CiciKeymaster
Thanks for letting us know!
CiciKeymasterPlease follow the Posting Guidelines and provide us with your plugin environment which shows us the versions and any add-ons, etc.
You may wish to review the results shortcodes and layout in the documentation
and additional info for shortcodes, contact fields in Power add-onCiciKeymasterBottom Line,
I have re read and reviewed all of the google Platform MAPs API and billing and limits on usage.https://developers.google.com/maps/faq#usage_apis
I think your best bet is if you are importing twice a day you should export and have the lat and long already filled in if you are not importing brand new locations. And also follow the importing guidelines. I.E if you are using the sl_id column you would need to make sure they match the exact unique location. If you are deleting and re-importing all your locations twice a day and they do not have lat long you may exceed the Google limits.
Alternatively Google has suggestions in their documentation on setting quotas etc
CiciKeymasterI have now seen the same occurence across multiple browsers.
Same three locations show up even if i do not allow check off location sensor. So Location sensor has nothing to do with it.
1) Do you have Featured or ranking on those same three locations? If so look under results panel, bottom order by,. Always show Featured…is it checked off?
2) Smush lazy load, deactivate it when you debug, smush may be in conflict with our plugin3) You still have multiple errors on that page, i cannot troubleshoot while those errors exist, One second the page loads with those three locations showing and other times it doesnt…you need to clean up the caching and the errors

You must be logged in to view attached files.CiciKeymasterChristian do you have a recent back-up of your site? Try clearing the cache in WP. Also suggest trying (on a dev site or clone site, assume you of course are using something like JetPack or other backup service) cchanging to a regular WordPress theme and see if that correct the issue on the phones.
I have noted the errors in your console still and one of them may be effecting how the plugin is displaying in phones, i.e revslider is still showing up so is it being called or written into your theme somewhere? . Have you tried debugging WP?
The fact that it is only acting differently with phones make me lean towards a setting in your themes css but I will run it by developer.
could you please provide your plugin environment per posting guidelines? Without it the developer cannot pin point any issues.
p.S. I still see 8 errors on your site:Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
revolution.tools.min.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
rs6.min.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

