SLP version 4.9.2 is in production and fixes the delete via icon issue
CiciKeymasterKent was your issue resolved? Have you migrated your site recently? if so make sure all your data and WP content and libraries migrated as well ( see troubleshooting info about this subject)
The error messages I see (using browser inspect tools) is about the mixed content. Assume you migrated a site from http to https?

CiciKeymasterJaap,
You have Javascript issues. If you need assistance with Troubleshooting your site to resolve your javascript issues (these are not SLP issues) , that is outside the scope of the normal forum support. That would be done through Cybersprocket . Please note the SLP Paid Troubleshooting support option would only identify your issues , which plugins or theme is causing these issues and does not fix them.
To have a developer / IT person fix those other Javascript issues on your site would be done through Cybersprocket.
Lance is in the middle of programming for a customization customer. I urge you to either hire Cybersprocket, or if you have your own IT person, ask them to find the javascript issues on your site.
CiciKeymasterFixing other plugins or javascript (that is not part of SLP) is outside the scope of forum support unfortunately. For advanced technical and developer support, hours are available through Cybersprocket .
CiciKeymasterDid you happen to see Lances reply as well? UML shoud still work, I just don’t troubleshoot those., but it wouldn’t cause an issue with search on maps. Lance weighed in and confirmed other things are most likely interfering with Javascript preventing SLP to work properly. We have a troubleshooting docs site to explain how to check for these erros
CiciKeymasterWhen I viewed your site I see the errors. shown in the screen shot. I did not see SLP base plugin on the page, only the UML third party add-on. We have not been able to get DeBaat to update any of the third party add-ons , he has been unresponsive , I cannot troubleshoot that one.
But I did see you are using Foundation CSS with UML on a page. Lance discovered an issue for another customer within Foundation CSS. It was overwriting the plugin style in SLP. I do not know if that is the situation in your case but he developed a new plugin style called Metropolis to help with this.
In the meantime I have notified Lance of your issue , he will need your url that has the SLP search form and which site you are seeing the issues on

You must be logged in to view attached files.CiciKeymasterSorry to hear you are having issues Jaap, Could you provide the site url that SLP is on so we can review? (is this the one…https://www.alpha-audio.nl/) If so I am seeing errors on the page when I inspect with Chrome.
Also which plugin style are you using? I noted that you had previously bought some Legacy add-ons like Widgets. I will send you an email about upgrades. Did you have some CSS when you had ProPack?
CiciKeymasterAs far as your :
- This error shows on the top of the page – Notice: Undefined property: SLP_Admin_General::$addon in /home/sureinv7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/include/base_class.object.php on line 41
We cannot generate that error and it would only show to you if you have debug mode on. We do not see a bug on that line and it would not generate an error for SLP. Were you using debug mode when seeing that error?
You have no Google MAP API on your site and seem to have a static page. I cannot see errors being generated there from SLP
But do see what your issue is after seeing some of your locations had the tel. I inspected the elements:
these result wrappers and your location boxes are inherited from div#id from your generate press and something they have added to results ouput, A
someone apparently typed in tel: number for this one location?<span class=”slp_result_address slp_result_phone”>Tel: 011 907 0069</span>

I believe it is coming from your strict rules under your generatepress theme. I have no experience with that theme but it is forcing results from the div//*[@id=”results_box_output”]Inspect your site in the browser and you will see the div css which has all the results wrappers forced under it. (I have no idea when this was generated by your site or developer or their theme or if you have a new theme or if you were using a different SLP plugin style once upon a time, but it is taking over the styling). If you switch temporarily to a WordPress basic theme and use SLP base plugin and add in your labels, email etc I bet you will see it appear as it should.<div class=“store_locator_plus generatepress”><div id=”sl_div”><div id=”sl_top”><div id=”search_box”><div id=”search_box_header”><span id=”slp_option_js_search_box_title”></span></div><div id=”search_box_form”><form id=”searchForm” class=”slp_search_form” action=”” onsubmit=”cslmap.searchLocations(); return false;”><div id=”results_box_output”>December 8, 2017 at 4:43 PM in reply to: Store Page menu gone, menu items missing (dutch language) #55467CiciKeymasterThanks for your patience and loyalty. We appreciate customers who identify issues and who are avid supporters of the plugin. I hope this request isn’t premature but if you would like to leave a five star review about the support in WPSLP , I would appreciate it. (Im hoping to keep my job in 2018, that means letting others know we are responsive)
🙂
CiciKeymasterare using bulk delete or the trash icon? There is an issue with the trash icon that is being patched, but the bulk delete should work….unless you have too many locations on your back end screen display and your server cant handle it

