Power Add-on. Here is some info about what Legacy add-ons went where.

This is not a widely known issue, I have not been able to reproduce it.
Someone has either turned that on before , added Javascript, used Forceload Javascript or has CSS overriding
You need to Debug , if you need the developer here to troubleshoot you would need to go through Paid support option

What is shown when you use the Browser tools and inspect. You have CSS rules that are overriding. try clearing cache with Janitor or inspect your CSS rules. Enfold: Script I do not know why it is showing _lpchecked=1…but it is written into your theme

CiciKeymasterYou can disable initial directory or have results only after search under Experience/Results if you have the Experience add-on.
If your configuration or server is not responding fast enough I am not sure there is anything SLP will be able to do.

You have not shown your screenshot or provided us with enough information to assist you. what version of SLP are you using , what version of WP , what version or add-ons, what is your site url, php? version php, there are numerous articles from the developer and author about information technology improving your site, boosting server, configuration etc,

CiciKeymasterP.S. I cannot log into your site url, assume it is a dev site, therefore , I cannot nspect your page to see what else you may have going on. If its a theme conflict or if youa re not using the best plugin style for your site
If you need Login support that is a paid support function.
CiciKeymasterI have tried out various Plug in styles. The hide Map also works with Blank , Beside Myself, Big Map, etc etc,
In fact pretty much all of the Plugin styles that are NOT part of the Gallery style.
Change Plugin style to one of those Mentioned and then press save changes and refresh your page.
Doesn’t that work? If it doesn’t I am not sure what you are experienceing…Is this an older domain that you just updated or are you trying this out on a new domain?
CiciKeymasterPlease read posting guidelines, we need a screenshot preferably of your plugin environmnet and a site URL. Did you check to see if you have checked that the Google Maps API in our plugin are turned off.

This has not been reported as an issue and there are quite a few (over 20,000) sites using SLP.

Other than SLP base plugin? Install Janitor and see if Enhanced Map / Search / Results show up on any of the settings page.
CiciKeymasterWe posted about the ProPack needing to be updated manually from your account back in July and also in answers in forums and also in the Docs site. Please make sure you always back up your site before upgrading things, and check the release details of each version iteration, that should help avoid any future problems. So many people do not back up and then start pushing buttons, and I don’t mean mine. although that happens as well, I must be getting old.
Pages : Both ProPack and Pages are Legacy and as you know are included in Power. You know we have been advising that eventually those legacy add-ons wont work so you either will have to make hard choice of not updating SLP or buying Power…or you might be interested in the new My SLP offerings. (See docs)
I know the last update of Pro PAck still works but I have no idea if Pages is going to continue to work nor the capabilities. I will shoot Lance a message and he can answer when he gets a chance.

You reference for a shortcode and I am not sure what that is for did someone try to add it in CSS? Do you have any add-ons? What are the versions? what version SLP? The WP version doesnt really help us to help you, it is a small piece of the info needed
You have a bazillion fatal errors on your site. That is your theme and/or site configuration, in other words it isn’t something we can fix from here.

CiciKeymaster@ Sandra ProPack is compatible with SLP 4.7.4. If all you want to do is export your data you do not need the Power add-on which includes 5 separate add-on features and updated and improved functionality. There is also a 30 day money back guarantee. The author and developer has spent many hours improving the plugin and functions. Updating 20 different add-ons was not cost effective. The announcement in Dec 2015 explained the reason for letting the legacy add-ons stand on their own and to not be updated other than for security patches. The objective is to decrease the overhead impact on your system as well as the SLP system.

CiciKeymasterI have tried various views, the plug in style I switched to was Default WP 2015 and then I switched to Hidden results, but the gallery styles do show the map. I suggest checking which plugin style you are utilizing and report back. Thanks

BUT if you are moving your whole WP data to a new site, be sure to read the best way to do this in one of the authors blogs, you can look at the sidebar on the INFO page and the menu tags, or search with keywords under INFO and NEWS). Moving to new siteCiciKeymasterAnswered, as the support indicates, you only need to send an email to support, you can tell us the issue in the email, otherwise we will see the order and send you a query as to what is your issue. Thank you for pointing out that the description could be better.
3 BIZ day email, means, if you pay and order support on Monday , someone in customer support will answer you or or before Thursday of that week.
As far as the rest, this is for the general forum community and I will extrapolate in a FAQ.
If you order and Pay for support on a Friday, realize that we are on the east coast. If the support request comes in at 4 PM EST, do not count the Friday nor SAT/SUN, the clock would start ticking Monday and a 3 Biz day email query or reply would be forthcoming on or before Wed the following week. There is also 1 day Bis support (email) and Troubleshooting Log in. Troubleshooting is NOT included with email support. There are criteria that need to be met, a full back up of your site , etc. before anyone from Tech support will login. Changes will NOT be made to your site. If it is an issue with something in SLP we will fix it. If it is an issue with a theme or another plugin we will not fix those but identify the root issue.

That view indicates that you HAVE NOT updated to the latest versions, we need a screenshot of your Plugin environment. go to your Info tab. You should be on 4.7.4 of SLP and EXPERIENCE, POWER is 4.7.1 ditto Premier. Update your plugins please, make sure you have a back up copy of your site.

According to the Console Inspection of your referenced url. Fatal error messages: ” you have included the Google MAPS API multiple times” . You apparently have another Plugin or component of your theme that is also using Google MAPS or you have added Google MAPS API in wrong places. Read the getting started guide.
In addition , multiple error messages are on your site. You can check this out easily , see Troubleshooting . and FAQ
