Which colors of what are you trying to change? Fonts? Map? Plugin style? The Plugin style can be changed with the Experience Add-on
If you have Experience Add-on you can also add JSON or use Snazzy Maps, there are various color schemes in Plugin Styles and you can change Locator Layouts and add css with Experience add-on.

I’m not experiencing the issues, and my CSS has not changed , but I am not doing anything massive either..
WP did change something , I know that Lance had to go back in and change something on our site, either due to a WooCommerce , WordPress or JetPack update I saw this in the support about JetPack and WP changes effecting CSS

Check your settings. Under Search, Search Address Nearest, current map or Wordlwode.
Radius behavior, do you have it set to Alwsys use, only use after search or do not use?
Do you have a Discrete search filter besides append, A drop down search by City for instance?
A screen shot of your plugin environment and some of the settings on your back end would be helpful.
Here is some more info on your Functionality to limit results (Such as what is your initial search radius. make it smaller perhaps, number to show initially, do you want to disable the initial directory or show all results at start up ) Are you adding the instructions under results label to enter an address or city for best results etc.
Is your map using a google domain to search from, etc etc.
There are a lot of variables and you may need to go back and read either from the settings in the User Interface in the back end, each line has info tab and links to the docs site.

Do not geocode (skip geocoding) when importing is an option and can actually help you to NOT go over your Google Query limit. Pianni and Shad are both correct under Locations/Manage/Bulk actions you can select to geocode all uncoded or select.
I am more curious as to why they didn’t geocode, unless you had skip geocoding checked when you imported. I see in your screenshot you did not have any States (bundesland) filled in just cities( stadts) I want to make sure you are following the import docs so that you don’t have any issues going forward.
If you did not have “Skip geocoding” turned on it is possible that Google did not have enough information to geocode properly . or that your CSV file did not import correctly, Did you have any States in your csv file? You must have the header rows with the newer versions. See additional info on Importing large lists

P.S. You do not need a Google Map API key if this is not a new site. If the site was moved to a new domain or IP address then Google WOULD require you to have a key. Google query limits will apply in either case, see above Google geocoding errors and links for more info on docs site

As far as what is in the locator layout.
Each Plugin Style has different settings. That is why we suggest people use the theme and plugin style that correlate with each other. That Plugin Style you are referring to was specifically designed for NYLOBOARD years ago as part of a large customization project. It may not have been the best plugin style for what you wanted to do,
When a customization project comes to fruition over the years, the specific stylings and layout have been added as plugin style options.
Since you now see where your category class is coming from you can change it . As far as the Tagalong Legend it is included in your style , other styles you have to add the tagalong legend shortcode.
The Tagalong legend is derived whatever markers you added to identify those categories, See docs about that as well

The add-ons especially Power is for the Advanced users. It is assumed probably wrongly assumed that anyone using Taxonomies and Power has more than a rudimentary understanding of WordPress, Html, js, and css.
Please research the docs site, also there is still some content on the Old DOCS site, the screenshots and reference will not necessarily make sense, but perhaps you need extra help and need to request a paid support from Cybersprocket labs.
We do not portend to have an entire website specifically fine tuned for each industry with the use of a couple of add-ons for the general public. Most customization projects range anywhere from 1,000 to 3,000

In addition, inspecting your site, you are using more than one Locator Plugin. You can’t use both Store Locator Plus and WP Store Locator. It will totally mess with your site , cause the site to be very slow, and loading your Maps to be an issue, the calls to google from two store locators is causing Google to be very confused as witnessed by quite a few Error messages on your site.

CiciKeymasterI had to deactivate my add-on a couple of times and then re-activate it.
BUT I see your error is referencing Multi Map, multi map should be deactivated and deleted, it is unstable and is no longer being updated nor included with any bundles or subscriptions.
Please try that and let me know, if you could provide your plugin environment and website url in future posts we could shed some light and look into it further

CiciKeymasterAre you saying view all is a hyperlink? I don’t see that on my Above and beyond layout anywhere…Is it part of your category search. I no longer have your plugin environment so I am going back to all the forum questions…is it part of the Category legend or under view the CSS or locator layout? I do not see it under search layout when I change to the above and beyond.

if you want a search drop down they are already alphabetical , you can use the Widgets search by state .

