    What exactly are you referring to as far as red text?  What Gallery style are you using?

    I noticed on that staging site you have installed Smushit. There is a conflict or at least there was, between Smush it and WPSLP, whereas our plug-in already has a minifier .

    Disable Smush it.

    next I noted there seems to be some error regarding your theme header.

    As fas as. CSS in general there is some info in our docs about handling CSS

    I do not know where that is coming from V2. Go to the SLP account and download a fresh install after backing up your site

    Or export from the  Power add-on.  you can export and check the columns  in the csv fie and then import on a fresh install.

    I am suggesting you use the Debugger and see why your set up in the staging is not behaving the same way as everyone else. Check  your configuration and how you have set up your site. If there is a theme overwriting SLP such as mentioned above in the one case you can change the layouts and add css via the Experience add-on.

    Why email is not showing up in your staging site we have no insight since it is appearing on our test sites, as well as our SLP SaaS customers.  Example of someone doing similar to what you are trying to accomplish .   https://www.thecancerspecialist.com/specialist-directory/

    As you can see email shows up in the results after search performed. search zio code 29464 or any.

    They have our Professional Level plan. They are using the “Defaut” gallery style. I can tell what they are using because we have insight as a SaaS provider. For your site we have no such insight into how or  what you are using or how you have set up your site themes etc.  For example if we look at your map info bubble for the person you mention ,  the description goes beyond the bubble space and the photo of the person is too large for the space.  I can inspect your site using any browser and dev and see that you do not have EMAIL  shortcodes for the info bubble.

    I have no idea what layout you are using or your overall theme.

    There is No “Peoples add-on”. It was meant to read as  “instead of a store name you have an. individual(persons) name”

    We were referring to  if you should consider as part of the Power add-on to enable contact included with the Power add-on that you already have

    We do not log-into a users WPSLP Do it yourself sites to debug them or to change or write CSS to work with their overall themes.

    Suggest instead you try a different Locator Style, and  clear your cache if or when  you change styles

    When inspecting your site url under that page you have an error. You need to clear this error

    I cannot replicate what you are describing. The emails show up in any that have them in my test site.

    See screenshot, I added Bob Barc with a zip code and an email address that I made up and it shows up exactly as intended

    Use developer tools and inspect your site to see if. you have errors, I do not know how you have your site set up.  You can also use the Debugger to see if there are conflicts.

     

    If you have Power add-on have you Enabled contacts? 

    That will have additional fields under results

    If you need to change layouts use the Experience add-on.  It appears you are using Peoples names instead of stores and I do not see addresses in your url site.

    Under Settings/results.

     

    First entry is a checkbox to Show all Locations.  And also how many to show and also how many miles to search.

     

    Please post your Plugin info with versions etc.  forum posting guidelines

    As mentioned we need this every time since we do not have access nor control over the individual SLP plug-in on the do it yourself WP versions , unlike the SLP SaaS whereas we handle updates and can see settings.

    There is someone else asking these kind of questions about the MYSLP Saas Enterprise level.  If that is also your team please do not post here.  This forum is for people using the WPSLP PLUG-IN

    There maybe different functionality in MYSLP then what is in SLP with add-ons.

    Also we would be using different suggestions like suggesting POWER add-on etc which is the add-on to the Plug-in

    NOT in SLP SaaS which has Professional level or Enterprise that can be used with categories.

    Try combining a few settings

    Use the settings under Results/order by.  Featured if in Radius. Rank the featiured as #1 then  Rank any NON category named  Premier locations at a higher number.

    Maybe you need two categories, one for your premier category and another one NON Premier. You can then rank  . NON premier for example as a number 2 and rank your Premier locations as a #1  and also use  Feature for Premier.

    For a more accurate response  to your question  please provide your Plug-in Information as outlined in the “Before Posting Guidelines

     

    Categories are managed via the Power add-on  and/or Premier not by Experience.

