Google requires you to have a new google Map API, it considers the domain https as a new site, other then that I cannot advise you because you have not provided the information requested under the POSTING GUIDELINES which would include your Plugin environment and site url.
Please provide your plugin environment which should show versions add-ons etc.
If you use an inspect browser tool you will see this fatal error message on the site.

Update your versions to 4.8
Under Settings MAP, select Image until search, In the show Image box, add the url that points to the image from the media library in your WP, Choose one of the Plugin styles (scroll to see various styles, you may need to use a non gallery style) under view to get the best results.

Patch in Power beta 4.8.1 should fix this issue. If no other patches needed and the beta release passes testing, Power 4.8.1 will be released next week. Thank you for identifying this issue
I guess I wasn’t clear enough. YES! IF you want to run with categories under the version SLP 4.8 that works best with WP version 4.8 then you need POWER version 4.8. Otherwise you can opt to downgrade your SLP to an old version that worked at the time you made your tagalong purchase whenever that was or just restore from your previous back-up. You have a back up of your site right?
The change over was announced over the past 18 months. No more support, updates, etc of ANY old legacy add-ons. If you do not see them for sale on our site now, that means they were discontinued.

Yes importing and updating and creating categories on the fly is part of the Power add-on and it has been tested with version 4.8. I just double checked and imported a new location and new category, as well as imported in same file a new location with an existing category assigned. They imported correctly.
What site did you export from? Were you using an older Legacy add-on?
If you imported to a new site the sl_id will not have been established , therefore that column is not needed unless you have duplicates in your database already established and have an assigned sl_id. then you want to make sure the sl_id matches before updating them.
There is a quirk in some data sets that will require you to re-arrange the header row (first row) of the export file. Before importing your export file back in on your new site make sure you’ve checked that the headers have not shifted, that they have correct field names as things may have changed over time. read about duplicate handling and the column header sl_id.
No, there are no products under the WordPress SLP with monthly charges. The SAAS MYSLP may be what you looked at.

Also make sure you have the discrete filter to just be Dropdown Discrete for the selector and assume you have set allow selector and address inPUT. It is difficult to advise you based on the various questions we have seen in the past. But that is where the setting is

Under the Settings/search. There are often links and most often a side info box next to each setting in the back end of the SLP. Just hover over the settings if you do not see what they do.

@ Simon Back up your site, especially save your css to an accessible directory folder. The update should not cause you to lose any data but we always recommend backing up your site before doing any major upgrades. see this informational post for more info on updating, changing sites etc. P.S. you can be added to the SLACK channel #talk-about-slp , when the developer is online working SLP or Myslp Saas you can chat on that channel and ask any questions of the developer as well as here. He does not check these forums, he lets support do that but he is the guru, so check out the Slack channel. That is a bonus for being Premier customer
Update to 4.8 is out, but you also changed your site from http to https. That equates to a new domain as far as Google is concerned, plus it is showing mixed content errors. MORE INFO ON MIXED CONTENT
Your site content is pulling some of the styling etc from http but you are trying to serve it over https. You mention you have Multi site, do you mean multisite network administration or just multisite? Did you follow the WP best Practices and guidelines when updating your site?

Assume you backed up your site prior to updating and saved your css per instructions and WP best practices? They are in the WP options table. You should have a child theme correct?

Please provide information requested in the Posting guidelines. Your site page url that has the SLP add-on. Without support cannot make a guess as to why your particular site is having an issue
Version 4.8 of SLP and the add-ons were released last week. Check the versions section anytime you arent sure. Deactivate your add-on and SLP plugins if they do not auto show
Update to 4.8 has been released. This should fix the issue
The initial set-up fee for Premier is non-refundable since it provides the ability to download the add-ons which is then installed on your site. We had too many dishonest web designers buying it, using the add-ons for multiple clients (and we assume being paid a hefty fee for developing their customers sites) and then cancelling it and keeping the downloads.
We have a demo site but have been having issues with the Ninja plugin that developer demo sites. The demo site is built on top of the now-defunct Ninja Forms app called “Ninja Demo”. The demo site therefore does not have the latest Premier features.
Not all Plugin styles work with the base Plugin. The gallery style they have selected requires the Experience add-on to be activate. It is an advanced style
