Lance is requesting additional information from anyone who is having categories issues. I also believe it may be related to the WP 4.7.4 update. I will put this on his watch list. We have not been able to get to the bottom of it right now. If you could run a debug and send the debug log to our Support we can make sure he prioritizes and looks into it for you.
Which SLP Plugin style are you using?
Perhaps there was something leftover from a previous SLP style and/or if you had a previous Legacy add-on. Could you tell me what you have under view for Plugin Style? Lance made a lot of changes and added Gallery styles, if you had previous styles they should also be available.
For instance, I am using the gallery style Map Minimal default under my search layout the correct div code is search element input with label = address…therefore anything I put in the label section “addresss” Appears in the output
(Settings/Appearance) The search layout is this:

You will have errors if the sl_id is different. It’s best to not have sl_id unless you are following one of the duplicates handling rules. For others who might not understand how you accomplished your unique issues : See more info in the docs site.

Did you refresh the Url page that has the SLP map on it after you saved , you must refresh. Is your theme overruling or do you have css? Because it looks like under your Jumbo Theme CSS it has hard coded this:

What version SLP are you using? What are your zoom levels settings? what # of results to display settings? Results panel info
what is your radius set at? What is your center of the map setting?
All these settings are relevant to displaying results. See the documentation for more info.
When posting in the forums, please read the posting guidelines. If we have the version information and the site url I could have seen a lot of the information before answering this post.
Your SLP plugin and add-ons are out of date.
Power, Experience, Premier and SLP are all on version 4.7.9 You need to update (save a back up before you update per recommendations.

Under version 4.7.9 under “Settings”, under search, under label. Where it shows address, enter what you want it to appear.

You need to be using the latest version of Store Locator Plus, at the time you purchased the add-on. Version 4.7.9 of the Experience add-on requires version 4.7.9 of SLP.
Could you please verify that you have been able to download it now, you should be on version 4.7.9 of SLP to use the version 4.7.9 of Experience add-on

Contact Support about pricing if you have any other questions. Each case may be different. for instance you mention 4 different websites but same company. I would venture to guess some of the features and functionality may be useful for them with premier, but since I’m not sure they type of client base I cannot advise ,the forum isn’t the best place to get answers about pricing mechanism. I don’t want others to quote this post 4 years from now and say hey…: but you said….”

Check the theme and plugins as well. I cannot recreate your issue and did discuss with the developer and he also took a look.
Your system is preventing the WP jquery-ui-dialog from loading or is removing it. You are likely forcing an invalid version of jQuery to load or another plugin/or theme is forcibly removing jquery-ui-dialog from the user-facing pages.

The first stage of debugging is to turn on the built-in WordPress debugging messages and debug log.
Find your wp-config.php file and make the following changes.
Find the line:

I have updated my Add-ons and Plugin to 4.7.9 and am not having ANY issues. I truly am mystified as to what is different on your site.
Wolfram I just looked at your site and you are using 4.7.8 not 4.7.9, Is that because you used a back up to restore to an earlier version (you do backup before updating right?) See versions

You are getting this warning in your console concerning the Google MAP API key. And some other errors about the deprecation (css) in your theme.

Do you have forceload javascript checked under General settings ? See Troubleshooting here.
Is your theme using a version of jquery that is at least v. 1.12?

I cannot help you with this staging dev site, I will refer this to the developer when he has time to take a look at it… but in the meantime see doc site, this is a good one to look at , (ignore the Q.)
I do not see SLP anywhere on your site as a WP plugin. I cannot help you without additional in formation or the error log you are referring to.
Just one time purchase, $250 once per business. The 4.7.9 update focuses on bringing the new Premier URL Control module functionality to the locator application. The URL Control module adds two new features to the Store Locator Plus application: passing in a location ID via a URL and passing in location limits via URL. These features can be enabled or disabled globally on a per-site basis.
That is a Google issue /bug that they keep introducing back into the fold . You can use the map domain as Australia. You can use the append feature and Append Australia to the search.

No it is only $250, it should not be shown as having a subscription any longer. If it has reverted back it might be WOO that did some funky changes in their last up date
Perhaps I misunderstood your questions, were you writing your own Css or html within your site page or theme?
You can still do that if you are experienced in coding. The Experience add-on is less work intensive and allows for additional features, functionality , versatility and flexibility.
Thanks for understanding Jaap, I will add something in our documentation page about this. For past users of SLP products it could be clearer.
I just visited your links above and it is working the way you have it set up. Having the default as Tallahassee, do you mean you have the shortcode SLP, center map at =?

When I go to your home page and enter zip code it opens the map page with results, but all the results are showing x miles from center of Tallahassee, please refer to the documentation for shortcodes, locator layout, and other functionality available with t he Experience add-on. To use Location sensor requires Power, Location sensor is also dependent on your site , i.e. https, and browser.

To change the Layouts/Appearance of the results, search, elements, map, requires the Experience Add-on. You haven’t shown me your Plugin Environment for whichever site you created it for, but if you were writing CSS, assume perhaps you had either proPack or Enhanced Results. Or perhaps you had a different theme?
The free Plugin never allowed for results layout manipulation without an add-on, unless you were doing it outside of SLP.
