    Hey Cici,

thank you for your information. I was able to fix the problem with the map. The reason was the missing credit card.

    Best,

    Jürgen

    Hey Cici,

I already thought that the problem is the missing Google API Key but I don’t know where I have to enter this key into Store Locator. Nether the configuration nor the URL (www.polizei-bw.de/dienststellenfinder) has been changed.
Remark: the plugin is deactivated at the moment to avoid error-messages.

    Plugins:
    – Store Locator Plus – 5.2.11
    – Store Locator Plus – Experience – 5.2.11
    – Store Locator Plus – Power – 5.2.11

    Environment:
    – PHP 7.3.14
    – mySQL 5.7
    – WP 5.3.2

    Best,
    Jürgen

The topic is resolved. I found the field sl_url in the database to be filled with the url.

    Thanks,

    Our SLP environment:

    – SLP Ver. 5.2.11

    Add-Ons:

    – Experience Ver. 5.2.11
    – Power Ver. 5.2.11

I used the shortcodes as shown in the defaults – in this case [slp_location web_link]. Now I changed the shortcode to [slp_location url_link] and the result is (Example):

    <span class=”slp_result_contact slp_result_website”>http://6005088</span>

    Hi Arnulf,

that has nothing to do with the software-release. You have to separate the shortcodes like this:

    <span id=”slp_bubble_zip”>[slp_location zip suffix ]</span>
    <span id=”slp_bubble_city”> [slp_location city  br]</span><br/>

Note the additional space before the shortcode in the second line. You can see the results on our page https://www.polizei-bw.de/dienststellenfinder

    I hope this helps.
