Please, in the future, provide your Plugin environment per the Posting guidelines, This will help our support team to assist you. I happen to know you have Experience add-on but not everyone on the support team knows what versions of SLP nor add-ons and therefore you would get a simple answer as in, use Power Add-on or use Experience add on. That would not be the answer you are looking for and others also would not benefit from the response.
Your second question: the easiest way to do the list by state first would be to use the Directory list via the Power Add-on
If you do not want to try that you can also use the discrete search filter and have the search drop down by state, not showing results until a state is selected. or if you want the results to immediately show then you can add the Search widgets by state.
Third you can have Order results by Rank then Name A to Z. That would require you to rank your states alphabetically. There are various ways you can achieve results . You can try these work arounds. Premier gives you the most options such as putting results in a table format . The more advanced the layout requires some understanding of the html and css to best achieve the results you would like.

The developer is actually working with a Premier customer who has paid for support because of a similar issue. I.e. Migrating database and missing options tables. The author has notes on the project which we will post
The reason I did not upload using the remote server was because your list is too long for my test site. I can have the developer look at it when he has time, I do not know how soon that will be since he is currently tasked with helping a Premier customer with a migration through the customized paid support.
If it is the remote server routine , can you download via a direct upload instead? If you are not getting any error messages perhaps it is just taking more time? I do not recall what the remote back end looks like with the ProPack legacy so it is difficult for me to assess. The new system with Power is much better, would suggest you update to Power if you haven’t as yet, otherwise will have to wait in queue to see what may be happening, but as mentioned your proPack is very outdated and that needs to be rectified at the very least to 4.6.4 on ProPack. . I am not sure if the developer is going to be fixing any issues in Legacy add-ons unless they are security patches, but if he is fixing them, they are at the bottom of his to do list.
Step 2, Now that I have imported 23 of your locations I now exported my locations with the sl_id. I then made changes to two of your locations. I changed the names of the first two in my list. I changed 16 West to 16 North. I then left in the sl_id so that it would update any duplicates, I skipped geocoding again. I made no other changes to the list. Again it uploaded quickly and the changes were reflected in my locations panel.
I changed 4 Starrs to 5 Starrs, I made no other changes. See attached screenshots.

These are the steps I took to import your file.
1) I downloaded and opened into my Google sheets
2) I deleted the sl_id column since I did not have the same sl_id as you so it was not pertinent for my test
3) I deleted hundreds of rows at the bottom so i wouldnt bog down my test site with locations I would then be deleting.
4) I imported the csv file using the regular import manual (not remote server but off my own computer folder
5) I skipped geocoding since you already have the lat/long and this will save bith time and not count against my google data query limit
6) All of your sites imported in a nanao second.
I have attached the screenshots. Keep in mind that I have the Power add-on. If you do not have the latest versions your screen may not look the same. My results show that either your sl_id is not matched correctly, or the file is taking a long time to load or you have exceeded your daily google query limit. But until you update your add-on I cannot be sure.
I am using SLP 4.6.4 and Power 4.6.4 and I downloaded the csv file to be saved on my computer and then uploaded the csv file same way.

No That wont be necessary. There is a reason why this is happening, Google Maps.
Google assumes everyone is searching US unless told otherwise. If you have the map selection as US map domain that will happen pretty much all the time. There are a few tricks to adjust for this. One is to have your radius results default be very large. Another , if you are only in one country is select that map domain, and use the center map at to be the center of your locations in that country.
I can advise you a little more if you provide some info about where the majority of your locations are and what you want for results based on search criteria. In the mean time here is some information on why, and what add-ons may serve you best.

You csv file looks fine. Could you provide more info? Are you using the remote server upload? Check to make sure the directory file path is still correct (i.e if http vs https)and permissions and security is not blocking it. Nine times out of ten that is the issue. Also what error logs are you seeing if any? Are you providing sufficient time to upload? I notice you have the sl_id which indicates the locations are already in your location management and have been assigned a number by SLP. Are you selecting the Duplicates handling that you want, i.e skip or add. etc.

According to the WP Translation directory of SLP Spanish has not been fully translated but you can easily do so and submit the translation. NOTE: The Translate system will not create a language export for partial translations.
As far as your web site, coming back in a different language, that is different, we are not a translation plug-in. Selecting the maps and languages refer to the Google Maps. Choosing Spain will get the data from the Google Spain server.

