Craig, I am checking your subscription again and speaking with Lance. Did he do some custom work for you by any chance? it looks as if your subscription should have ended in Nov 2015. I will get back to you once I have spoken to Lance. thx

Oh yeah…. everything is woefully out of date, so SLP 4.4 wont work with 4.2 versions correctly, that is probably why you dont see it, and cluster markers wasnt introduced until July 2015…Here is the change log for Premier under the news article.
we went to 4.3 back last July – August 2015 and went to 4.4 packs in December-Jan
Everything is out of date and needs to be updated. First Real Estate Extender is no longer an add-on, if you aren’t using it delete it , its just weighing you down. It was a third party add-on and that person did not support or maintain it so we took it off the market and will not be supporting/maintaining it.
Next go to your account and see what is available for you to update, you should see the Experience Add-on which replaces Enhanced Results, Enhanced Search, Enhanced Map and the Widgets…and all the others, ProPack, Directory Builder, Social Media extender are version 4.4.their current version, are you not getting notifications of updates?
The Experience Add-on will automatically deactivate the old Enhanced add-ons.
You have access to the account correct? I see that it was purchased under Franks name but same business email address.
I looked under his subscription order and it is active and you do have all the current downloads available.

You want to change the results layout or the formatting of the results?
If only the formatting , that is done with CSS, and it wont be overwritten. You have ProPAck so you can do that already. If you are trying to change the overall layout of the results that is done with the Experience add-on.
We do not support version SLP 3.xx of anything, it is way too old. There were a ton of changes and updates and if you do not update no one can guarantee security on your site nor compatibility with the newer versions of WP. etc. We just do not support or maintain versions that are over three years old. You would need to purchase the newer version of ProPack or wait and purchase the Power add-on.
The SLP team is looking towards the future for maintainability and SaaS future compatibility. (see blog) Store Locator Plus has been versions 4.xxxx since I started assisting over two years ago.
WPML is also revamping their whole system in accordance with the new WP Translations rules There is a tutorial video on the translations and text domain strings
If you need the developer to assist you in updating your files and customizing your theme you would need to go through the Paid Support/Customization route.
you have extra spaces after each and every street address, take out the space after the first address and (before the comma) you do not need to add every column that exists. Also the second header is not address, it would be address2….

How is the location imported supposed to know which address line to import?This should not be that complicated. I cannot clean up your csv file for you in this forum unfortunately. As mentioned before, if you need a tech support person to clean up your files you will need to request it via Paid support and send the raw data files (in excel or google docs) to support with a paid support option or you can search for someone near you to help you correct your files.
You can use Janitor if you need to clean up what you already have added if you are not able to.There is really nothing more I can do without actually getting the raw data, please do not add it to the forum post , it is exceeding files sizes here. see your post above” Upload Errors:

Exactly what I was going to suggest, I am not familiar with the Theme that you are using Don.If you read the documentation about themes and Styles at the link I provided that should provide you some insight. You can inspect your locator site page using developer tools , Inspect elements. You will see where the display is coming from and if it is inherited by your WP theme or SLp. If it is your theme you can write some CSS rules to override it or change your theme to one that we know works with SLP. Play with the different styles. You can look at the demo site to see how some of the SLP plugin styles display, but it will quite often be secondary to your theme.
There is additional information under the WP support forums about themes as well and there are WP tutorials that can further assist youIf you have a low version PHP (less than 5.5) then you will need to load 4.4.35 instead.

Version 4.4.34 fixed the JSON response, but some people were running a 5.2 version of PHP so a new release 4.4.35 is out to accommodate those users. Please let us know if after updating you have any issues.
I noticed that you have drop down search to search by both zip code and city. What is your radius behavior set at? If you are using discrete search you should probably pick one or the other…
see the current documentation site on Radius behavior that will effect your user experience. If you want the option to search by address OR by city on the same form, then “Use radius only when address is entered”

I have not heard that from others for quite a while (since the zoom levels were fixed back last fall with 4.3.14) . If you need the “do not auto zoom function or the scroll zoom function” that is in the MAP add on or EXP add-on. I thought that was what was creating you issues. Since it works as it is supposed to on my site , I cant offer you any further suggestions. Perhaps if you update to 4.4.35 you will find it works better.

P.S> You can still purchase the legacy version of Enhanced Map, but as mentioned they will eventually be phased out and not supported once the SLP version is transitioned to 4.5 or higher. Possible at the end of this year , the target date. You may find some other features in the Experience Add-on that you hadn’t thought about that could improve the load time, efficiency, or appearance of the locator page. It is totally up to you.