CiciKeymasterP.S. I see by previous questions over the past year that you are using multisite, so MYSLP would not work for you, you would need a separate subscription plan for each site.
CiciKeymasterLocation Sensor is under General settings /user Interface /under the javascript section.
I do know that smushit creates a conflict with the behavior and showing the tabs in the back end so if you are not seeing location sensor or general settings that you can change in the back end admin side of SLP then deactivate Smushit so that all the tabs are shown in backend of SLP. You might want to check how everything is displayed after that.if this is your url https://www.floeintl.com/dealer-locations/
when I open dev tools in chrome browser and inspect console you have 7 errors on that site, one is under the revolution tools perhaps they are causing issues with the display on the iphone.
Also you have cluster map markers but are using the category checkbox method. I am trying to recall if there was a conflict with how that works with the category selectors. There is nothing changed in our plugin that I am aware of that would render a site not displaying using an iphone as opposed to opening in any other browser,
. WordPress auto updated as well to version 5.2.4.
CiciKeymasterSome suggestions and how the import works. I.E Importing columns with Sl_id, skip means do not add those that already exist.
Removing the geocoding key has nothing to do with the actual geocoding function charges the geocoding part is included in the MAPS JAVASCRIPT API regardless.
, The geocoding key has to do with referrer restrictions. The key added in the back end under Google browser, i.e “browser Google API key ” is the one needed and it includes Geocodes. Otherwise no one would be able to find your locations. I do not know how many visitor you have to your site but every single Map view, as in building the maps as well, each tile is counted against the credit. Not sure why you are importing twice a day but that is going to have a huge impact unless you have the exact sl_id, the exact lat and long each import.Have you reached out to Google support ? See how they calculate the costs.
Suggestions to reduce the Geocoding costs:
Enable the location sensor with the Power add on. Users will not have to enter their address which incurs a $0.0056 charge for each address entered.
If you have limited locations , set your Center Map At, Radius, and Locations Shown At Start to show all the locations when the map first loads. Hide the search form so users cannot type in a new address. This can all be done with the Experience add on.
When updating locations with the Power import, only import NEW and changed locations. Delete locations using bulk actions for those you no longer need. This can significantly reduce Geocoding calls. It is much faster and far less expensive than deleting every single location with a bulk delete and reloading an entire list.
If you need to delete all locations and perform a fresh import, consider staring with a Store Locator Plus™ location export. This will ensure the latitude and longitude are included — skipping the geocoding for those locations. Update that spreadsheet with the revised location data. If you do delete all locations , Delete the Store ID (sl_id) column before saving back to a CSV file. Import the updated CSV file with latitude/longitude on most locations (it is OK if new locations do not have lat/long). If you are creating the CSV file from an external source, try adding a latitude and longitude field to the source data; enter coordinates for locations you know (you can get them from SLP after an initial import if necessary), and make sure the lat/long fields are in your CSV file that you are about to import into Store Locator Plus.
As far as MySLP.
1) With MySLP there is a charge overages based on map views that are tracked. We cannot absorb your $1000 a month cost. We have had small regional store chains use the MySLP software and they were averaging about $300-$400 in additional MYSLP fees on top of the $55 a month Enterprise level fee, I have no idea how much yours would be.
2) No we do not give partial Premier credits.
3) Yes you would need to load the locations into MYSLP, probably would have to export your locations to a csv file, delete the sl_id column and import them into MYSLP, the SLP menu looks the same, , there is also a basic load transfer, i would suggest paying the one month and testing it out on a staging or dev site first.Your WP SLP settings cannot be transferred so you would need to have a full back-up and check the settings you had in the stand alone SLP plugin for everything, i.e if you use cluster map markers, CSS etc.
4) yes it works with WP.If you are using SEO Pages MySLP is not for you, if you are using SLP premier on multisite, MySLP is not for you.
To receive same features you would need the Enterprise, plus , as stated any Map views over the quoata will be charged against you.
See the MYSLP basic info about charges . See the Documents where the two can be comparedCiciKeymasterIf everything worked fine before with our plugin, something in your theme has changed. Sorry we could not resolve your particular issue
CiciKeymasterSounds like you have another plugin (or theme) as a conflict…reported plugin that disables our javascript back end is Smush (>). We already run minify on our plugins. Try deactivating one plugin at a time to see which one is the issue.
When posting in forums please read and follow forum guide and provide the plugin environment etc so that we can be better at answering specific questions
You can use the Debug in WP as well.October 25, 2019 at 3:21 PM in reply to: Locations Form not loading and no link on Locations page to access? #68600CiciKeymasterSounds like you have another plugin (or theme) as a conflict…reported plugin that disables our javascript back end is Smush (>). CiciKeymasterMy only guess is that the way location sensor is working with the latest update of Iphone may have changed on the device GPS end, but it is only a guess.
CiciKeymasterChristian , What are your settings under Search? radius Behavior? The third option is “Use only when address is entered – ignore unless user typed an address.Useful when city, state, country discrete selector is in use.
View the documentation for Radius Behavior.”Are you using Location sensor?
I cannot guess why it would work correctly on all your sites but not on the iphone.
CiciKeymasterMaurizo,
Also Make sure that when you updated your Google Console, or Account and add payment that you are seeing the correct API key that should match what you have in WPSLP. If Google generated a new APi key for you for your project, update it in WPSLP under general Settings Browser key.The results do not need to query Google to list, but actually drawing the map does need to go to Google via your account and each time the Map is drawn it counts against your Google monthly limits.
Hope you are able to resolve with Google and get back on your feet.CiciKeymasterI am not an expert on themes myself. When I look for errors or to change CSS I use the Browser developer tools and Inspect and open the elements. You have settings in the index that may be overiding the SLP Map settings
You have absolute height as 100%. is that what the setting is in SLP Map settings or is that setting from your theme ? What do you have your map settings at in the back end of SLP? See here for Map panel settings
(Note you cannot have Map height at 100 % in back end of SLP)You ill need to do some detective work.
CiciKeymasterHmmm, What did happen just recently is WordPress AUTOMATICALLY Updated everyone to their latest release. They auto updated. So if you didnt change anything, you might want to contact the theme author for support and see if anyone else is having issues. Do you have a back up of your site that you can restore to?
if you did not change anything, and we did not change anything..,last one i can think of is that WordPress is effecting it. Cant think of anything else
by the way I visited that site url and that page is not correct Instead of showing any map it is showing the short code. How did you add the shortcode? It is showing up as text [SLPLUS]
Did you copy and paste it from a document instead of changing in back end of the WordPress page where it should be? with a shortcode?
See the docs and follow along. Do not copy and paste from the docs site.CiciKeymasterI looked at your site and you are having similar issues others are mentioning, it means google is very serious now about having a paid account.
js?libraries=geometry&language=it®ion=IT&key=AIzaSyBsiNc3qUPNyRlVX6lPblR6-DmwNP2Jvl8&ver=5.2.11:74 You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable Learn more at https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-startedi was having similar problem when I had to change credit cards, apparently it can take a few hours.
You need to follow the links in your javascript error thgat I shared above with you.
See the google FAQ https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages
If you believe that your account is correct, you have added a correct billing type per the Google payment criteria and your Keys are correct, you need to contact google Support.
CiciKeymasterThe drop down under the search setting is Current or Worldwide The setting is under the SLP/Settings/Search panel
Search Address Nearest
Worldwide is the default search, letting Google make the best guess which addres the user wants. Current Map will find the best matching address nearest the current area shown on the map.Next make sure your settings under results, the radius are set to a large enough number so that it will include both countries….
CiciKeymasterSee troubleshooting as well…If search is not working
CiciKeymasterNot sure what the issue is, did you try using debugger to see if another plugin is in conflict?
could it be your recaptcha widget?

CiciKeymasterHe has been migrating servers so probably forgot about it.
I know he has not been changing any coding to add a new category selector. HE WOULD PROBABLY NEED TO DO THAT.October 14, 2019 at 10:25 AM in reply to: Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the #67907CiciKeymasterThis issue seems to be resolved at least for the link you are referring to in your post. i visited your site and searched and all went according to plan.
CiciKeymasterNo that is not part of our plugin
CiciKeymasterI believe I answered this but perhaps it did not register in the forum. The loading is dependent on your host provider, server , and not as much with number of locations. you can limit the number of locations to show in results. Properly configuring your PHP will also help
Please follow the posting guidelines and provide your plugin environment etc .
