As far as your Google APi, there are numerous news articles under SLP and documentation. You can also contact Google support for informationCiciKeymasterIf you wanted to add them as tags instead of as contacts and have Tags searchable, see docs about that.

The search by Name field is the name of the business. not a secondary search by an employee. Not sure I am following what you are trying to obtain.
See the data fields that you can use.
There are search by tags, search by categories, search by address, search by state, search by country, search by name (Name of store) Those additional fields are part of discrete searchs as part of add-ons.Are you trying to create a directoy? or SEO Pages? or just a contact fields s=directory) Contact fields is part of the Power add-on

You have some errors on your site involving js.
The category selector on Floe international SITE is broken because the JS is broken.
On your site:
When we pick a new category from the drop down it is not updating the matching hidden field that SLP uses to tell the server which categories are selected.
Something else is manipulating/managing form I/O.
The developers guess is Bootstrap Hover Dropdown is likely , as part of their h-code theme.
You will need to debug your JS and figure out why the slp-power/js/slp-power_userinterface.min.js is not allowed to control the category drop down interaction.
If they want to stop minifying the SLP JS they will need to turn WP_DEBUG on (set it to true) in wp-config. SLP uses that to determine when debugging is needed and that includes providing the uncompressed JavaScript which is much easier to debug.If you need the developer to log-in and do the Troubleshooting that is a separate paid support. I can send you an email from support with the language and requirements to engage the developer to debug and troubleshoot your site.
P.S. the reason you cannot auto update Premier auto udates had to ve blocked as mentioned in the email dated Dec 13, your server is trying to validate the SLP Premier license Server 10x/minute. This indicates there is something not set up correctly with your
WP environment.CiciKeymasterI see an email sent to graphics@floeintl.com in support channel Dec 13 about how many times your site was oinging our server and the duplicate subscription. The developer was on travel that week.

I see that you had purchased the Power add-on a few years ago. You might need to update but I cannot tell without more infoSomething you might want to check in the meantime:
it looks like on that URL Page for Sierra Flame, the plugins are set up differently then the way they are set up on Amanti. If you search under the Amanti where to buy it works perfectly. I assume you are handling both accounts?
Is it possible you have not set up the Google API for the Sierra Flame url? For whatever reason when doing a search tunder the Sierra Flame it is not communicating with Google at all. No errors but also no results. If you look at the way the Amanati dealer is set up, the Plugin is loaded properly and it is able to talk to Google.First
make sure the plugin and add-ons are loaded and correct version and activated,Second
check that Google APi is set up correcty for both domains referenced on that siteThird

I do not understand about the hide map question. Also as Premier customer you may wish to post in Premier forums,(see under your account) those questions are answered first.
Look At results settings and select Disable Initial directory
With the Experience add-on, (Part of your Premier subscription) other settings will appear and can be enabled that will Not show the results immediately until after a search has been performed. The setting is labeled “Disable Initial directory”.Make sure you are using the current versions.

CiciKeymasterP.S. Did you fix your server on your end? your site was constantly pinging ours and I believe support sent you an email about it. You would not be able to update Premier if it is pinging us every few minutes. I can check with the developer or you can contact him using SLACK.
Double check to see if Premier is also on 5.3.2

You would need to contact support to see if he has time and schedule to do a customization project for you. So having the power add-on would not give you those exact results unless all the names were the same such as Smith market in different locations. Also for any customization a Premier subscription would be required in addition to customization. He hasnt taken on any customization products recently but if he has time he may be able to provide you price…

Do you have Power add-on, are you using Location sensor in addition to alphabetical.
If you have Power add-on the way you could accomplish this is to have the results show initially AND ALPHA THEN ONCE A SEARCH IS DONE, FOR INSTANCE BY ZIP CODE IT WILL SHOW CLOSEST TO THAT SEARCH AND THEN ALPHA
without knowing what you are using for add-ons that is the only suggestion I can provide

https://www.genol.at/gcard/The Store locator seems to be working fine, so the only thing I can suggest is that you use the WP debugger or turn off the other plug-ins one by one if you are having problems in your WP admin panel with the plugin , try updating first to see if the problem is solved..

What is the url where you are seeing that error ?If you cannot add a location or the tabs in the admin screen in back end is not working properly, are you using smush it or another minifier plugin? If so there is a conflict. First try turning off deactivating the other plugins one by one.
your versions of SLP plugin and add-ons are outdated. We are on 5.3 or higher for all. If you are using WP 5.3, you can update Premier to 5.3 or higher as well
If you are trying to get to the bottom of the errors, use the WP debugger and provide us the debug log (make sure it is current clear any old messages) there could be a conflict with your them or other plugin.

That screenshot is showing a warning of NOAPI key from Google as well. I cant tell what is going on without a url page where you have the SLP loaded
