Are you manually updating or when you deactiavte the base plugin do you see an update available since SLP  does not auto update like WP does.    I just tested on my site , had enable Pages on before updating Power to latest version.  As long as I deactivated and updated SLP base plugin first (which when I deactivated it it also deactivated my add-ons. (That is a feature that was added so people would not l crash if there was an incompatibility issue.)

I then just clicked on the update now under the Power plugin. I went back to check under General/settings

I did not lose the enable pages setting when I updated Power to 4.9.21

Did you happen to read Lances blog about not losing settings and the orde of updates?

    https://www.storelocatorplus.com/manually-updating-wordpress-plugins/

I am trying to figure out the steps you are taking so I can pass the info on to Lance before the next release.

Wondering if this is your customer/  I answered this type of question a few times in forums in the past but that zip code and town seemed familiar to me. Here is the answer i provided them

    https://wp.storelocatorplus.com/forums/topic/search-cannot-find-zip-code-of-one-of-the-locations/

When I visited that site I could not tell what query was being sent out since the site is highly customized.

when I went to my Commercial Google MAP and etered just the zip code i got this reply

    Maps can’t find 31069

Make sure your search is spelled correctly. Try adding a city, state, or zip code.

    Search the web instead

Should this place be on Google Maps?

    Add a missing place

Google Maps did (in the back ground)  offer suggestions,   Perry GA was one suggestion but they also suggested street addresses in FL .

may be an alternative since you have search enhancements as part of premier to turn on   the Google guesses function or autocomplte

    Hello Robert,

The developer has a pre release version SLP 4.9.22 that I am testing, it appears to fix the directions link.

It should be published for download in a a day .

I have reported the  directions redirect issue to the developer .

The renewal is not paying for   premier support but for the features and functionality that are included and updated on a regular basis. For example, your site uses Category selector vertical check boxes. That is a premier function. As is many of the specialized styles, auto complete google guesses, cluster map markers,  url  controls etc etc.

We answered you in an email.

You need to contact Google support about the Maps API.

We do not control the query quotas or  referrer restrictions.  It appears you have not obtained the correct Google MAP APis r are using the referrer restriction incorrectly

if you add an IP referrer you MUST have a google geocoding API as well.

we do not control the zip codes, Googles algorithms does.  For more accurate results Google suggests more info typed in. But as far as them misdirecting a zip code. They have done that before and we have no control over that. Perhaps you could add instructions for the search box to direct them to add more info.

As Premier there are some search enhancements that  may help you

Do you have Google guesses turned on? . or autocomplete for zip codes.

Use a browser  inspect tool and you will see this error message:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

Some people found that if they didn’t update WPSLP  base plugin first before Updating the experience add-on they had issues as described.

Did you back-up your site before making changes? You might want to  do that, then deactivate, uninstall and reinstall EXP add-on.

    Another thing to  check:

Check your results layout to see if the Directions follows the html anchor format.

If you are still not seeing the correct controls in your settings, you might want to restore to a previous back up if you recently updated and/or if you performed a manual update. (see authors notes  about manual updates)  , as always do any changes only on a dev or staging site. Double check your settings,

I am not sure what you are showing me, but in SLP if you have the experience add-on and premier activated: Under SLP settings, Under Map, Under Map Controls. you should see the zoom, full screen etc. where you can change whether or not it appears.

    https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/map-controls/

If you have those add-ons activated and there settings missing and your site was recently migrated or copied over, some database  tables were not copied over correctly.

Thank you , Are you referring to the zoom buttons on the front end or in the back-end admin panel under Settings MAP?

The link you provided shows the map taking up the full page and it is draggable,. (Do you have Use scroll wheel set under MAO settings?)

Could you check the settings for Map Height: When I looked at the url provided  it appeared the map height  was set at 100% in the CSS.

The initial map height in pixels or percent of initial page height. Can also use rules like auto and inherit if Height Units is set to blank. Do not set height at 100%!

    https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/map-panel-settings/

If you do not see settings in the back end, check to see if you have plugin conflicts using WP debugger.

The answer to “do you own the web site is ” Yes”.  We do not own your web site.

Please refer to the numerous news feeds,

    https://www.storelocatorplus.com/google-map-services/

    documentation and  forum guidelines

You need to obtain your own Google MAPS API if you are using the WordPress Store Locator Plus do it yourself free plugin.  alternatively a MYSLP fully   managed locator subscription plan you can compare the difference between the two here or on our

    HOME Page Here

If you continue to use WPSLP  follow the directions  How to obtain your google API key and where to add it under General/server settings

    https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/google-server-key/

In the future please refer to the posting guidelines and provide the information. The posting guideline also references Google API key.

The name of the url can be anything as long as it is public accessible.   Lance is working with a client who I believe uses remote file retrieval . I will ask him if there are any tricks up his sleeve about this

This is not a bug . Any Word preess Location plugin that uses google MAPS now requires a Google MAPS Javascript APi key and billing account.

    See news feeds here

    see documentation here.

The options are to obtain your own google MAPS Javascript API key and add your own credit card billing info to establish an account with google platform, or use MYSLP  ,  a subscription based software as a service and let the MYSLP team worry about the API keys.  There is also a load/transfer locations from your WPSLP base plugin into MYSLP.

Is all resolved  now? Revisited your site and it appears to be loading correctly.

You need to check for conflicts with other plugins. For example Smushit  is reported as being a culprit, or any other “minify” plugin.     https://wp.storelocatorplus.com/forums/topic/admin-section-not-allowing-me-to-click-on-anything/

Deactivate other plugins one by one to resolve.   Use WP Debug whenever you have issues like this. It will help you narrow down the culprit

P.S You posted back in April that you had Forceload Javascript because of your theme, we reached out to ask you if you had ever resolved that issue?

Forceload Javascript will also break SLP . See Troubleshooting guide.

We have not updated or changed anything. wp_slp_extendo  has always been in the code as part of the SLP core base plugin for over 4 years.

Somehow, , thru an update, or a restore or migration,  or  manipulation you have messed  up your database structures and data somehow.    I.e. circumventing SLP CSV Import or direct manipulation of the database or moving stuff between servers without resetting the proper meta data  that SLP uses to keep track of things like “what is the highest # location used so far”.

A proper staging => live migration using the right tools will NOT cause that.

You “might ” be able to use Janitor  to do the extended data cleanup  .   Nobody really  uses it as the best option in these cases is delete all the SLP tables, re-install/activate SLP to have it recreate them and reload the location data.

You MUST have the location data elsewhere — (the original server maybe )– because this doesn’t just happen on its own.

your  best option? Delete all the SLP tables and re-install from scratch. Your  data is completely out of sync now.

whomever did a data dump or  manual data dumps and restores but decided to skip the entire wp_options table and thus relevant SLP metadata is going to create this situation and be totally screwed up.

You are using an outdated version of SLP.  See versions.

that is  not your only problem. That site page has errors

Your theme appears to  breaking the SLP javascript.

    Follow the guidance under troubleshooting

    And here https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/q-i-see-a-gray-map-or-blank-map-and-search-does-not-work/

Use any browser dev tools and inspect, under console you will see these errors:
