Please disregard my previous comment about the site running 4.9.19 – it was using an invalid API Key. Once it was updated, the search function worked as expected.

PaulParticipantNo, I haven’t enabled the location sensor feature as of yet.
PaulParticipantUpdates installed and working as expected. Thanks again for the support and thanks for the shout out! Have a great weekend.
PaulParticipantPlease disregard my previous post (August 30, 2018 at 5:17 PM). Must have been a caching issue. I’ll wait for the Power update to be published. Thanks for your help!
PaulParticipantWhile deactivating Power resulted in initial zoom behaving correctly in Safari, it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue in Chrome or Firefox. Sorry, just noticing this now. Which browsers did you use for your test?
PaulParticipantThanks, Cici. I’ll wait for the update to be published.
PaulParticipantAfter disabling Power (Version 4.9.17) the map loads with the desired initial zoom of 4. This isn’t an ideal solution but thought it might help you narrow down the problem. Thanks
PaulParticipantThanks for your reply. I am only having issues with the initial map being shown. I would like to see a map centered in the middle of the U.S. with an initial zoom level of 4.
The map loads as desired (with z=4) when I’m logged in as administrator. However, when I view the public or live version of the page (directly after clearing cache) the initial zoom level loads at 14 instead of 4.

PaulParticipantOK, thanks. I wanted to mention that while zoom settings are not reflected in the live version of my page, zoom does appear to behave as expected when viewing my page as administrator.
PaulParticipantThanks for looking into this, Cici. The zoom level was always set at 4. I attempted to change the zoom but those settings were not reflected on my page either.
PaulParticipantI did a clean install of Power and all is now resolved. Thanks again, Cici!
PaulParticipantGood morning, Cici. Thank you for the reply and the info.
I am currently attempting to upload a CSV file with four columns of data representing just over 1,300 locations (headers used: store, latitude, longitude and url). None of these locations were loaded previously.
Prior to selecting my file, when I hover over the ‘Select Your CSV File’ button, the pop-up text reads “No file chosen”. When I hover over the button after I select my file, the pop-up text displays the name of my file. However, the file upload never seems to initiate. Is there something else I’m supposed to do after selecting the file to initiate the process? I’m sure I’m just missing something…Thanks again for your help!

November 20, 2017 at 7:03 PM in reply to: "Decompression Failed" – SLP-Power.Zip – 4.8.62017-11-19 #55060PaulParticipantI am seeing the error message on the Downloads page (https://wp.storelocatorplus.com/my-account/downloads/). A screenshot is attached for your reference.
I attempted the download without success in Safari, Chrome and IE. If my memory serves me correctly, downloads for previous versions saved to my local drive as unzipped folders. For some reason the latest update is saving as an unreadable zip file. When I attempt to upload the file to WordPress, I receive the following error message: “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”. A screenshot of this error is also attached for your review.
