Please provide a copy of your plugin environment, screenshot is best, and also your URl. as requested in the Posting guidelines.
I cannot really help you without that information, the posting guidelines suggest you update versions first. Troubleshooting also provides guidance, i.e what can cause issues with your maps locations etc…also check your settings, radius etc…what add-ons if any you have. Please provide details, otherwise I can only make guesses as to what your particular issues are.

Are you revamping this site or just updating everything? It seems that there are some leftover plugins or themes that are not using the latest jquery v in accordance with the WP 4.5.3 updates.
Your slow search and results loading are attributable to the theme and/or another Plugin that is still using jquery v1.11, it is preventing AJAX from performing its function . SLP needs AJAX to execute. Someone sent an email to support, not sure if it was you or another person working on the https://lanza.com/salon-locator/
Troubleshooting is where you will find how to debug but also the link to the WP jquery updates.We answered that email as well.Try turning off your plugins one by one, and/or change to the latest WP theme to see how it then works. The ProPack 4.5.07 with Reportsexport is under a separtate tab called reports now if you ahve updated to the latest SLP 4.5.08 xx and above you need to download the current version of ProPack from your account. Otherwise you may opt to Upgrade to the newer Power add-on.
The export search reports has been tested and works with 4.5.07. if you need to post an update please start a new thread and provide the versions tab under PLUGIN environment.

Sorry I thought I answered you last night but was multi tasking and lost it. Ok, So here is some new updates and I have a couple of questions.
Could you provide me with this info what is your
1) Theme (WP)
2) what SLP plugin style are you using
Here are some updates
# 1 SLP pre release Beta 4.5.10 (pertains to teh INFO about Google API keys) I assume you have an API key if you needed one for a lot of queries.
#2 Power latest production release as 4.5.09 that had fixes for the icons and markers used by Categories (formerly Tagalong). I discovered one small bug with that version of Power the General/Data enable check boxes are visible and you can check then off and they do seem to work for the locations manager but they do not appear with the checkbox when you go back to them. Lance has been notified of this minor bug.
#3 Premier was throwing an error with the Power categories enabled. Thus Premier 4.5.10. beta 4 is in pre release and fixes that bug and error message is gone. It will be published and released in Production mode if Lance can get to it before he is in the air (on biz travel). If you can test the Pre releases on your dev or staging site that would be great, the more who test the better since there are so many options for settings I cant test them all.
About your load time, I still do not have an answer. Are you loading using a different language with WPML (no idea how that would effect it, just gathering info)
I am not familiar with PHP 7.0.xxxxxso that is something you and Lance would have to discuss/ it could be something quirky with your configuration
About the Import file.
—On your Dev or staging site Are you displaying more than 50 locations on your admin page? Lance added under GENERAL/ADMIN a reset button because so many people were timing out not knowing they had pages set to 3000 or some high number in locations admin panel for viewing and that was timing out the server causing errors and issues and blank pages,
—-Have you tried to use Janitor to check to see what settings might be lingering in the background that for some reason didn’t clear out of Locations or Options_nojs when you updated?.
As far as your layout, Probably not helpful for your situation but I am graspoing here: under Premier there is a check box under EXP/RESULTS that pertains to not wrapping “When checked do not wrap the individual location search results in a div.Useful for plugin styles that provide their own non-div wrappers such as tr.” (pertaining to tables),The rle is there for HTML and CSS gurus to ensure layout table rows.
If you would like to send the CSV file I can take a look at it for you when I have a chance, send it to support email. I am holding down the fort while Lance is travelling
@Chris this is working properly. You say you have Premier, could you please provide a screenshot of your Plugin Environment so I can see what you have activated? There was an issue with Premier and Power involving categories , I am unaware of an issue with other functions but there is a new Premier beta release 4.5.10 beta that I am testing and it didnt break labels but it is having issues a bug with the Tagalong (formerly known as) in Power/
If you are a Premier active subscriber you should be posting in the Premier forum, those posts get first look and repsonses
Could you be more explicit, what box are you changing the labels. I just tested it again and it works fine, you do not have to put a blank in and save and delete but that method worked before. I am testing labels under Experience/Search and changed the address label and it saved perfectly but I am not checking every box so if you could narrow it down and provide your Plugin Environment as it looks now that would help.

