Your header line data filed formats seem to be mixing apples and oranges. For instance you have sl_store, but “State” instead of sl_state. You have a bunch of empty spaces after the words and before commas, i.e.
WAITROSE AMPTHILL , and that is through out your csv file. You can see I have no spaces after any of my data fields I exported, they are commas..You should not use capital letters for categroy slugs. Location Imports information
For instance this is what my header line (data field names are) when I exported them:
sl_id,sl_store,sl_address,sl_address2,sl_city,sl_state,sl_zip,sl_country,sl_latitude,sl_longitude,sl_tags,sl_description,sl_email,sl_url,sl_hours,sl_phone,sl_fax,sl_image,sl_private,sl_neat_title,featured,rank,category,category_slugYou do not need all of them of course, for instance you do not need your latitiude and ligtitude if you are not importing those. When you uploaded CSV file did you choose, First row has header?
Here is a link to csv examples of and what your CORRECT SL_FIELD NAMES will look like.
Could you provide versions of Plugins and any other SLP add-ons if you have any , as well as your theme that you have and/or site url and which WP version?
A screenshot is best for these purposes. SLP 4.5.05 works with WP 4.5.xxDo you have Network Active Multisite WP configuration by any chance?
And you do or do not have the User Managed Locations add-on for SLP?

Not likely that the issue was created via changes in SLP, or we would most likely have heard an awful lot of complaints by now and the testing is fairly robust. I am guessing it has something to do with your CSS rules or theme,. Having said that, sometimes bugs are revealed that we are unaware of since there are so many combinations of unique settings and site configurations out there.
I can have the developer take a look when he can but he is working on two paid customization projects at the moment so I am not sure when he can get into looking at your site.
If you want to provide some login credentials and get on his schedule ASAP you would need to go through the Paid Support. If it is a bug on SLP’s part we of course would not charge you the support fee,. To get on his schedule to troubleshoot your site, please opt in for the level of Paid Support. you feel you need.
What you are looking for is akin to territories I believe. Territories is part of the Premier Subscription which also gives you access to all the add-ons and functions, features of Store Locator Plus. You might look into Directory Builder options if that would suit your needs. You can test premier and other options on our Demo Site

Yes I tested by going to your site, Firefox sends me a message saying , this site wants to access your location…but Chrome is assuming that , for the safety and security of their users supposedly, they aren’t even going to ask. If you are http, they assume you are not a secure site. If a site deems it as important for that message for everyone to be asked to share their location regardless, perhaps they should consider researching if converting to https, makes Chrome happy. .regardless if people do not want to share their location, they can say No to it anyway, at least for desktop surfing.
Are using WP 4.5.2? If you are still having issues you need to upgrade and also ask your theme author to upgrade. Jupiter is using jquery 1.11 and the current version of SLP and ProPAck are written to work with WP 4.5.2 which uses jquery 1.12 Test your site and see your error messages about headers, and your directory path to your icons, . Check your AJAX returns as well, there is a tutorial that will show you how to do it, it is fairly simple to follow. There are security patches with WP 4.5 , we understand that people do not want to update because their themes might not work properly but the solution is to either get the theme developers to update and fix the themes or change themes. WP has a plethora of ideas on how to test your plugins and themes.
See the Troubleshooting guide on how to do this. It is throwing the error messages and we can not promise you ProPack or your results will work correctly until this is addressed.:

Jason, Do you have the https:// SSl certification on your site? That is the issue with the Chrome server extensions. Those site who are using HTTPS seem to not be having the same issues.
Are you saying if you do not update ProPack and use whatever version you had before ( not sure since you ahvent posted your versions etc) that Location sensor with Chromne ext, 50 works but some other version of proPack doesn’t?
If you could shed some light on your Plugin Environment and your configuration set up it would be appreciated whereas everyone could share in the knowledge and the developer could look into what the differences are.
check your csv file formats, data fields etc. Sounds like you have some data fields incorrect or have not checked “first line has field names’
Yes search by name is an available feature with the Experience Addon
Please provide info regarding your Theme and WP version. What SLP plugin style are you using? Do you have CSS rules? There has to be something else interfering with the results controls. As mentioned it works exactly as it should on my test site. Since I cannot access your url to assist you with troubleshooting , I can only provide you the tools to try.
1) Have you tried to reload and /or Clear your cache
2) check that your theme or another plugin is is not overriding the results. You can use any browser debugger tools to see the settings. Here is Troubleshooting guidelines and it has a tutorial video if you need help.
3) If you recently updated to WP 4.5 , try the default theme of twenty sixteen. Some themes were not properly executing jquery and had issues. Or blocked or mismanaged the REST API that SLP uses. Authors post on WP updates. (Dont be fooled by the title of the post, it goes in depth about more than the Map since the functions and parameters are interconnected. )
4) You have show featured if in radius, do you have ANY locations marked or ranked as featured?
5) Do you have FORCELOAD JAVASCRIPT? If you do then it will interfere in your results settings

You can install free Janitor and see what all your settings are at, and if you need to clear out anything under the SLP, options etc.
I have attached a screenshot of the janitor back end that shows initial results returned. There are more settings under there as well.