The EXP add-on Pack is $250 currently, the $25 is the renewal fee. You would pay the renewal fee of $25 when it needs to be renewed in a year.Request your discount coupon to contact support using the contact form. A coupon code will be sent to you via email.

Something other than SLP is causing this, the Developer uses Safari to develop and to test every single update. He went back and tested again and there is no error. If you need him to troubleshoot your site you can provide a login and admin to your site URL. That option is under Paid Support.
You might want to look at teh debugging tools and instructions:
it appears you have a non SLP Widget adding a Search form. That could be causing some conflict as well.

The issue is your PhP version is not high enough. Lance is working on a release 4.4.35 to allow for lower PhP versions (which is not recommended by WordPress)…WP best Practices say you should be using PhP at least at 5.6….the older versions are not as secure and your site can more easily be hacked into.
Here is a link and a letter that WP requests you send to your host. A lot of these hosting companies (blue host and GoDaddy) have vested interest in keeeping their WP customers happy, they are frequent sponsors at WordCamp…so if they are not using the higher php environment, and you are using WordPress, this is a good opportunity to improve for a lot of WordPress users.
In the Future if you could follow the guidelines and post a screenshot of your Plugin environment . This is a good example of why we ask for this. Something like your WP version, MySQL or php is important to help define the issue.

I do not experience any issues and this did not pop up when I tested 4.4.34 ditto with the developers testing..
Please provide your Plugin Environment, (see guidance here) which will include versions of all the add-ons, Premier , Exp etc.
Premier is version 4.4.03 , you should be using Experience add on as well if you are current on your subscription. (it will replace, deactivate the Enhanced Search, Enhanced Results etc, it will update and not re-set) There is also a new release 4.4.35 for people who are using old versions of php
With the new format the clusters checkbox is not where you may have seen it before.
It is under Experience/Map/and about half way down a section called Premier. Your back end under Map should look like this if you have EXP 4.4.xx and Premier 4.4.01 or higher

Scroll down and click the other subscription shown as April 17 2015 beginning with #29xxx.
That one is considered the Parent for some reason and is clickable and you can view it. That is the one that is currently active until 2016, it looks like the other one in your account at the top of the page (the one starting with #37xxx,) is a child or renewal, or something different. I don’t know what is going on with WooCommerce on that one.
Can you do what you need to do with the #29xxx subscription?
I will ask Lance at some point if there is a way to modify or clear it, in the meantime

FAQ Review the hgints and tips under FAQ and the Documentation about Imports and CV file formatsA screen shot like what you provided does not provide us enough information to help you. The actual CSV file might give us a clue, but you can review that yourself and ensure it was set up or converted from excel etc, correctly.
But , in this case, just by looking at your screen shot (without a CSV file to compare), I can surmise that you have some errors in your CSV file. See the first line that does not have a street address? Agri-AFC (Arabi)
Look at that phone number, it is missing a leading parentheses whereas all the others have the leading parentheses, ditto the next line. This tells me that it is probably in the wrong column or not separated by a comma, or the parentheses around the store name is being read incorrectly (in which case put it in quotes, ) orthere is a special character in those address lines that caused them to not import correctly. Review your CSV file and you will probably be able to see the errors.
The new release is published and skipped ahead to 4.4.34. That should fix your JSON issue.
Please let us know if it doesn’t.
ThxThat is great Rob,,,,by the way SLP 4.4.34 fixes the JSON issue and is out and published. While testing (that is why it is now 4.4.34) I found an error in how Enhanced Search was not keeping the radius box selectors checked or unchecked. So perhaps what you found was similar to that and it just didn’t clear out when you updated to EXP. Anyway it is also fixed in 4.4.34, so update would be good for you now.
Lance looked at your sites as well, I was going to write to you earlier but got tied up with the new releases. He said
slpexperience_settings on the STAGING site has immediately_show_locations = “0″
slpexperience_settings on the LIVE site has immediately_show_locations = “1″
You can see it in Firebug the same way you can look at SLPLUS stuff.
So it sounds like that slp_options had to be cleared, perhaps it was leftover as you mentioned form the custom theme?

That feature wasnt available on 4.2 versions , you need to upgrade to the current versions , please provide your plugin environment when posting per the guidelines, thx
That sounds good. I agree it does sound odd if all the versions are updated to the same degree and you aren’t having AJAX blocked on the live site. If it isn’t resolved after the 4.4.31 update than I will ask Lance to delve into it when he has a moment.