I wanted to make you are aware that when you upgrade to 4.5.08 or 4.5.09 of SLP it will disable your ProPAck 4.5 version. you will need to log into your account and upload the current version 4.5.08 there. Ditto you should update Tagalong.
Please note those two add-ons are incorporated into the Power Add-on and we are offering coupons to those people who purchased them before. If you ahve not received an email invite to use the Power coupon please let us know or send a request to support.

Could this part of your theme have been creating an issue? I have seen other sites with the animate.css without issues but I am no developer so would not want to make a definitive statement regarding that piece of the code.
Your site appears to be working now, (or was that just a test site) if it is not working the way you intended please let us know.

I am asking Lance if he can weigh in on this issue. So thanks to your excellent information we know its not the csv file so now I am wondering if it is some other settings or plugin or theme, or back to the WPML issues.
The layout issues should not be issues if you are saving your changes, Of course always suggest saving to a back up file. I did have to reset my tagalong legend shortcode under my view . Power with Premier had a bug in latest update. Power pre-release 4.5.09 fixed the issue but if you had Premier on there was still a bug there. That dealt with markers and categories (formerly Tagalong) Lance is fixing that bug now.

Please provide a screenshot of Your Plugin Environment, you have more than just the SLP base plugin when I view your site.
And I have no idea how you are getting the drop down menu with a list to select from unless you have either ProPack, tagalong, or the Power add-on. How are you creating the list with the dropdown menu? as well.
1) Yet when you disable Anspress the Store Locator Plus works the way you expect it to. Are they also your theme provider? We cant tell you how many times we hear this from the theme developers…it isn’t us its you. It is easy to figure out.
2) Turn off Plugins one by one, change theme to a standard WP theme and see how your results display. Also when I loaded your site and selected “any” and default of 50 miles many many markers showed up. Have you tried changing your results settings to display more and a larger radius?
3) What are your settings under Experience , i.e. under search, under results? Do you have show 50 and radius 10000 under the results settings in your UI? As far as search, Do you have only load after selection made?
4) Error message about png. that is a media format and there shouldn’t be a symbol in front of it. Where did you obtain those markers? We do not have heart markers like that so assume you must have them residing somewhere else or it was from an old icon set. You can load the icons into the WP Media area under Tagalong and use that URL instead. As mentioned I do not know if you were using, tagalong or ProPAck and/or what version
There is something strange and a conflict somewhere because I see this error message:

Ok, Are you trying to import using an sl_id?
That is not required.
It is added on Exports, true but you do not have anything in that field , you do not want to import those since when you import them on your new site SLP will assign new sl_id. That is specific for people who have specific store ids they want to upload.
See the documentation for Power and imports :
Special Processing
If the sl_id column is present the import will look for a pre-existing location with the same ID and update it.
I think I may Have lost the thread here. is your issue just the import bulk now? Try importing without sl_id column

You are using a discontinued icon set, what you can do is load the icons into the WP Media area and use that URL. The larger icon sets really slow down admin and should not be used… using the old plugin icons or any old versions not supported would break with SLP 4.5.09

Premier should be on 4.5.09
experience addon is 4.5.08 and Power is 4.5.08…since SLP is 4.5.07 I do not think you have updated to latest versions.
After you update clear the cache.
How are you importing , i,e Via a CSV file upload or a hosted url? Are your data fields set up correctly, what do you have marked for the Import functions Are you using Power latest version. See screenshot for the import UI
The screenshot I have attached is using Power. Power is much faster than ProPack etc. so I am surprised you are having this difficulty.
Is your server timing out ?
Word Press recommends PHP 5.6 as a minimum, your host is 5.3

P.S. Jacob could you provide your Plugin environment, your Plugin environment will show the PHP version and MYSQL version…we have discovered that some issues occurred with the last update if your host has PHP 5.4. or lower…Could you check and let us know? 4.5.09 is coming out that will allow lower versions of PHP to work.

