Notice from our developer:
“Something is seriously wrong with FloeIntl.com’s setup — it is sending requests in flurries of 6-8 requests in a 30s span…their server does not appear to be saving transient records in WordPress which means they are validating the premier license every time a premier feature is accessed. This will likely slow down their site quite a bit as every page SLP is on will ask “is the premier license valid” to our server first and wait for a response.”This needs to be fixed ASAP . I will send you an email from our support channel and/ or have you connect with our developer on Slack channel to guide you through the issue. It would be useful for you to be on the Slack Channel where the decvloper can help you when he is online and not coding. If this is not changed , and our server is continually hit, it is contributing to our server capacity being used up by these constant requests.

CiciKeymasterNow that you have Premier, you might want to post in Premier forum. I had not seen your reply to loading locations until today, it was buried
I answered that though. Not sure what is going on, double check that you didnt lose that setting when updating premier, check to see if it is checked off. Not sure if your theme or configuration or the categories drop down menu would interfere with it but it is working on my site.CiciKeymasterHi christian,
The Loading indicator is working on my site. Do you have it turned on under the Settings?results/Appearance?
I am using the latest add-on versions 5.3.1
P>S you have some errors on the URL https://www.floeintl.com/dealer-locations/that point to this

November 26, 2019 at 4:54 PM in reply to: Power 5.3 and Store Pages showing 404 pages randomly #71459CiciKeymasterI just visited your site again, and searched postal code 2000 and clikced on the first result link to go to SEO page and it came back quickly with the results. This is the link I see.

November 26, 2019 at 4:48 PM in reply to: Power 5.3 and Store Pages showing 404 pages randomly #71458CiciKeymasterOk, Thanks for clarifying I Spoke briefly to the developer at a meeting and he suggested try flushing permalinks. With WP 5.3 updates who knows what craziness is happening, I have seen issues with people using the Avada theme whereas a bug was introduced.
November 25, 2019 at 10:26 AM in reply to: Power 5.3 and Store Pages showing 404 pages randomly #71393CiciKeymasterDeactivate Smush. (Yoast has absolutely no conflicts with our plugins.)
I am curious why only random pages are returning 404 on refresh or time out, we do not control any of that here .WPSLP is a do it yourself plugin and you host it on your server. . If it was a bug in our plugin it should effect all your locations not just random ones. I can mention it to our developer to see if he has any ideas , he has abroad base knowledge of servers etc. but I really cannot troubleshoot “randomness” for you. Every time I search and follow the steps and refresh your SEO Pages it is fine…I have noted there is a date under the header on the pages though It shows NOV 19, 2019 on the front end, why is there a date in there at all? Does it serve a purpose or is it something coming from your theme? That is the only anomaly I see.
See docs about HOW SEO Pages SLP works
templateDid you try using the WP DEBUGGER?
P.S the screenshot you are showing us is not what is meant by Plugin environment, we are referring to the SLP TAB called INFO that has the Plugin environment under it
CiciKeymasterP.S. You are showing me the Premier plugin on WP plugin admin panel, that isnt what I meant by plugin environment, i need screenshot under the SLP/INFO tab. That shows what versions of all including php and WP…
To do manual update follow here
CiciKeymasterYou may need to clear your cache to ensure that WP is updated and that Premier is not trying to pull in the old one , it is not an auto update on our end . download the Premier zip file from your account , you will see it under downloads. It will not auto update. And look under the WPSLP Info tab, shows plugin environment …is it showing WordPress as updated to 5.3 there?
I know my WP would not update to 5.3 because of my server too slow and it is a huge file.
November 23, 2019 at 2:23 PM in reply to: Power 5.3 and Store Pages showing 404 pages randomly #71296CiciKeymasterWhich url? I do not see any 404 errors on the

