    I am sorry, I am not  able to recreate your issue. The reports is working on my site as you can see by screen shots.

    The developer, Lance, has had to code and create reports himself specifically for WooCommerce so it is possible he could help you troubleshoot.  You can request a next biz day support to get him started but the is a paid support option.  We do not  log into peoples sites unless it is a request via the paid support option ( policy due to any risk factor and permissions) where you could provide a login. You would be requested to back up your site first of course. But I would go that route next since I cannot recreate the problem.

     

    P.S. we are on version 4.6.1 now

    Use the troubleshooting guide,

    You have a Plugin that is also using Geocode functions in the search. Follow the instructions for debugging in Troubleshooting, the easiest one is to deactivate  your Plugins one by one. There is a whole section that tells you what can interfere with your map.

    Plugin called  Event Manager , deactivate and see if map works ..if you look at the css in the EM plugin you will see it has reference to geocode.

    On your Main site I saw failed to load resource

    FAILED TO LOAD RESOURCES ERRORS that were directed to your Wp theme AVADA.

    The link you provided, is that a Dev site or  production site? because google apparently does not think you have an API Key. You cannot switch from Dev site to Live production site  and copy over all the data from WP seamlessly, also  if the key you are using is a geocode key, that is not the correct key to use for SLP, you need the MAPS API Javascript key

    Anything more than what I’ve provided for tips and suggestions is not my forte. You can ask for Support through the Paid support option, I do not log into other peopls sites, that is something you would need to order through paid support an the developer would look into it.

    Could you provide your Plugin Environment per posting guidelines? I would need to know what you are using , versions  and your site url.

    For instance do you have Experience add-on or another add-on with settings in  search  for Search “current Map” instead of World wide? There are additional settings in premier as well

    If No results are found a message comes up that you can fine tune in Labels.  Otherwise I suggest under Experience/Results settings expand your Radius to show initially to a larger number such as 10000 to get the most results to return on any search , in essence your map  with some locations even if they aren’t near them (that sounds what you would like to see).

    Your categories should already be linked to your locations if you see them in the back-end,( unless they were not imported correctly). In the Documentation use the keyword category

    Try using a shortcode  such as only_with_category =  “category_slug”on a draft page , The slug can be any that you want to use to test it.

    On your screenshot, I am wondering…How did you get the dates to appear under the middle section under the address of the results, did you put them in one of the  contact extender fields? Or are you using CSS?  Are you using event manager.? Ive not seen that before.   Or is it part of your theme?

    The screenshot you provided doesnt really show me what you want where., are you looking for the “words” under each result address field saying this is paert of the category “red” or ,  category called gospel choir,etc …That isnt the way it works.

    If you see another site that is displaying the way you would like please provide the url so I can get an idea.

    The categories are linked in the results as an icon and on the map as a marker if you designate that in the settings., you can add a legend for the icons but you need to add it to the locator Layout, you will not seethe  locator layout if you do not have the Experience Add-on.  If you want to change the Results Layout and appearance that is also  part of the Experience Add-on.

    I don’t know which map you are going  to turn off.  as long as there are two API keys active nothing will come back correctly so its hard to provide suggestions.

    I have seen some other sites using  Enfold that have had errors in the past.. I do not develop themes so cannot diagnose what is going on there. (  Cybersprocket Labs.com does custom themes. )

    You cannot have two Google Map API keys on the same domain querying Google at the same time. You can try to work around it but the process  that loads Store Locator plus that queries through the server and to Google and back to the server  is not getting through Google and you will never get the results you need nor want.

    Best option is to turn off your theme’s  google map API

    if you cant,

    you can turn off  the SLP MAPS , go to  General USER INTERFACE /JAVASCRIPT

    there is a check box there where you can   turn OFF SLP Maps, but if your theme is not using the correct API version all bets are off that this  will work. Your site had a lot of other errors (as mentioned) that are related to the theme so you could still have problems.

    You had not provided enough information when I first answered…Forum questions are generally answered between 0-5 days. Your first question was answered in LESS than 1 day, and  you still have not provided the information I requested. What is  meant by your PLUGIN Environment, a screenshot (see attached)  I know what you are asking but I do not know what you are using for  versions,or PHP.   I have attached a screenshot of what our PLUGIN Environment looks like

    I do this forum support part time, I am not on it every hour,  every day.  I try to answer people thoroughly , so some days I cant get to every person.

    I inspected your site (you can also do this, it is easy just  follow the troubleshooting guide)

    This indicates you have another Locator Plugin still on your WP site, you must delete it not just deactivate it.   another Plugin also uses a Google Maps API.

    it appears you have other conflicts, perhaps your theme CSS  you can see a lot of  Errors I cant print them all here.

    If you cannot replicate or  do not know how to process  debugging

    If it is urgent you can opt for next BIZ day support.  If your site needs one on one  Log-on support from a developer that is a paid option , you can find that also under  support.

    P.S. When you write in the forums each time before waiting for a response you are essentially “bumping” your topic. We answer the older forum questions first. Therefore by adding a “will anyone respond” it made your question appear to be 2 hours old. other questions that appeared to be  1-2 days old were answered first.  As stated in the forum description:

    I am not sure if the reports can be modified, possibly. You would need to send an email to Support contact so that it can be forwarded to the developer. It might need to be a customization.

     

    For bcc: There is extended data manager and Gravity forms, third party add-ons by deBaat.  You can check them out or ask about that in the third party forums

    Under Map, what have you selected for destination markers? There seems to be an issue with the GET markers from Google. Also do you have your Center map at and Zoom settings correct.

    If you are using special markers make sure you have the correct file path.

