There are other things that can impact the load of your csv files. The Power add-on will make your loads quicker but if you have not set up the import correctly it will not help your situation.
Are you checking off the update handling so that it does not duplicate? It sounds like you are adding duplicates (see the documentation)
(There are more tool tips about importing in the documentation site under Power and under FAQ)
When importing select under Duplicate handling to either “Skip, add or update” If you do not specify it will ADD by default even if the location already exists.
About your questions with premier, you are correct the bullet lists is NOT included with the Power add-on or ANY other add-on. Those are exclusive features available only to Premier subscribers.
Premier includes the Power Add-on, the Experience Add-on, Third party add-ons and the additional features as shown in the product list. (more info in the product description)
CiciKeymasterWithout your Plugin environment nor your url (see Posting Guidelines) can only guess which of these two relate to your issue, or if it does since I have no info to go on.
Below fixed in SLP 4.6.2
if you Are:
1) running WordPress version lower than 4.4.
(you should really be upgrading WordPress to something newer than 4.3 due to a number of security patches introduced in 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6.)
if you are you using Multisite
2) WordPress changed version 4.6 to deprecate wp_get_sites() which returned an array.
They now require get_sites() which returns an object.
Thanks to these changes in WordPress, Store Locator Plus now needs to carry around a lot of extra code to basically say “If you are on Multisite and are using WP 4.6 do this… if you are on on Multisite and less than WP 4.6 do that… and if you are NOT on multisite do something completely different”.
As an aside, most of the multi-site support options are built into the Premier Plugin for Premier Subscription users. If you are running multisite you really should be enrolled in our Premier program.
If neither of those apply to you, please provide your Plugin Environment , as requested in the Posting guidelines screenshots is better than typing it in , there are other things that could effect your site (php versions) etc.
CiciKeymasterIf you have Enhanced Search or Experience Add-on you can Append “Australia” to search or use discrete search .
For some reason Google has something against those post codes in Sydney but the Append works on my test site, I have an Australia page specifically because of the issues with Google and the searches down under. ALso check the locations in those postal codes and make sure the lat/long is correct. I had to fix some of my lat/long manually because Google was sending me down the street or block.

Are you using Multisites? The developer discovered something in WP 4.6 changed the handling of multi site get sites and is updating code for next version release

CiciKeymasterI checked your site and see this if I inspect: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) it is trying to load your url that goes to “favicon” , is it in the right directory?
If you could check that and use the debugging tool. What plugin style are you using?

Do you want to change the back end or the front end?
CiciKeymasterWith Power you have extra data fields Enable Contact extender under the General User Interface tab. But to have those data fields text change you might need Extended data Manager, not sure, but you can add any text in those extra data fields like you did with fax.
CiciKeymasterYou have Power so you have extra fields via the Contact extender. You can change some extended data using DeBaats extended data manager, but I am not sure exactly how you are configuring it in the back end
CiciKeymasterI would use any of the default plug in styles in SLP. I have viewed all of the Twenty-teen …styles, and the Boxed Foods and a few others , they all show my Category icons as my settings dictate.
. If you are looking for text only , i.e. the slug, and not the icons, you can use Tags.
Tags are text fields and you can add as many as you want, have them also appear in a drop down menu like categories. But to get the tags into the results exactly where you want it might be a challemnge, Let me think about that one….
Overall to change the layouts that is in the Experience add-on. We can try to find a work around via the reply to your support ticket. Did turning off the SLP map work for your purposes?

Unfortunately there will be no updates to the ProPack (Legacy) add-on.
Another alternative he thought of..if you have locations that you no longer want to be shown in results, (for instance you no longer want them featured ) you could export and keep them in your CSV file but add the column header private to mark them private, they would then be hidden. They would still be in your location manager database just not show in your results.

In other words, if they are present you want them to be updated, if they aren’t present you want to add the new locations, and then based on the csv file “automatically delete ones that aren’t there”
There is no way to do that with import.
If you want a clean slate to start with you can use Bulk actions and delete all BEFORE Importing.
If you don’t want to delete All, you must check off the locations you do want to delete and use the bulk action delete permanently.

Could you provide the exact page that is broken that you are using Store locator plus on?
We also need Your Plugin environment which will indicate versions, add-ons and version of WordPress(see under your Plugins click on SLP, click on INFO)
It appears based on that error message you may have been using an older version of Word press that at the moment is not compatible with the version of Store locator Plus, but I cant be sure without more information.
CiciKeymasterWhat is your Page Template/
other plugins or themes that you may be using has something with an iframe gstatic map. The error seems to be there, it has nothing to do with the Google MAP API loading but an error with drawing the map.