Lance thought he had published to production but somehow it didn’t get published. thanks for your patience
December 8, 2017 at 2:49 PM in reply to: Store Page menu gone, menu items missing (dutch language) #55450CiciKeymasterPlease update POWER to 4.9.1
CiciKeymasterThe last WP update had security patches and anything at all in any other plugins that have javascript errors, or in your theme will stop everything in its tracks. If you have “display locations on your SLP page at a high number and then try to do a bulk delete the WP site can never catch up with drawing the page and it will stop both export and delete. So we really need more information specific to your site.
CiciKeymasterAnything that breaks javascripts will cause SLP to fail. Your cachescripts is showing as failing. Yo and stopping the load. The reason you see SLP map and search work sometimes and not others is because there is no order as to when plugins run , if they run first second or last….if you have a plugin that has broken javascript and that fires off the GET function before SLP, then no map etc because your site broke before it could load SLP.
You will need to Debug. if you need the delveloper to log into your site and troubleshoot and/or fix that is under a paid support option . If it is a complex issue that requires more , please refer your request to Cybersprocket. unfortunately, there is nothing we can do without admin credentials.

December 8, 2017 at 1:40 PM in reply to: Split: Sorry it was nother plugin causing my Functionality Issues with Latest Update #55443CiciKeymaster@ Joe.
I hope you found our help useful. The developer stopped his customization project to answer but it was Suzanne’s site who was over query limit and who had added onto your post , good example of why we ask people to start a new topic 🙂
Sorry about that.!
I am glad you were able to find the error was another plugin and we are very happy that you use SLP extensively to promote your business. If you have a minute to write a review that would be appreciated. If you feel as though we were not responsive or too slow in responding and do not warrant five stars, please send an email to contact us and the boss will get right on it. (and I will get coal in my stocking for sure. )
CiciKeymasterCiciKeymaster1.It is communicated when you update SLP to a newer SLP version , you see a message and it tells you that your Enhanced search has been disabled and is not compatible. I do not recall the exact message as it was retired quite a while ago. (SLP version 4.7.4) The post was in January 2017. All individual legacy add-ons have been phased out over the past 2 plus years and they were announced in various posts, twitter, facebook, news feeds and documentation. The Products page and the documentation site explains what replacement you should consider.
2. URL to select category is not part of any add-on currently. That would require customization. If you are interested please select customization. (NOTE: You will see on that page that any customization requires the purchase of the Premier subscription before the customization would start, )
CiciKeymasterI need more information.
Please provide your Plugin Environment, see posting guidelines. It could be a setting in your WP site, t or a number of things.
Are you trying to delete all or are you going through and checking off individual lines and then using bulk actions?
How many locations are you showing at one time being displayed on your WPSLP locations Page? see documentation on how this can be impacted by server capacity. etc.
CiciKeymasterCould you send the file you are attempting to import to Contact us? How many locations are you attempting to import? What is your page setting in your WP SLP admin panel? Are you seeing partial importing or error messages?
There is a new Power undergoing testing right now, if you have a staging or dev site you can download the pre release to see if that works for you. Do you have a back-up of your site if you need to downgrade to earlier version in the short term?
CiciKeymasterALso PHP version, click on SLP/INFO/Plugin environment. We cannot help you without this information. You do not need to look at the media file unless you are troublehsooting and need to view to make sure correct file is in there. if you have not updated or have updated recently we need that info as well in order to assist you in a timely manner
CiciKeymasterwhat version of Power and SLP etc are you using, all that info can be found under your INFO TAB PLUGIN ENVIRONMENT
CiciKeymasterP.S. Sorry for that long post above…You had a Premier subscription and if you had settings utilizing premier features those will not work until you have reactivated your Premier subscription. You may want to look at your credit card payment information. What gave me the clue to look ? The link in the mixed content errors. Your icons are residing in a different directory.
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.macduggal.com/store-locator/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://www.macduggal.com/wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/images/icons/PREMIER.png’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
CiciKeymasterCan you show us your plugin environment as mentioned in posting guidelines. Your screen shot is not the SLP plugin environment, it is just the WP admin panel.
It is under the Info tab. It shows us which versions you have plus WP plus PHP plus MYSQL.
What version PHP are you using? That was the number one reason people couldnt get newer versions on their site See changelog under Power add-on
Keep in mind that if you updated OTHER THINGS like WordPress, another plugin, or a theme… those can break Store Locator Plus. Or if you migrated a site over, check to see everything copied over including the libraries. SLP is the most visible thing you’ll see if your JavaScript breaks as the search form stops working. Nobody usually notices a slide-out menu not sliding out but a search for locations is front-and-center. Check your browser’s developer tools and look in the console for error messages. We’ve had several sites update things like their them which was missing a library, such as Lightbox, that breaks JavaScript and stops the locator from running.
As far as your icons. You are getting multiple mixed content warnings on your site:
