The filters are under the show all drop down and allows you to filter by property. See screenshot . I haven’t used it for quite a while just make sure you have cleared the cache if you think those were ever used before.
I think there could be something quirky going on with the latest WP updates . Others have mentioned issues that only appeared when they last updated WP to 5.7 or 5.7.1 and the back end admin area was wonky. I am still using WP 5.6 so that may be why I can’t replicate the issue on my test site
I did test using a MYSLP SaaS customer with 497 locations. I did not change the screen settings so only 50 locations per page . I exported to a csv file. I then uploaded it into Google sheets. All 497 locations loaded/imported into the sheet.
But I am using WP version 5.3 on that site.
So short answer is. I have no idea what is going on with your site. If its the version of WP or limitations on your server or host or browser.
So if you change screen options to a higher number (try 125) you may need to also expand your browser window to get the full pagination. I am sorry I cannot provide more succinct instructions I just can’t replicate the issue

You must be logged in to view attached files.CiciKeymasterP.S. You do not need to click on any buttons such as Apply to all etc unless you are using filters. Just export to a csv file. You are showing me an excel file not a csv file so to is difficult to ascertain your issue. The issue could be in the conversion of your csv file into excel and not the csv file itself.
Try importing/converting the csv file into Google sheets instead of Microsoft. Microsoft excel can be quirky. More info about sl_id https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/csv-import-duplicates-handling/
CiciKeymasterThe screen options for displaying number of locations does not matter when it comes to exporting. A larger number to display is not advisable if your server cannot handle it
The screenshots you provided are not showing the headers so I cannot see what you are trying to show me but I can glance and see that you must have some perhaps marked private or that were deleted Such as sl_id 307, etc… I also cannot tell if that is an ID you have added or if the header row indicates that is the sl_id. As noted they are assigned first in so may not match the exact numbering scheme on a screenshot.
Are you using any of the “Bulk Filters”? If you are using specific filters that could explain some differences.

CiciKeymasterP.S. We had contact from a customer who had some similar issues.
Our suggestion: If you recently updated to WP 5.7.1 it could be causing new issues that were not evident before. There were issues reported about the elementor interaction in the WP core trac.
We suggested they roll back the WP update and that resolved their issue.
CiciKeymasterP.S. If you look at the issues others are having with the updates to WP 5.7.1 you will see there are some complex issues with the editor and possibly javascript.
Assume you updates on a dev or staging site? Can you will back WP to an earlier version since I cannot recreate your issues?
CiciKeymasterNot sure what the “pop up” boxes screenshot is supposed to show us. but what is needed is the plug-in environment , versions etc. The back end of your plug-in does not look anything like mine. I have no idea what Catalyst is supposed to mean as it is referenced in your Post . Is that your theme?

Not sure when the back end changed to tell you the truth , but you are correct usually the red text as opposed to black text means something specific like required but because the foundation of MySLP SaaS was built from the original plug-in that may not be the case.
You’ve now peaked my interest and I will have to ask the developer during a fireside chat.

If you have any problems with Google not finding some of the locations in Australia correctly you might want to switch over to SLP SaaS.

Your client has allowed the Premier subscription to expire. Was there a setting in your premier subscription that was impacted by your other updates?
Suggest you move over to the SLP SaaS platform if you need us to “look around” your various settings. We have more control of what the back end is doing as well as some of the settings. We will not be logging into non-SLP SaaS accounts,

CiciKeymasterAs far as the red text in the back end. I am not sure when that came about. The developer switched to Vuefy quite awhile ago.
As far as the map domain I answered in a different post. But there are NEWS articles about accuracy in other countries
CiciKeymasterTwo separate databases….then are you using shortcodes on separate pages? I am not sure how you are displaying with the plug-in using two completely different sets of locations. Is that the database you are referring to or are you using one big location dataset and using shortcodes and/or widgets to display them on different pages or for different customers?
CiciKeymasterYou are showing the map domain and it is visible to you. Not sure what is different on your site if it does not save, but I have tested on my site and switched to the map domain AU , save, and it works. Therefore If you cannot save the domain, I imagine there is still a conflict with another plug-in.
If all you locations are in AU , you an always use shortcode.
Otherwise, try the SLP SaaS and see if that helps. It can be cancelled at any time. Read the info and comparisons in docs
CiciKeymasterI already mentioned it to Lance and he said that Akami customarily change and update all their plug-ins at the same time and nothing in the last update of the base plug-in would have changed anything on Pages.
And nothing that was updated should effect Akami unless there was another plug-in or something specific in the code.
As far as the vulnerability”
You can reach out via support and I will pass it along to Lance if you have specific error messages when you troubleshoot please include those in the email to support. P.S. Lance did speak with Ana abut WP and SLP as far as I know

