Documentation site Power add-on
Assume you backed up your site prior to updating and saved your css per instructions and WP best practices? They are in the WP options table. You should have a child theme correct?

Please provide information requested in the Posting guidelines. Your site page url that has the SLP add-on. Without support cannot make a guess as to why your particular site is having an issue
Version 4.8 of SLP and the add-ons were released last week. Check the versions section anytime you arent sure. Deactivate your add-on and SLP plugins if they do not auto show
Update to 4.8 has been released. This should fix the issue
The initial set-up fee for Premier is non-refundable since it provides the ability to download the add-ons which is then installed on your site. We had too many dishonest web designers buying it, using the add-ons for multiple clients (and we assume being paid a hefty fee for developing their customers sites) and then cancelling it and keeping the downloads.
We have a demo site but have been having issues with the Ninja plugin that developer demo sites. The demo site is built on top of the now-defunct Ninja Forms app called “Ninja Demo”. The demo site therefore does not have the latest Premier features.
Not all Plugin styles work with the base Plugin. The gallery style they have selected requires the Experience add-on to be activate. It is an advanced style

Update ypour SLP and EXP add-on to version 4.8 released this week to see if that helps with your issue
The Ip address limiter was a customization and has been added to Premier .

There are various reasons a grey map appears, conflict with themes, plug-ins or Ajax , JAVASCRIPT errors ( this may apply to your site see troubleshooting )
In case anyone else happens upon this post. Versions 4.8 of SLP and the add-ons are in production (check versions here) fixed the issues. I will close the post unless you report issue remains.

SLP 4.8 , Experience 4.8, Power 4.8, Premier 4.8 all released and in production. Make sure you have a full back up of your site before updating a live site.
The features should be fixed now.
If you look at the back end under your SLP General/user interface tab and hover over the check box the full explanation is on the side.
“If checked an address can be pre-loaded via a URL string ?address=my+town. This will disable the location sensor whenever the address is used in the URL”

No do not delete, Lance did some bug fixes to Experience that is now undergoing testing (EXP and SLP and Premier version 4.8.)
If you want to try the beta version now and see if it fixes your issues we can send you the zip files or you can download them from your account under Products/Download if you log in at the WPSLP site.
The beta release for SLPis 4.8.beta 11 and the beta version for EXP I believe is 4.8. beta 3.
Only test those on your dev site (but you already know that). If the new releases do not fix the issue we can have Lance take a look at your styles.
Note: There is a quirk in some data sets that will require you to re-arrange the header row (first row) of any export file. Before importing your export file back in on your new site make sure you’ve checked that the headers have not shifted, that they have correct field names as things may have changed over time
There was a bug in Experience 4.7.10 that created an issue with the initialization of the add-on options. There will be a version update (to 4.8 ) of the base plugin and Experience, as well as Power and Premier. Please make sure to have a back up of your site (VaultPress or JetPack) before updating any major release. The bug may have dropped some of the layout code, testing is ongoing.

Hey Terry, the code , i.e. your attachment won’t show up in forum and will not allow me to open it for security reasons.
The code in the Search locator layout would be different if we have different Plugin styles selected from the Settings/View/Gallery style. For instance, I have changed mine back and forth a number of times during testing so not sure which one I was using in above, but I am currently using Minimal default, I also have some CSS. (see screenshots.)
But unless you are using an old plugin style that doesn’t work with Experience the selectors should appear. There was a bug in the EXP add-on 4.7.10 . Since my selector was working I’m not sure whats up with your. The Bug had to do with the way the results were working. We didn’t see any search form layout errors, but testing is still ongoing.
Note:
there will be a new version of SLP, EXP, and POWER that is being worked vigorously for release this week (hopefully). They will all be version 4.8. And the add-ons will need to be updated to 4.8 if you update the base plugin.

I see that you sent an email to support. As they may have told you, just today the developer discovered a bug in EXP 4.7.10
he is working on updates to 4.8 which is a major update. The bug fix should work for you.

Not heard of that one . What plugin style layout are you using? Assume skywalker? Could you double check and if it isn’t showing the right style change the plugin style (on your staging or dev site) Did you change themes recently by any chance?
There is a bug in Experience 4.7.10. I sat down with Lance today and he went through the Experience add-on code/updates to find what was going on. He found some issues with the initialization at start up code for experience add-on.
It shouldn’t have effected the way the back end search layout appears though, it was strictly the front end and how those features worked/ appeared. Did you clear the cache after updating WP?
I was having problems with that myself. With old back-end appearing, but I was testing the new 4.8 beta, I do not have that issue with current production release.
Lance has been working on new SLP 4.8 and we have been testing for past week. The new bug discovered effected other Search and results (order by) found in Experience add-on. It is possible it has effected something on your site but I cant be sure.
Could you be specific as to what is not working on the front end? What fields are missing?

No, I dont think so.
, I sent you a separate email. Experience 4.7.10 has a bug. The developer is fixing and updating a major release of SLP to 4.8 , as well as the add-ons it will be available soon I hope.

Do you have a Google API? Without one you will get no locations. Showing screenshots of your back end checked boxes is not a screenshot we would need. It doesn’t help us see what is working.