The Map Attribute
The map attribute will output a self-contained Google Map showing the location. The map is generating using the standard div and JavaScript driver model not an iframe. The location must have valid latitude and longitude settings (be geocoded). Other plugins and themes that include Google Maps but do not follow best practices for implementation may prevent pages maps from rendering.
[storepage map=location] will show a map that centers on the location with a map marker for the location lat/long.
CiciKeymasterThe url above apparently is your staging site?? The url shown in your screenshot is not a public url so I cannot look behind the curtains to assist you.
I do not know what other plugins you are using because I cannot see your actual site.
BUT , If I load paintplace.com.au , that site is NOT using Store locator Plus
It is using Store Locator with premium features. (or another plugin)
So the question is, are you asking about your staging site and are you are trying to emulate the paintplace.com.au with no add-ons?
P.S. You have WP 4.5.3and SLP 4.5.09, those are not the latest versions. I imagine there is a reason you didnt update WP to 4.6 . We are on SLP 4.6.1 same as WP 4.6.1
Secondly, the public site has no google maps API no sensore required messages (the second warning is what clued us in that they are not using SLP, and we searched for SLP as a WP plug-in and no results.
I dont know how to answer you at this point, that does not happen with me on my site and there will be no new features added to the Base SLP plugin that arent already built into the core.
Features such as Location influenced guiesses, bonadaries etc are part of premier, Discrete searches are part of Experience add-on.

The developer, Lance, has had to code and create reports himself specifically for WooCommerce so it is possible he could help you troubleshoot. You can request a next biz day support to get him started but the is a paid support option. We do not log into peoples sites unless it is a request via the paid support option ( policy due to any risk factor and permissions) where you could provide a login. You would be requested to back up your site first of course. But I would go that route next since I cannot recreate the problem.
P.S. we are on version 4.6.1 now
CiciKeymasterUse the troubleshooting guide,
You have a Plugin that is also using Geocode functions in the search. Follow the instructions for debugging in Troubleshooting, the easiest one is to deactivate your Plugins one by one. There is a whole section that tells you what can interfere with your map.
Plugin called Event Manager , deactivate and see if map works ..if you look at the css in the EM plugin you will see it has reference to geocode.
On your Main site I saw failed to load resource
FAILED TO LOAD RESOURCES ERRORS that were directed to your Wp theme AVADA.
The link you provided, is that a Dev site or production site? because google apparently does not think you have an API Key. You cannot switch from Dev site to Live production site and copy over all the data from WP seamlessly, also if the key you are using is a geocode key, that is not the correct key to use for SLP, you need the MAPS API Javascript key
Anything more than what I’ve provided for tips and suggestions is not my forte. You can ask for Support through the Paid support option, I do not log into other peopls sites, that is something you would need to order through paid support an the developer would look into it.

CiciKeymasterCould you provide your Plugin Environment per posting guidelines? I would need to know what you are using , versions and your site url.
For instance do you have Experience add-on or another add-on with settings in search for Search “current Map” instead of World wide? There are additional settings in premier as well
If No results are found a message comes up that you can fine tune in Labels. Otherwise I suggest under Experience/Results settings expand your Radius to show initially to a larger number such as 10000 to get the most results to return on any search , in essence your map with some locations even if they aren’t near them (that sounds what you would like to see).

Try using a shortcode such as only_with_category = “category_slug”on a draft page , The slug can be any that you want to use to test it.
On your screenshot, I am wondering…How did you get the dates to appear under the middle section under the address of the results, did you put them in one of the contact extender fields? Or are you using CSS? Are you using event manager.? Ive not seen that before. Or is it part of your theme?
The screenshot you provided doesnt really show me what you want where., are you looking for the “words” under each result address field saying this is paert of the category “red” or , category called gospel choir,etc …That isnt the way it works.
If you see another site that is displaying the way you would like please provide the url so I can get an idea.

Could provide the site url? I would think the store pages Map would behave the same way. I will bump this up to Lance
CiciKeymasterYou cannot have two Google Map API keys on the same domain querying Google at the same time. You can try to work around it but the process that loads Store Locator plus that queries through the server and to Google and back to the server is not getting through Google and you will never get the results you need nor want.
Best option is to turn off your theme’s google map API
if you cant,
you can turn off the SLP MAPS , go to General USER INTERFACE /JAVASCRIPT
there is a check box there where you can turn OFF SLP Maps, but if your theme is not using the correct API version all bets are off that this will work. Your site had a lot of other errors (as mentioned) that are related to the theme so you could still have problems.