Also I now have a legacy site and am using it to test and recreate any issues with legacy add-ons and compatibility. The zoom issues were fixed a while ago, in March I believe. As far as initial radius display more than 5000 I have not seen that happen, but having intial amounts to show at 100 locations is not recommeneded, we suggest 50,
Mine is set at 50/ 10,000. It works fine so far, I am adding more locations to that Legacy site to test as many variables as possible
As mentioned FORCELoad javascript is not preferred method because that will break other things on SLP. Suggest update or request update of your theme authors or plugins that are not currently at jquery 1.12 .
Try this with the labels and yes SLP is now on 4.5.08
delete them and then just hit the space bar inside the box to put in a space. Then save changes. Then go back in and enter your labels. Something messed up that function in SLP 4.5.07 . I tested it and it worked for me…let me know
If you could share with the forum what exactly you have for your Plugin Environment before and now? and your site url..(See Posting guidelines) .we have not heard about ES being broken
And before using or suggesting others to use Forceload Javascript which is HIGHLY discouraged read this Troubleshooting information . SLP cannot support and have it be re-written to support poorly written themes or themes using old jquery versions not compatible with WP 4.5.2 If all your issues started when you updated WP to 4.5. please read information that was posted on Lances Blog and on many WP support forums. One of your Plugins or your theme is using jquery version 1.11….that is what probably “broke” your search map. It would be best to have your theme or other plugins author update to the new jquery version as advised by WP and other security

Yes, that is a known bug and is fixed with SLP and ProPAck and the other add-ons that are now at 4.5.08 in beta testing as a pre release. Sorry for the inconvenience. I beat up the developer over this and he got right on it.

Are you saying you have Store Locator Plus 3.14 or WP 3.14?
If you were using SLP 3.14 you never had the ability to export. That feature was introduced with SLP4 and ProPack and was announced as being in Beta testing in Sept 2013 with SLP 4 also in beta testing. . You should save the csv file you say you already have and use that for import.
The only orders I see associated with your name (if you are @blueaardvark.ca) was the free forum registration in 2013. Perhaps you were using a different Store locator product at one time I do not see any paid add-ons with your name and to have import or export capabilities you would have ProPack . you cannot mix versions, 3 and 4 of any of our products and there is no longer any support provided for versions 3.
The ProPack EXPORT functionality was released in 2014 I believe. (Lance posted a blog about it)
Not sure what to tell you other than I hope you have a copy of your CSV files and you will need to purchase some add-ons to be able to get the site back up and running to import with the SLP 4.5 base plugin

Power should be much faster, Have you tried it 4.5.07 or 4.5.08 (beta) with the current version of SLP? I did imports and have css and the import went so quickly I didnt know it happened. Those improvements were released recently. If you update SLP you will be required to update the other add-ons. Things that were in SLP have been moved to the add-ons. (see the changelogs for SLP and what was changed in last release) . BUT as a cautionary, there were some bugs in one of the Power releases athat are being addressed now with 4.5.08 (beta testing now) I think your issues might go away with using the power add-on with the new release.
I will take a look at your site in the meantime, the developer definitely wants to know if anything he is changing is having an impact on load times etc
P.S. With Power, if you aren’t using (STORE) Pages, you do need to go to general settings and check OFF enabling pages. That should help performance
The developer has been working with WPML on issues that WPML is having. See his post
as far as other labels or tags saving, we discovered a bug with tags not saving and an update fixing this bug is currently in pre release 4.5.08 beta products for Premier, EXp SLP and Power are all on 4.5.08 beta….
Since you show that you have Premier, you are able to install the Power add-on which takes the place of ProPack, Tagalong, Pages and a few other add-ons and is designed to be compatible with the SLP 4.5.07 and above as well as the EXP add-ons and Premier. You do not have to install Power if you do not wish to. See the description and details about Power
These are the only add-ons t (EXP POWER ) that are being revamped to work with the newer WPML gettext. There are some responses in forums from the developer (Lance) about this.

And this is how it looks on the UI admin after I imported, the Vendue Inn was a new location I added that I have tags both restaurant,hotel.
Please note, I have Premier installed on my test site, so if you only have ProPack you will not see the pretty picture of the map for the location on the BACK end UI.
Also shown is the front end with dropdown, or text input, show locations at start as one example and don’tt show locations until search, etc…there are a plethora of settings available depending on what add-ons you have installed.
Hi Maya, Yes you can import more than one tag per location, as mentioned they are separated by commas. Here is an example of an import file. I used Google Sheets and saved as CSV. As you can see, some of my examples show both restaurant,hotel on one line.
Tags are imported the same way as every other field. Here is documentation of the filed header names etc. It indicates Power add-on but also applies to current versions of ProPack… the field header is tags, if you are importing a file first , convert to *csv file format
