You are inquiring about the results correct?
under Settings/Results there is a checkbox to Hide distance.
Under the settings/Results Layout you can delete the lines you do not want to appear .
You will also see a documentation icon in the admin panel , most of the checkbox options will show a more info on the right side as you hover over the area. often there are links to the docs page there.

You may want to experiment under the VIEW settings, there are many styles that can be utilized. One may suit your needs to a tee, others may need to be tweaked with CSS.
If you would like a special style for results , if it does not already exist as an option under the View settings, , the developer can look into creating a specific SLP plugin style to add under Gallery styles for specific layout requests for Premier customers.
You have no add-ons? Just the core SLP plugin?
According to the WP Translation files
SLP latest version has 84% translations done. I see a few areas that may be problematic and have notified the developer.

As far as the .po and .mo file types , if it is an issue with one of the SLP add-ons , the developer will need to look at it. Are you using Loco Translate latest version?

Unfortunately, as you my have found out on your WP site, many plugins were disabled with the WP auto update 4.8.2. The developer had to patch and release new versions to work with the last two WordPress auto updates which basically made backwards compatibility difficult if not impossible unless you also rolled back old versions of WP, but there was no guarantee. We never auto update but if you are on WP they do. It’s the nature of the beast. . Over the years the core plug-in has been updated to use SMART options and the decision was made to minimize the number of plug-ins. Check the News about these Updates
Multi- map was a third party add-on that stopped working and the developer of that add-on stopped upgrading most of the third party add-ons. Multi Map was discontinued and no longer sold since its author abandoned it.
1) The experience add-on allows for CSS as well as layout variations and settings. You can achieve the same results using the shortcodes on a page, such as “only with =” Please see other shortcodes and Layout info on Docs site.
2) The Premier subscription allows you to display buttons and check boxes for categories instead of a drop down, Premier also has a lot of additional features and functionality that does not exist within the separate add-on framework. If you are also going to purchase Experience add-on and need the Power , Premier is the best value.
3) yes, the Experience add-on allows you to hide radius.
The Experience add-on also allows you to tweak the Results layout to eliminate distance on the results.
I do not see any orders in the system for power, last order placed by your name or the company was in 2015. If you do decide to purchase premier, you can forward a copy of your Power purchase to support contact us. If your Power purchase is recent they may be able to provide you a discount to upgrade to Premier.

I do not understand your question. Are you referring to translations about adding po file, that was the first person who was referring to the WPSLP ADD-ON…The base plugin is translated by WP translation team…You have not provided enough information. Could you follow the posting guidelines and provide the version info, plugin environment, site url where you are having issues , specifics etc.
Glomming on other peoples posts when your configuration is different, could even be different language files…unless you are both dealing with same company and same website, is not useful in a forum environment. For instance, WP just released another auto update, the person who started the post was using different WP version and perhaps different SLP version. One was talking about add-ons and Swedish another talking about no add-ons but Dutch and different browser issues.

Please reference that you are a premier customer so that I can get the SLP developer involved. He might be able to assist you with finding a work around if SME is not working correctly.

Without additional information such as versions of the plug-in, any add-ons , your version of WP and your site url we may not be able to provide you with accurate information. Did you resolve your Issue? I do not see a url to check your site for errors. Did you check the WP page the shortcode is on to make sure it is in correct format?
Yes you should have access to the Store Pages activation with Power. Check versions to ensure you have latest enabled, the Contact extender is also part of the power add-on so you can add the contact information. You will need to create your store pages if you need to modify to your own TEMPLATE see the Pages default template
Refer to the documentation site for info on using an enabling SEO Pages. The site is being updated so some of the images may be outdated but it will give you a starting point.

I am speaking with the developer now about whether or not Power add-on is being updated to 4.8.7 I do know the WP auto update changed some DB and tables which is why he had to patch the SLP base and Power Plugins. I thought that was done with power 4.8.6 but I will double check
As noted in the support ticket to Lance, Your Google API is either not correct or has referrer restrictions.
Make sure you are using a Google JavaScript API key and it is unrestricted.
This is likely why your imports didn’t work , the geocoding step was slowing it down.

Without seeing what add-ons, versions, or site url to look at I cannot venture to guess what is going on with your site. Did you move your site? Are you on a shared server?
Has anyone inadvertently made changes on the page the shortcode is on? If a shortcode shows up it is usually a formatting issue…Did someone copy and past the shortcode?

Could you provide more info? Are you asking if , when entered in the locations data field , a websites url would appear but would not redirect to a website if a visitor clicked on it? In other words, do you want a website link to show on the location under results as plain text?
Your csv headers appear to be out of order. The screen shot you show has store, then an unnamed column, is that contacts?? Each column needs to have a data header field…,..Also you have a special character in th4e screen shot, in the phone number you added a plus sign,
turn on the Locator import messages when importing and it will show you which headers will load. It is difficult to troubleshoot your csv file since it is a screenshot of an excel or google sheet, those were the things I noticed, not having a header for what appears to be your contacts field (?)

If you do not have existing stores in new site do not use the sl_id shown in the example files in documentation.
sl_id column as those are unique identifiers.
Please , in any replies or posts, follow the posting guidelines when posting in the forums, need versions and which plugins you of SLP you are using. I assume you have the Power add-on but no idea if you have current version

If you are referring to how the Results are displaying and would like to change which ones show up first, or want some ranked higher or features, or displayed by Name rather then distance, then you would want the Experience
add-on which allows you to change by either checking off or selecting from additional drop down menus in the back-end admin under settings, as well as , to customize layouts, results, searches and maps https://wp.storelocatorplus.com/product/experience/ Otherwise the Results that are displayed under your map will always show as by distance.See the Results Order by documentation for more info

Could it be something in your theme? I cant see what is going on in your site and cannot recreate the issue on my site. If you send a support ticket via the support form with all the details about versions of plugins etc the developer might be able to help you. If he needs to log in to see your back end that is under a paid support in the form

Can you turn on debugging and send the debug log to support to look at?When updating via imports, if you have an existing location it would have been assigned an sl_id, the sl-id header column would need to be included with the correct location id to edit via imports. Assuming you do not want to edit each item manually. See the CSV and duplicates handling section.
