    I am just wondering where I set the map –  search settings to be “worldwide”

    I am not sure where to put ‘worldwide’.

    OK so the only way to have a locator that can show locations in multiple countries is with the experience add-on?

    Where do I find the Troubleshooting?

    I had to launch the site today with out the Power add on activated.

    Yes I exported the info after reading the documentation.

    I placed the API correctly in SLP under General/Server/Google Developers Console/   Google Browser key (NOT   Google Business license.)

    I feel like you are not understanding the problem:

    “Are you trying to find locations closest to the person (location sensor enabled) or do you have a specific search map area in mind (requires Experience add-on) where you would use the short code something like this.”

    Right now I am just trying to find a location via it’s zip code. I enter a zip code of a known location and I get “no location found” – I have entered the location so it should be found.

    SLP works and finds the locations fine when I disable the Power Add on.

    I just spent $240 for this add on and it is not working and you are not understanding my problem that no locations are found when using the Power add on.

    I have checked all the settings. Please tell me what settings I should have active in order to have this add on work.

    I changed the theme to a default theme and still no locations found… 🙁

    I am finding no locations found when search with correct zip code. 100 mile radius. I have drop down menu for categories. What other info do you need to know? Please let me know and I will send to you…

    I exported locations from another site using Power Add on  and imported into this site. I added categories in this site.  The searches do work when power add on is disabled.

    I am not restricting anything from Google MAP API as far as I know…
    What is the link above you gave me? https://maps.googleapis.com&#8230;. It wants to save a file to my computer.

    OK I had to deactivate the Power plug in 4.7.10 – I was getting an error message. I have upgraded to 4.7.11 now. I have two categories set for now. I still get no results found. I put in a zip code of a location and search by category for its category and I get – No Locations Found… I do not know what information you need now. http://2017.amantii.com/dealer-locator/

    I have the Google MAP API set up in under the General / Server tab in the Google Developers Console panel.

    Please help.

    OK I updated the plugin and I no longer get that error. Thank you.

    I updated to Power 4.7.10 – I search by “any” category and still no results found. I search by a category and still no results found… 🙁  Please help…

    I am having the same issue. Just purchased the Power for $250 and no results are found.

    Hi Cici

    Sorry I forgot to mention it is a multi-site environment. The “sub” site does not use it. Just the top main site.

    To answer your questions:

    1 – No the site was not handed over to me. I created it.

    2 – what is a multi site NAM?

    3- No User Managerd Locations add-ons being installed except for ProPack which is not activated.

    I include a screen shot of environment. I hope this helps.

    What other info can I give you.

    It just seems strange. The radius works fine on my other site. http://sierraflame.com/dealer-locator/

    Any other thoughts?

    OK I re-installed. Same result. – But I did see the info flash on the screen and then it is blank again only showing what is on the screen shot I sent.  Not sure what to do. I have Store Locator Plus : Pro Pack installed but not activated.  Not sure what to do now.

    I have renamed the plugins so that I can work and view the site again with out the plugin.

    Hi

    I am in a multi-site environment but only using the plugin in one site.

     

    I uninstalled the plugin on the site. Now I get this error when I try to do anything in the admin. dashboard. Can’t create new page or anything…

    I can not do anything in the dashboard. I can’t get to network dashboard to uninstall/delete.
