CiciKeymasterWe need the info requested to post on forums.
You glommed onto someone else’s post about a totally different issue which was resolved.
Provide a screenshot of your plug-in found under the info tab
CiciKeymasterPlease take a screenshot of your plug-in environment. There is no attachment.
I just visited your site
https://thewirelessexperience.com/store-locator/
everything seems to be working fine., the map displayed immediately with locations around Philadelphia. Assume you figured it out after clearing the cache and refreshing.
If there is something else you need help with please attache a screenshot of your plug-in environment . There was nothing attached.
CiciKeymasterPlease refrain from adding to someones post unless you have a suggestion solution or patch. Everyone has different WordPress versions and settings. I thought I was replying to Elizabeth or she was replying to us with her versions or it was the same customer with the tech person answering.
CiciKeymasterI have never experienced that and no one has reported this so I honestly cannot identify your issue. The normal default for the list is by sl_id . This is usually the order they were added and assigned an id. If you click on the name header in the admin panel column they should sort alphabetically.
Since I cannot reproduce it on my end I do not know what to tell you.
CiciKeymasterEveryone who uses google for maps is at their mercy as far as what they want to show as “points of interest” on the actual map itself. Wal -mart has paid big bucks to Google to make sure they appear on Google Maps
BUT,
We do have a feature so those Google markers/icons cannot be clicked on with an info bubble popping up
See Google icons cannot be clicked (with the Premier subscription. )
CiciKeymasterThey posted in forums as well. I have no idea what versions they are using nor anything about their WP admin. In the future please follow the posting guidelines and provide a screenshot of the SLP plug-in environment. The screenshot you are showing does not provide any information to assist you.
BUT….a clue,
If you open their url using any browser tools and look at their site inspect console have 134 warnings about Mixed content. This suggests that their site was not migrated correctly.
This can cause issues in back end and front end, or it is possible not all their data and locations were migrated to the new site.
See the article in docs site
https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/mixed-content-warnings-site-migration/
CiciKeymasterIt looks like the error is coming from your cache auto-optimizer. Turn it off and see if that fixes the issue, there were changes in the WP editor or
- Using any browser dev tools click on the error under console and it will show you the error in the index under
https://www.rhinoag.com/dealer-pages
Other suggestions:
- check under the locations to see if your pages are in published mode.
- check your permalinks
- check your settings under the SLP/Pages
- View the Pages template and results shortcodes for Pages must contain the storepage field = (whatever the data field slug is that you want here)
Your site dealer details shows class called storelocatorlink
<a href=”http://www.rhinoag.com/dealer-pages/riggs-tractor-co-dozer-service/” target=”_self” class=”storelocatorlink”>Dealer Details</a>
ditto for the widget in Results DEALER Details :
target=”_self” class=”storelocatorlink”>Dealer Details</a>
CiciKeymasterThat usually indicates a conflict with another plug-in. Please check by turning off the other plugins one by one.
But you also mention adding a page> I do not see Power or Experience in your Plugin environment…
What page are you trying to add? Do you mean a WordPress Page or are you referring to activating SEO pages with the SLP Power add-on?
If WordPress, you will need to Troubleshoot with the version of WP you are using and see if others have reported that or if there is an issue with your server, etc.
You might want to also use the Debugger
CiciKeymasterAre you using the remote file retrieval or scheduler?/ If so that issue is being worked on. The WP CRON and customer servers are effecting the ability to schedule remote file retrieval. Do not use scheduler. Manually uploading your file should be fine , following the import guidelines in docs for the csv file fields.
if the csv files are correct then check the suggestions under:
CiciKeymasterThe reason for the discrepancy in dates is because you let the premier subscription lapse. It was due for renewal in January (Jan 16 2020) . It should have been automatically cancelled on our end and normally you would have had to start with a new subscription when it is that far overdue. Anyhow, your subscription does not jump forward the 5 months . It will be due for renewal in January 2021.
I can send you a copy from the third party processor if you paid via Stripe.
It will be sent to the name and email on record in Stripe
CiciKeymasterwhere is this coming from ” slp-premier_userinterface.min.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: original_content.zIndex is not a function”
Please Provide the url where your Locator is deploying please.
It sounds like your browser or CRON job may be timing out.

CiciKeymasterNo problem,,,,,Lance is always updating, sometimes to add features or to make it useful for the SaaS product that uses SLP back end. I had to look for Enable Pages and change some docs too when he changed the verbiage to be APP…(hes sneaky like that… 🙂
CiciKeymasterCould you provide your Plugin environment when posting so we know what versions people are having issues with. Sometimes an issue has been resolved with new updates…not necessarily your situations but it helps others as well as support.
the option : Search address nearest would be fine if you had multiple locations in the world and might be good for your example London UK showing whereas you didnt want to show worldwide…. but since the “current map” means in your situation locations in US, that will not help you. f you do have locations in both US and Canada you want to use Worldwide
A better option would be to show address guess…
at least that way, the user can see that google thinks they mean Peoria IL and not Arizona and they might be more apt to type in Peoria AZ, instead of just the city.
