I see that you sent an email to support. As they may have told you, just today the developer discovered a bug in EXP 4.7.10
he is working on updates to 4.8 which is a major update. The bug fix should work for you.

Not heard of that one . What plugin style layout are you using? Assume skywalker? Could you double check and if it isn’t showing the right style change the plugin style (on your staging or dev site) Did you change themes recently by any chance?
There is a bug in Experience 4.7.10. I sat down with Lance today and he went through the Experience add-on code/updates to find what was going on. He found some issues with the initialization at start up code for experience add-on.
It shouldn’t have effected the way the back end search layout appears though, it was strictly the front end and how those features worked/ appeared. Did you clear the cache after updating WP?
I was having problems with that myself. With old back-end appearing, but I was testing the new 4.8 beta, I do not have that issue with current production release.
Lance has been working on new SLP 4.8 and we have been testing for past week. The new bug discovered effected other Search and results (order by) found in Experience add-on. It is possible it has effected something on your site but I cant be sure.
Could you be specific as to what is not working on the front end? What fields are missing?

No, I dont think so.
, I sent you a separate email. Experience 4.7.10 has a bug. The developer is fixing and updating a major release of SLP to 4.8 , as well as the add-ons it will be available soon I hope.

Do you have a Google API? Without one you will get no locations. Showing screenshots of your back end checked boxes is not a screenshot we would need. It doesn’t help us see what is working.

You may need customization to accomplish the task. The developer has developed some add-ons to work with WooCommerce and may be able to develop a work around.
Customization projects require 1) Premier subscription
2) Contact the developer with exact specs. 3) Your staging or development site with full back-up

Update will be 4.8 , ditto all of the other add-ons and Premier will also be 4.8. But do not update without making sure you have a full back-up. Some of the older settings are behaving differently. He is using the new smart options. What you have relayed could fall into the Old legacy settings. If you had the layout from before the smart options were enabled it could be the issue. I will make sure to let him know. Which SLP plugin style were you using? He will add new styles that Premier customers ask for so if you are using an older SLP plugin style (under settings view) he may want to look at it and reconstruct or add a new Gallery style if he hasn’t already.
CiciKeymasterYou have not provided the required information in order for us to assist you. Widgets do not use the append section. That is part of the Search form section in Experience add-on. Note if you have added append to your search settings it will ALWAYS go to the country you appended , in the case you described Australia.

You have not provided me with a url so I cannot test it myself. The developer will need your url to see if it is something unique in your styling or theme.
he also asked me if 1) you tested the clickable phone number by trying to dial it from a mobile phone and 2) the site is deployed on an approved mobile browser?
CiciKeymasterThe NEWS was about server options since you said “lets wait” it was onyl to provide you some feedback. Since we are doing show and tell, I am attaching screenshots of my settings and the discrete filters, all 3 are working as described on my site. Also in the back end user interface you will see all types of documentation written into the panels settings themselves. when you highlight a certain line , such as allow selector or discrete filters it tells you what it does … such as “should I allow selector or disable selector” there is an explanation in the box to the right telling you exactly what it does,
I understand you are frustrated but I am not in the back end of your site changing buttons in a multitude of ways and have no idea what you changed first ,second, third, and fourth
I went to the trouble of looking at your site url and seeing the error messages. Troubleshooting your site is not part of the support forum. If you need a developer to troubleshoot your site that is a paid support option so I will not do it again. My apologies for trying to solve your issue. You can inspect your own site by using any developer tools on any of your browsers, I assume you are a web designer, IT admin,or developer? I am none of the above and I can look at someones site and see what errors might be on their site by right clicking on the page using any browser.

Have you added the Google MAP API in multiple places or is another plugin also using the Google MAP API or possibly the theme?

He has a lot of experience about shared hosts, servers, etc. You might want to check out the MY.SLP.com plans and see if that is a viable alternative for you as well

Apparently it was from your database naming convention and errors arose when someone or another programmer was moving /transferring to new site. ProPack is a Legacy Add-on and will not work with SLP version 4.7.11. You would either have to update to Power 4.7.11 or , if you have both Experience and Power it would be advantageous for you to become a premier subscriber and get it all , i.e add-ons and features and exclusive functionality not available with any of the other add-ons. If you recently purchased either Experience or Power add-ons (in the last 60 days) you can email support and request a coupon to receive a discount (for equal value if you purchased in last 30 days).
CiciKeymasterI do not understand, what exactly do you mean by “we did previously” . You changed Web hosts? Is your IP address the same? Have you checked to see if your hosts is blocking the AJAX jquery?

Please provide your site url where you are having issues. We cannot inspect or test or troubleshoot without it. It is impossible to second guess all of your other settings and plugins. If you do not wish to share the info in the forum you can opt for email paid support. We have not had any other reports from sites saying they could no longer use the Experience add-on the way that it was designed so something must have been changed on your site besides updating. If your site requires further debugging beyond what is customarily done and if you need the developer to troubleshoot your site there is also an option for that under support.

The ” Hide radius” feature was added to Experience and allows you to disable the radius limitation, effectively allowing the product to show all locations regardless of distance. This helps resolve some of the issues, but in the case noted above it may still show locations outside of the state, especially if your limit on number of results returned is a high number or a particular state has one or two locations. As an aside: it is recommended that you hide your radius selections when this feature is enabled.
In discrete search mode the data is filtered to match EXACTLY with the data selected on the drop down menu. If the user chooses the city drop down (it shows city plus state to avoid confusion in like-named cities) it will ONLY show entries in the database that match the city and state exactly as displayed. If the user selects a country or state then it only shows either the locations in the specific country or the specified state. Locations outside of those selected will not be shown. This mode works best if the “ignore radius input” is active. If you do not wish to ignore the radius on ALL searches then having a large default radius is prudent as the discrete mode will start by placing the “search from here” marker in the middle of the city, state, or country being selected. In a large state such as Texas this may not return ALL of the results in Texas if your default radius is set to 50 miles.

CiciKeymasterPut either city or state as hidden, you cant use all three at same time. Or you can use the WIDGET part of the Experience add-on and it will show all three to select from. Are you asking people in the label section what to input on city? If not then there is no reason to show them city unless you only want them to be able to search in the city

You do not have it activated so thats why you cant make changes. Delete the ENHANCED SEARCH add-ons they are replaced by Experience Add-on, anything that began with ENHANCED is legacy and needs to be deleted as EXPERIENCE add-on replaced them.
