I have had premium support for the past year. When I needed it, it was helpful – thank you. However, I no longer need the support and want it cancelled. I was hoping I would have been warned or prompted before it renewed, but I was not – I just received a notice that it automatically renewed. I want to cancel. Please advise.
The renewal is not paying for premier support but for the features and functionality that are included and updated on a regular basis. For example, your site uses Category selector vertical check boxes. That is a premier function. As is many of the specialized styles, auto complete google guesses, cluster map markers, url controls etc etc.