Not sure I am following your question
CiciKeymasterNo I do not want admin .
what is meant by your PLUGIN environment. it is a screenshot of what versions add ons etc you are using of our plugin it will also show your WP version, php and your site urlPlease refer to our documentation page for more infp
if you cannot select any icons you may have a conflict with another plugin but I do not know what versions you are on or if this just started happening after WordPress update
If you need to debug to see if there is a conflict follow this linkhttps://docs.storelocatorplus.com/debugging-with-debug-log/
CiciKeymasterWe do not have that currently. deBaat used to have an add-on called user managed locations but since he stopped updating them we stopped offering those third party asdd-ons
he was talking about selling them indeendently. You might be able to find him in WordPress directory or searching for him Jan DeBaat.
November 23, 2019 at 12:01 PM in reply to: Power 5.3 and Store Pages showing 404 pages randomly #71288CiciKeymasterThat short code Store-Locator is not ours.
Please provide a screenshot of your plugin environment and the actual url that you are using our plugin on
CiciKeymasterThe developer updated my CiCi test site to WP 5.3 and now all SLP 5.3 updates are working. I was having trouble updating because my site is on a cluster node server and gateway was timing out before WP could complete the update.
Hope all is well on your end
CiciKeymasterChristian,
Have you had a chance to update-or check for updates to Word Pres to version 5.3. The developers article should shed some light on the latest SLP updateshttps://www.storelocatorplus.com/store-locator-plus-update-improves-performance-adds-features/
CiciKeymasterPlease provide your Plugin environment. See Posting guidelines item 2
CiciKeymasterWord Press changed a Walker Class (base primary object in WP used in a few places of SLP code) so that the WP 5.3 version no longer works with code written for WP 5.2.6.
CiciKeymasterSee my reply
WordPress version 5.3 broke some basic PHP commands
Premier 5.3 works with WP 5.3
It will not work with conflicted 5.2.4 of WP and 5.3 of Premier.
sand we cannot support two different versions of Premier code based on which WP version you have.
CiciKeymasterI cant read this post but get the gist fronm your post in premier
please provide screenshot of the WPSLP Plugin environment found under the INFO tab . if youn= updated SLP and addons to 5.3 and tried updating Premier to 5.3 the error message will be produced only if you are not on WP 5.3…since I cannot see your environment I cannot confirm
Under posting guidelines
When posting provide your WPSLP Plugin environment found under the SLP plugin Info.CiciKeymasterchecking on WP 5.3 support and others have reported the same.Apparently we are not the only ones. You may need to follow their instructions on how to update WP to 5.3
Here is what they suggest
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/read-this-first-wordpress-5-3-master-list/
CiciKeymasterI have notified the developer about the premier update issue but it looks like it is a WP not updating issue
. I also just “auto updated to WP 5.3 but when I checked the Plugin environment under info it reflects version 5.2.4,,,WP is not allowing me to updatePlease go to your SLP Plugin environment under the Info tab and confirm or send a screenshpt showing that you are using WP 5.3

CiciKeymasterI revisited your site and it appears to be working correctly now. Let us know if that is not the case, or if you found the featured in results checked off.
November 8, 2019 at 6:06 PM in reply to: Locations Form not loading and no link on Locations page to access? #69988CiciKeymasterI am totally confused who is asking what now that I see there are 2 different people posting.
….Jonathan please start a new post with your pertinent information and follow guidelines. You glommed onto a post that may very well have been resolved.
Neither of you provided the Plugin environment which shows us what version of SLP you are using, and @ Jonathan
please start a new post and explain your issue, unless you are working with S Brost sitting next to him there may be a good chance you are describing different issues or may have different plugins, themes , versions, etc.
which makes it impossible for us to assess.November 8, 2019 at 5:58 PM in reply to: Locations Form not loading and no link on Locations page to access? #69985CiciKeymasterI am not sure what you are showing us, the screen shot clearly shows the ADD under locations
but if you want to import or export you need the power add-on.
Are you trying to import...We ask in posting guidelines that you provide your plugin environment. We do not need to know which browser you are using, it has nothing to do with the plugin back end
See what is meant by Plugin Environment
See how to import if that is what you are referring to.
See how to add a location
If you click on the ADD tab under locatuions and nothing happens then there is a conflict with another plugin. Smush it is a minify plugin that conflicts with SLP, that is the only one we know of that cstomers have reported as in conflict.
A sure fire way to find out which one is in conflict is to deactivate plugins one by one, if its theme, try switching to a WP theme.
