I am touching base with you to find out if you received an answer from Debaat. If not, could you send an email to support so we can pass on the info directly to him via email? Please reference that you are a premier customer so that I can get the SLP developer involved. He might be able to assist you with finding a work around if SME is not working correctly.

Without additional information such as versions of the plug-in, any add-ons , your version of WP and your site url we may not be able to provide you with accurate information. You may want to peruse our Plug-in style and views documentation as well to see if your answer is in the docs site. Some views work better with responsive themes then others. CiciKeymasterDid you resolve your Issue? I do not see a url to check your site for errors. Did you check the WP page the shortcode is on to make sure it is in correct format?
CiciKeymasterYes you should have access to the Store Pages activation with Power. Check versions to ensure you have latest enabled, the Contact extender is also part of the power add-on so you can add the contact information. You will need to create your store pages if you need to modify to your own TEMPLATE see the Pages default template
Refer to the documentation site for info on using an enabling SEO Pages. The site is being updated so some of the images may be outdated but it will give you a starting point.

I am speaking with the developer now about whether or not Power add-on is being updated to 4.8.7 I do know the WP auto update changed some DB and tables which is why he had to patch the SLP base and Power Plugins. I thought that was done with power 4.8.6 but I will double check
CiciKeymasterAs noted in the support ticket to Lance, Your Google API is either not correct or has referrer restrictions.
Make sure you are using a Google JavaScript API key and it is unrestricted.
This is likely why your imports didn’t work , the geocoding step was slowing it down.

Without seeing what add-ons, versions, or site url to look at I cannot venture to guess what is going on with your site. Did you move your site? Are you on a shared server?
Has anyone inadvertently made changes on the page the shortcode is on? If a shortcode shows up it is usually a formatting issue…Did someone copy and past the shortcode?

CiciKeymasterCould you provide more info? Are you asking if , when entered in the locations data field , a websites url would appear but would not redirect to a website if a visitor clicked on it? In other words, do you want a website link to show on the location under results as plain text?
CiciKeymasterYour csv headers appear to be out of order. The screen shot you show has store, then an unnamed column, is that contacts?? Each column needs to have a data header field…,..Also you have a special character in th4e screen shot, in the phone number you added a plus sign,
turn on the Locator import messages when importing and it will show you which headers will load. It is difficult to troubleshoot your csv file since it is a screenshot of an excel or google sheet, those were the things I noticed, not having a header for what appears to be your contacts field (?)

If you do not have existing stores in new site do not use the sl_id shown in the example files in documentation.
sl_id column as those are unique identifiers.
Please , in any replies or posts, follow the posting guidelines when posting in the forums, need versions and which plugins you of SLP you are using. I assume you have the Power add-on but no idea if you have current version

CiciKeymasterIf you are referring to how the Results are displaying and would like to change which ones show up first, or want some ranked higher or features, or displayed by Name rather then distance, then you would want the Experience

CiciKeymasterCould it be something in your theme? I cant see what is going on in your site and cannot recreate the issue on my site. If you send a support ticket via the support form with all the details about versions of plugins etc the developer might be able to help you. If he needs to log in to see your back end that is under a paid support in the form

Thanks for letting us know it is working. Do you have the experience add-on where you can change the layouts in Search, results, map and/or add CSS?

Can you turn on debugging and send the debug log to support to look at?When updating via imports, if you have an existing location it would have been assigned an sl_id, the sl-id header column would need to be included with the correct location id to edit via imports. Assuming you do not want to edit each item manually. See the CSV and duplicates handling section.

We offered coupons for a year after they made purchases for people to update. SLP sent out mass email offerings to customers who bought Legacy add-ons in that year. No Legacy add-ons were discontinued for a year. We do not believe anything that was done could be considered dishonest. Looking at your site, you appear to be a web hosting company. Assume a web hosting company has paying clients? Multiple clients?Do you provide free updates and services for the lifetime of their product after one of your customers paid you? It is clearly outlined in the EULA that the plugin add-ons are to be used one per site. Please provide a list of your clients and we can offer them personal services. You have not provided the url for the site you are using the add-ons for.
You can also try rolling back WP update and SLP to earlier versions that will work with the add-on you purchased over 2 years ago. Have a great Tasmanian day!

that would require customization. The developer will need to know the exact specs case scenario before he can accurately quote you the number of code days required. For example, should the dropdown show ALL categories? Or just those on the “include list”?
Any customization work requires the premier subscription purchase and he works forward from there with communicating with you the exact case scenario.
CiciKeymasterHi, Do you have the Enable Contact fields in the back end under General/Data checked off? Do you have the import messages log checked off so we can see what is importing? Are you using current versions of the plugins?
I just imported this (see attached file) with these fields and the Notes data imported fine. I cant test your particular one pout because it is a screenshot. I would need a CSV file in order to inspect your fields.
See the Import message log that shows what was imported as well as the header fields.

“You can no longer use the back button in the browser and re-edit something, among other changes. This is part of the security patch I had to put in to satisfy WordPress”Try clearing your cache.
CiciKeymaster@Suzanne how were you using the Location form in the back end, the original poster said they couldnt edit it, but he also had add-ons. What add-on if any to SLP are you using. I tsted SLP v 4.8.7 with multiple edits and no Problems occurred.