    The Gravity form Integration for WPSLP was discontinued as it was a third party add-on that was not being updated or supported by the third party  author some years back.

    As far as I know , it never automatically sent a form to the nearest” location”.

    There may be a way to integrate/automate the process if you have good coding skills. Or there may be other plug-ins out there but we do not have any recommendations.

    Jesse  I see that you figured it out and corrected your  search and results layout errors.

    As mentioned before we do not have access to your back-end and we do not log into sites and start playing with things. As you can imagine that would be a huge liability for us. This is why we offer support in the fashion of identifying what is wrong if you need the developer to log-in.

    I understand your frustration, if you want to switch to something that you do not need to manage yourself , consider the SLP SaaS solution instead of the WPSLP plug-in that is always a Do it yourself Plug-in.

    The Premier subscription includes features and functionalities and styles that are not available with just SLP and add-ons. It does not include log-in support.

    I do not see the Experience add-on in your Plug-in Environment , I believe you have a Premier account and Experience is included so either download it again or activate it.

    I do not see the Experience add-on or the Power add-on installed on your siteYou need to have the Experience add-on activated for your site and featured to work

    I believe you are looking for the “Featured results and ranking order”

    Look under the Settings/Results tab.

    Scroll to bottom of those settings  under the functionality area.

    See  Order by settings. Select “Featured….”

    And the last  Featured setting choice is always show or show only if in radius

    I have tested on my site.  I am using Version 5.6 of SLP and WP

    I am using latest versions of Power and experience

    I changed the Tags Label to Name.

    I changed the tags search to “text type”

    I have locations with tags.

    I typed in one of the tags in my case I had a tag associated with a location as “hotel”

    I had radius of 25 miles. I typed in hotel and the one location with that tag within that radius popped up no problem.

    But my element for that search box field is  #tag_to_search

    id=”search_by_tag”id= “tag_to_search_for”

    whereas yours is #div_nameSearch 

    id=”div_nameSearch”

    Therefore you are not using the correct data field to search by since your “Name” is actually a TAG.

    there actually is a “search by Name” feature but as you have been told in previous forum answers that is the Name of the location i.e store or location name.

    it would appear that your  revised modified search layout is not correct. Not sure which plug-in style you are using but I do not see name search as one

    I believe that is the issue you have is because you have added  something other then the correct data field for tags in your search layout

    So I had to search and inspect your site using common  browser developer tools to come up with why yours was not working  the correct way and mine was.

    Please note We do not work 24/7 on forum questions but do check our Premier forums first and foremost.  If you feel. the need to move on to a solution that is more intuitive and whereas we can readily see the back end we suggest using the SLP SaaS software with a monthly subscription instead of the do it yourself self managed premier subscription

    The image in first post that you provided does not provide info. (I.E what is missing? )

    We have no way of knowing what locations you have added using the WPSLP plug-in. (If you were a MySLP SaaS customer we could see the back end and  provide more detailed assistance)

    Suggestions

    Do you have a staging or dev site?  Try this Since you have the Power add-on

    Export the locations to a csv file and convert them to a google or excel sheet.   Check to see if all the locations are there. If not  you could

    1) Delete the old locations and re-import as a  properly formatted CSV file. If you do delete all locations and re-import you will need to delete the sl_id column from your sheet and thenconvert to csv file.

    2) Second suggestion. Export   fix or add  what you need , check  that the sl_id is accurate and matches and use the duplicate update option under import.

    More detailed instruction are in documentation

    Again I would only delete on a staging site first. Always make sure you have a full back-up before performing any operations.

    Also we are on version 5.6 of SLP base plug-in.

    The info bubbles are not order by…is that what you are asking?  I am confused. You do not want results but you want the map points and you want them alphabetical. So basically you want a map of the world with markers where people can just hover over them without ever having done a search?  I am not sure how that would be done.

    All listings to display automatically.”  

    Listings are results displayed. Not just points on a map.

    I am not sure how to do this can you clarify a scenario of how you envision this to work  using a locator