As mentioned in prior post, you will not get any Pagination features unless you upgrade to Premier, results pagination is a premier feature.

It will not Paginate after 4 unless you have Premier subscription add-on
Pagination is not part of the Experience add-on.
If you have disable directory you do not need to put at Startup as zero. Disable Intial directory is used if you have Show locations immediately checked.
Under Experience search, do you have a default with parentheses?
Under Exp/search do you have discrete and radius behavior as only show when address is entered,
play around with it, This is what I have set up and it works for me.
We need your Plugin environment, are you ujsing the latest tagloing with the latest SLP? Is the file path correct where your icons are located. Do you see under Tagalong Tab the box under MAPS. If it is checked it will use your default markers and not your tagalong markers

Are you using WP 4.5.2? WP 4.5 uses jquery 1.12.13, if you click on the links it should bring you directly to the line that is using the old jquery. The above references are not core WP I believe they are part of Revslider.
Are you still using the Buy-US animate css file , because that is not loading and is failing as well as the one that is also nder the buy -us, I do not know if that is an icon, a marker or a link., whatever it is, it is pointing to the wrong file path evidently.
If it is in your child theme you might need to fix it in both places, those are Not part of WP core.

You should fix wherever those paths are and incorrectly identified under your buy-us
One other setting, Under Search Experience do you have radius behavior as always show or Use only when address is entered?

What do you have set under Experience/results “At startup” to show initially and radius to search initially, if you lower the radius there it should help.
Have you disables the Initial Directory if you have Show Locations at startup? Are you setting it up so that the results only appear after the search?
Also you haven’t mentioned it, but what is Experience, order results settings? Do you have closest furthest or other setting?
How did you load the locations? Did you load them one by one manually or using ProPack (I do not see ProPack so assume you were adding therm one by one)
If you have incorrect data that Google cannot geocode then your address may be incorrect or some of the fields are missing and there is not enough info to process the query.
Do you have a theme that is updated to be compatible with WP 4.5.2? SLP maps are javascript intensive. Unfortunately I cannot troubleshoot for you since the url is your dev site. Here are some suggestions about geocoding erorrs

There are some add-ons that will give a count such as how many locations in a certain city, that would be directory builder.
there are so many variables that you set to get the results you want it would be pretty tricky.
For instance you are asking for number to come back in the searchers area. that would indicate that one would need to know the location, either through location sensor or IP address. Browsers work differently on those accounts. ( See location sensor documentation) and what would come back if a searcher browsed or search incognito? It would come back as no results and that probably isnt what you want. The search and query to Google is based around radius (which you set) of either the map, or default for the search. (How SLP search works)
It is an interesting concept though, and you can query the developers to see if it is possible to customize something like that for you.
That is not a current function of the free SLP plugin

Ok, let me try to help you figure it out. You have Elegant Themes by Divi, Divi had issues when WP went to 4.5. “Divi is known to be incompatible, yes, our Master List (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/read-this-first-wordpress-45-master-list) contains a fix for this that does not break Core jQuery though.”
Have you checked and updated? It appears it is using old jquery 1.11 or one of your plugins is using that, which indicates it could be what is creating issues with your map.

I did an Inspection of your site , it appeared you are using Elegant themes diviv2.2 and they are up to 2.7 now. It isnt always not loading the map but stopping the map from loading correctly as well. If they have not been updated it will interfere with the Map and cause all sorts of peculiar happenings.
, it is either your theme (most likely suspect), an something appears to be using old jquery 1.11 which indicates the update to WP 4.5.2 and not updating the other plugins and themes could be what is creating issues with your map.

P.S. Clarissa, when you say no locations are showing up, where are they not showing up? In the back end admin panel under locations or on your front end results? Please provide the info above. Also what versions of WP are you using? Screen shot of your Plugin Environment is most useful. You can find it under the Info tab
In order to answer you with a possible solution, please provide your Plugin Environment and other pertinent info requested per the Posting guidelines. We need to know what versions, what add-ons etc that you are using. as well as the site url (if we need to check for conflicts with other plugins)

POWER add-on is in Pre release if you wish to explore and test on a dev site.
After updating your add-ons and EDm are you able to obtain the functionality you need?