    You may need to translate the EXPERIENCE ADD-ON.   The EXP add-on po . mo. files are updated by users sending  their translation files . Lance will then upload it for next release.  Basically the  answer he gave you 2 years ago.

    WPML updates to gettext explained

    The BASE PLUGIN is translated via   WordPress  and you can contribute there that is why you see translations when you turn off the Experience ADD-ON..

    Oh I think I see what you mean now, that is unique.  How do you have your markers set up in the back end under the Categories tab, do you have “use default markers or use Home Map markers” ? …not sure how that works with Clusters…

    Site vsitors can currently pick a radius from the drop down menu, you currently only have two radii options, 20 and 50…I use about 5 to choose from on my site . In the back end ,  put parentheses around the one I want to be the default.  I usually have 10 as default .  I would have more miles in the  drop down to choose from.. 5 ,(10),20,50,100,200… I noticed you have like 190 in one cluster..you wouldn’t want 190 markers crammed into a 20 mile square radius.  (I like your site btw.) http://locl.org/oxfordshire/map/

    If something like that gets into play it will probably be part of the MY Store Locator Plus  project.

    Since I do not know your actual locations and if they are in the right categories

    I tested it with Children category and clicked find locations, all the results that came back seem to be all in the children and youth category.

    I am not sure I understand your question clearly.

    Since you have Premier Do you have “dropdown Autosubmit”  Enabled under Search?

    Can you explain exactly how you think it should work.

    I will ask Lance to look at your question because I am not sure I am following correctly. You are using Store Pages with Categories correct?

    You apparently never enabled or activated the key in your project. delete the key from the SLP General/server/

    Go into your Google Developer console project to obtain the correct api key. Here are the directions on our Docs site , follow the steps exactly.  Do not restrict your IP or domain (see Step 3)

    Using simple “Inspect” in Chrome you can see the exact  error message with the links  to the google error message page.

    I cannot tell what that pic is supposed to show me, I cant test it  based on a screen shot. Is zoom still an issue for you?

    Understand about WPML:  The developer has been working with the WPML team for years on improving the process.  I think he had that discussion with you years ago. Is the conflict with the Core (free) Store locator Plus or are you referring to Add-Ons?

    The “Add-on ” Language files may need  to be translated . If you do translate them and  send to the author , it can be  updated in the next release and you will not have to worry about it anymore .  We request international users to send us their translation files so that we can include them.

    He  recently updated the Experience and Power Add-ons for German and Dutch Translation files.  Instructions are in the plugin LocoTranslate and also In our  Documentation. (we prefer Loco translate)  (see screenshot)

    As mentioned , if you contribute you can earn perks towards add-ons. For instance, if you translate Experience Add-on to French and want an update to the Power add-on we will send you Power. So on and so forth.

    Could you provide a screenshot of your Plugin environment? (see Posting guidelines)

    I am unclear exactly what you are trying to do Do you want just categories to show up as part if the normal results along with all the other info or are you also looking for the legend?

    Did you check off under Categories Manager Show Icon array?

    Are you using default markers or the Category markers you assigned under the taxonomy/Category Manager panel?
    As far as where the category shows up in results, which add-ons are you using? Are you using Experience Add-on or Enhanced results where you can change the results  layout and appearance?

    You would not use Hide Unpublished unless you have categories incorporated with Pages.

    Version 4.6.1 Your German Language files have been included in the latest release 4.6.1

    The Base core plugin uses the WP translation.

    Read the Experience Add-on description and documentation to see what changes were made. You can request a coupon at the end of the Hosting survey if you choose to take that survey. Home page, in footer under premium members.

    Most software does not stay stagnant for 2 years. There have been many many updates and version releases over the past two years. For instance, there was a required update because of the WP update that changed the way the language translations were handled. SLP stays current with the latest WP updates. See the  changelog about the 4.6 releases under Info and News

    No we cannot support an old version of SLP for one customer. We have provided instructions on how to downgrade in Troubleshooting. go to the WordPress directory Store locator Plus plugin .Note: it is not recommended to downgrade , any  security fixes that occurred will not be present, and  depending on what version of WP they are running now as compared to before , we cannot guarantee compatibility .   I do not know what version they “used to have”  before upgrading so cannot advise you there. But the free SLP is maintained at the current version by the author/devloper.*  The release info for 4.6  of the base plugin and add-ons  here.

    * one person is  doing all the coding and bug fixes (see Posting guidelines) , I contribute a few hours as needed in support forums only.

    Note: They, or you as their intermediary, should always have a back up of your site.   If having a web presence is important to them as a business they should opt to pay the $8 a month or whatever the going rate is for one of many back-up services offered. You can research recommended back up on WordPress . WP recommends backing up  as best practice before updating their version upgrades as well

    They (or you) can purchase the Enhanced Results Legacy  VERSION 4.3.02  FOR $65 if they do not want to spring for the Experience or Power add-ons at this time. If they or you decide to upgrade to Experience a coupon  can be requested and  applied as long as not too much time has gone by.

    You are correct, if you delete and then reload via importing, new sl_ids will be assigned.  There is also the ability with the Power Add-on to assign your OWN Identifier (read CSV Duplicate updateshandling under the docs) so that you do not have to guess or look up the sl_id assigned number. The Identifier is part of the extended data. In other words it is not the same field heade as sl_id….it is header name identifier. That is something to keep in mind.

    The Enhanced  add-ons needed to be  upgraded to be compatible with  SLP 4.xx of anything back a  a few years ago if I recall..So .yes you would need to purchase a new one.  The Experience Add-on replaces all the legacy Enhanced Products as well as Widgets  and is version 4.6.

    If you take the Hosting Survey you can request a coupon code towards it,. You can purchase ER but it is Legacy. It does work with the current version of SLP  but will not be updated beyond the version it is now.