Your WordPress version should be 4.6 or at least 4.4 but I do not know what version Multi site is on. Your PHP environment is also lower than recommended by WordPress (they recommend 5.6)WordPress also works with PHP 5.2.4+ and MySQL 5.0+, but these versions have reached official End Of Life and as such may expose your site to security vulnerabilities. .
Most likely reason you are missing the settings.
When you created a subsite you did not move the SLP options table with the database. See the WordPress Debugging ,Multi site. NAM is Network Active Multi site. See WordPress Multisite codex and how to create the network

The more information and details you can provide the better. Not providing the information requested in the Posting Guidelines doesn’t help either of us.
You did not mention you had ProPack installed nor the Multisite. Without all the information we cannot help you, its like playing blind mans bluff. Read the posting guidelines and provide a screenshot of your environment and your site url.Other information that would be useful
1) Was this site/admin handed over to you by someone else?
2) Is the multi site NAM? (And what do you mean you renamed plugins?)
3) Do you have User Managed Locations add-on installed?It sounds like you do not have the permissions you need or the permissions were changed or the roles and capabilities were changed.
Your issues are a lot more than just SLP, and they could be caused by any number of things including moving the site to a new server but not moving ALL the necessary database pieces… like the wp_posts table with the store entries in it. We have a team that does transfer and migrations at Cyber Sprocket labs.
This is outside of my wheel house. I am afraid you will need to request support if you need a developer to login and troubleshoot. There has not been anyone saying that those functions are missing so it is definitely unique to your site..How did you make out with your issue?
Hi Jackie, ‘I am confused by your question. Are you using a plugin such as Gravity Form or contact form in addition to Store Locator Plus? Please provide a scenario and what plugins (and versions) you are using. Gravity Forms Location and Gravity Forms integration are a third party add-on if that is what you are attempting to use please post in DeBaats forum.
It is on his radar, but Enhanced Search has nothing to do with Power and you have a unique situation. I do not think that Power is intended to work with legacy add-ons in the way that was described above. Power DOES disable Tagalong and ProPack and if I recall from what Jonathan stated , you were using a combination of tags and categorizes for days of week and times. So you have created some type of hierarchy where there were multiple drop-down choices, by city, by day, by time using tags and categories? I do not know if there are some tricks or special rules that you can write perhaps instead of utilizing the parent /child relationship with the taxonomy hierarchy utilized by categories. I am not sure that Lance will be able to do much if that is the case as it is not a normal use of the way the add-ons work.
No you shouldn’t lose locations if you delete and re-install. but you should always have a back-up of your site. I am still curious why your install is missing those functions

Sorry, are you not able to add any categories to the existing locations or is it just the check boxes are no longer checked?
If the first scenario: Can you export the existing ones , add the categories that are missing and re-import (especially if you have a lot of them)?
If check boxes are just not checked, afraid you will have to reset those.=
There was a bug with the check boxes on categories under existing locations not saving and that was fixed with the 4.6.1 update, but it wasnt necessarily retroactive especially if you moved database. There was a bug somewhere around 4.5.07 of SLP, I believe. (not sure of the actual version)
You can change the Locator Layout which determines the order of the information (i.e you can have address first and name second line or in the left column instead of right column by copying the line in the layout and moving it to the position you want to see it.
You can use CSS to change styling such as bold,font colors,box lines etc. There is a video on the docs page that will take you to the SLP You Tube channel from there you can view a short tutorial on how to accomplish customized style sheets can be found in the documentation and video.
The developer is planning on having a “close” x location details on the side bar in the next release.
You should have a scroll bar on right before the location details and on the bottom to help you scroll down and to the right.
I’m not sure if that is all you are looking for, that wasn’t how the original post read, it started out asking about tagalong and the needs attention message.
Are you saying you cannot edit locations or you cannot add categories to new locations? What exactly is the issue you are reporting?
Please provide a screenshot of your plugin environment so I am better able to assist you.
Are you the site owner and administrator?
Something is not right with your installation. You should see three settings under search. Search Panel settings
Deactivate, delete, and re-install the base Store Locator Plus plug-in.
under Experience/search/search features you should see three settings:
distance unit (that is where you select km)
radii option, (that is where you put in the numerics and you can put parentheses around the one you want as a default)

Also is your site in English?
Post under third Party forum, User Managed Locations is a separate third party add-on. When you post there, follow the posting guidelines, i.e. versions etc. It is best to show a screenshot
From your WP Plugin try deactivating Power first. You should then see Power update notice. If not , yes you can download it from your SLP account.

Power plug-in replaces Tagalong ProPack , Contact extender , directory builder as well as Pages and does not have a specific relationship with the Enhanced products but a couple of issues may have had an inadvertent effect on your site construct. Jonathan posted the screenshot of plugin environment and at the time you were using SLP 4.6.2. and Power 4.6.1 There was a bug in SLP 4.6.2 and there was also an issue discovered in Power 4.6.1 that had to do with the directory listing by city which was fixed in 4.6.3 , I see that you updated SLP to 4.6.3. We are now on SLP 4.6.4 and Power 4.6.4. Can you update those add-ons and see if that fixes your issue.
If after updating you are still having a problem let me know and I will ask the developer to look at it.
Also as I mentioned to Jonathan, if you have all those enhanced products that are now legacy, you are eligible to get a discount off the Experience add-on which replaces them and which also has a new WIDGETS that includes drop down by city. You may find it useful. You also need to have Experience add-on if you have Power and if you want to use CSS.