When a user is typing in an address on the address search box on the locator they will be shown a list of suggestions based on what address Google thinks they are asking for. It requires 3 characters or more to be entered before it shows a suggestion.
Or you could check off “Address Autocomplete: under Search since you have Premier
When 2 or more characters are typed in the address input, show input suggestions based on location data. ( but this is primarily for zip codes )
None (default) – do not suggest address input.
Zipcode – suggest matching zip codes.
Formatting of the autocomplete not to your liking? Set the Search Form Style under appearance.
And finally we always suggest providing hints to your customer what to search for by adding labels

CiciKeymasterDid you check off Enable Pages?
The back end has changed in last updates.
Go to General/App
See the check box to enable Pages? Check off enable pages and save…You should now see the Pages tab in your sidebar and the bulk actions
CiciKeymasterp.S. Did you also update SLP and Also add Power add-on , you need the Power add-on for SEO Pages to work. You need to install all the plugins not just update Premier
See versions and Update in order, 1) turn off SLP and the add-ons and the auto updates should appear. 2) Update SLP first, then the adfd-ons then Premier
CiciKeymasterIt looks like you have shortcodes in your SEO Page template. Not really sure what you did.
Please provide the plugin environment which shows the versions of the SLP and add-ons etc. see forum posting guidelines. I recall that you allowed your Premier subscription to expire and I see that you just signed up again recently , so i assume you skipped a few updates. I would restore to your back-up and save your SEO Page template. Then reinstall update again following the guidelines here if you need to do manual updates
https://storelocatorplus.com/manually-updating-wordpress-plugins/
CiciKeymasterThx
CiciKeymasterYou can use Location Sensor.
(part of the Power add-on)
Or you can have a discrete search with drop down cities (feature with Experience add-on)
You can add search label/ instructions in the search form such as, use address and zip code or city and state for best results
Google will return the most commonly used search name otherwise
With Premier you can also turn on Show address guess
How Google search works
CiciKeymasterDan,
I see that you may have skipped some updates. That could be why they did not auto update. I would suggest you manually update the two plugins EXP and Power from your account
https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/how-to-upload-and-install-your-store-locator-plus-add-ons/
READ THE INFO below in this article as to why some settings may have been lost
https://storelocatorplus.com/manually-updating-wordpress-plugins/
I just checked your site and it appears to be working. .Did you find the issue?( Sorry I am a few days late in answering you, I have been ill.)
June 18, 2020 at 10:59 AM in reply to: [storepage map=location] loading but not displaying map #79432CiciKeymasterYou have Java script errors, You need to troubleshoot try WP debug or shut off plugins one at a time, and use a regular WP theme, suggest doing this on a dev site or clone site
https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/map-not-showing/
CiciKeymasterWhat are you showing here? I do not understand why you are putting this CSS in the forum. Is there a question here? Please pose your question. If you are having issues with your customization that cannot be solved in this forum
CiciKeymasterFranklin,
I am not sure what your plugin environment is etc. It is always best to start a new post unless you are referring to the same site. Chris had provided us with his plugin environment, I have no idea what versions etc you are using. Your csv file looks fine.
Please start a new post if you need further assistance and follow the posting guidelines, i,.e provide plugin environment
CiciKeymasterDan,
I am wondering if the install of updates did not complete totally. I thought you had a setting to hide the search box when I saw it that way on your site. . I see this for your search box styling:
<input type=”hidden” id=”addressInputCity” name=”addressInputCity” value=””> <input type=”hidden” name=”ignore_radius” id=”ignore_radius” value=”0″>
Do you have a back-up you can restore to?
You mentioned previously you are also missing cluster map markers. They are located on the bottom of the Settings/Map below markers Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premier?
I see on your site settings and css under the Premier UI. I see for example you have results pagination setting but no cluster map markers checked so I am not sure how you would have some features but not others, very strange
As far as moving map, the markers would zoom and appear but the results underneath the box would not change until a search is done or reset i assume
If you are missing settings in your admin panel there could be a conflict with another plugin or your theme
Did you troubleshoot?
- Use Debugger/https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/debugging-with-debug-log/
- Did you look under console using browser dev tools for errors/ ( I see one error on your site)
- js?id=AW-788026709&l=dataLayer&cx=c:60 GET https://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion_async.js net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
Any Javascript errors can have an impact on SLP function