I think between the emails and the forums I have tried to explain pretty much everything you are looking for, each time you are asking to do something else in addition , I did not see anything about having your states alphabetical. You asked about changing the results layout, about import functionality, about categories . I appreciate that you are taking more time than you would like to but you have a lot of variables that you want to change and that require extensive knowledge of CSS and HTML. Either that or you select a pre-built plugin style to go with your theme. Not one size fits all.
As far as the view all that is a CSS, you should watch the video on CSS.
We do not have a function to display alphabetically by state, you can see all the options on how to display the results and order them and change them so it may take thinking outside of the box.. if you want to do something like that you could assign and rank each location by giving all the states a rank . How to order results is in documentation.
The SLP add-ons provides the tools but if a site wants customization then the developer gets involved and that is time and money. There is no way to have a one size fits all , behind the scenes there are complex set of if/ then algorithms. and interactive settings. The developer is adding more results interactions in Premier. Anything new as in features and functionality is added in Premier.
There are new tutorials and a new Premier release that may help you decide how you want to move forward or give you ideas of a work around. .
CiciKeymasterIt is your theme. You have a lot of failures and most likely it is not using latest jquery versions required by WP and SLP.
The screenshot I have attached is from your site and it shows all the failures, they all point to bootstrap. I would contact the author of that theme or plugin

Distance is a calculation based on radii and location and starts with the search in order to pull and post the results/

The Info Bubble is pulling from the Locations panel info not from the results that are generated after” talking” to Google.
But if there is a way to include it in the future it will be released as part of Premier , currently Premier is 4.7

You do not need to download and use ProPack unless you are running OLDER WP version (Power requires 4.4 or higher)
I wasnt suggesting you download an old version of ProPack, you didnt provide your versions or what add-ons you had enabled or WP versions etc, your plugin environment,
, its up to you either use ProPack the current version (4.6.4) or Power version 4.6.xx
Yes, ProPAck was disabled when you updated SLP to 4.5.08 , but as announced with two separate posts in July there was a newer version and it only needed to be re-downloaded from your account.

BUT if you have Power on your site. then follow the export instructions. Go to Locations, Management/bulk actions see attached image
The updates were announced back in July a few times, also forum posts and it is in documentation under FAQ
So you have two options.
1) If your site is NOT running version WP 4.4. or higher, download the PROPACK LEGACY from your account, it will be version 4.6.4. It is compatible with latest versions of SLP and can be used on older WP version.
2) If you have WP version 4.4 or higher, download and activate Power. It will auto disable ProPAck and the other Legacy add-ons (see the comparison chart in FAQ) Then go to Locations Management and under BULK actions select export csv
I double checked your account . You have all the Legacy versions of add-ons plus Power plus third party , plus experience add-on. The Export function in Power is under bulk Actions.

If you are saying export function is totally missing with Power and you transferred your site then you may have done something wrong and not transferred all the files,,, read here.

The topics above may say Import or export but it is basically the same info…are you on a shared host, browser limitations, php configuration. etc/
We have clients with 200,000 locations/stores. They load only as fast as Goolge, your browser and Especially your server can load and render the map

Also what zoom icon? Is that something you customized or are you referring to Google itself? If it is the sizing in the map, try a different plugin style and see if that resolves it. If your theme is customized look at those settings as well
CiciKeymasterabout ForceLoad, that function was added because of the way some themes are written so it was a work around. So that makes me wonder if it is something in your server configuration or theme, so even unchecking the box may not help. See the section in Troubleshooting about that function. It could be a combination of updates.
The Power add-on is definitely quicker and more efficient and uses less overhead for imports so it might help but the Pro Pack has been tested with version 4.6.4 of SLP and it hasnt stopped working as far as I know. No one has reported it not working and I had no problem with your file but if there is an issue with the remote server uploads only with ProPack, it could take longer to track it down if you have some special configurations or javascript.
If you do want to update to Power send an email to support and ask for a coupon towards it since you already have proPack.
Since there is only one person doing the coding changes/ fixes, to achieve the efficiency he needed , the decision was made to not have 30 add-ons that would require updates and re work every time something in WP or the core plugin or Google API changed. ( See his blog about the add-0ns in December 2015 and March 2016)
I wish I could help more, I am at a loss as to what could be happening. Please keep me informed if you find something in the meantime