CiciKeymasterYou are referring to the text in the back end/ So some are red and some are black text instructions. I never noticed, but essentially are you saying for example…under Settings/Search, there is distance units…your choices are miles or kilometers. Are you saying if you choose KM instead of miles and then save and then look at the front end , the distance unit does not change?
Or in another example if you select the functionality under Settings/Results to set Initial Search Radius
that it is not changing (example set initial search radius to 15000 and it would show anywhere you have results in the world)
If you are saying none of your settings are working or you can’t click on them to change and you have deleted smushit then you need to look at another conflict and troubleshoot.
The way we test it is by disabling all the other plug-ins. switch to a plain vanilla theme. And see if you can make changes.

if you are only saying you can’t change the text color in the back end that is something totally different and really shouldn’t effect anything in the front end.

Are you using the Plugin gallery stye , the Gallery style below….the Akami locator style ? That shows the card directory. do you have Hide the map checked off under the Map settings? (As far as the page temp0late docs those might be outdated. ). As far as what you should do I would suggest not updating to SLP 5.7 for the time being , I am not able to test this on my site since I do not have the same themes etc.

Primarily CSS styling. The CSS will hide various locator elements that will change based on where the map or SEO pages have been invoked.
Selecting this style will change the following settings, make sure you have copied them to a text file first:
Settings > View > Locator Layout

What exactly are you referring to as far as red text? What Gallery style are you using?
I noticed on that staging site you have installed Smushit. There is a conflict or at least there was, between Smush it and WPSLP, whereas our plug-in already has a minifier .
Disable Smush it.
next I noted there seems to be some error regarding your theme header.

I do not know where that is coming from V2. Go to the SLP account and download a fresh install after backing up your site
Or export from the Power add-on. you can export and check the columns in the csv fie and then import on a fresh install.
CiciKeymasterI am suggesting you use the Debugger and see why your set up in the staging is not behaving the same way as everyone else. Check your configuration and how you have set up your site. If there is a theme overwriting SLP such as mentioned above in the one case you can change the layouts and add css via the Experience add-on.
Why email is not showing up in your staging site we have no insight since it is appearing on our test sites, as well as our SLP SaaS customers. Example of someone doing similar to what you are trying to accomplish . https://www.thecancerspecialist.com/specialist-directory/
As you can see email shows up in the results after search performed. search zio code 29464 or any.
They have our Professional Level plan. They are using the “Defaut” gallery style. I can tell what they are using because we have insight as a SaaS provider. For your site we have no such insight into how or what you are using or how you have set up your site themes etc. For example if we look at your map info bubble for the person you mention , the description goes beyond the bubble space and the photo of the person is too large for the space. I can inspect your site using any browser and dev and see that you do not have EMAIL shortcodes for the info bubble.
I have no idea what layout you are using or your overall theme.

We were referring to if you should consider as part of the Power add-on to enable contact included with the Power add-on that you already have
We do not log-into a users WPSLP Do it yourself sites to debug them or to change or write CSS to work with their overall themes.
Suggest instead you try a different Locator Style, and clear your cache if or when you change styles

CiciKeymasterI cannot replicate what you are describing. The emails show up in any that have them in my test site.
See screenshot, I added Bob Barc with a zip code and an email address that I made up and it shows up exactly as intended
Use developer tools and inspect your site to see if. you have errors, I do not know how you have your site set up. You can also use the Debugger to see if there are conflicts.
If you have Power add-on have you Enabled contacts?
That will have additional fields under results

If you need to change layouts use the Experience add-on. It appears you are using Peoples names instead of stores and I do not see addresses in your url site.
