    I cannot believe this… and I am kicking myself for not doing basic debugging. We installed an anti-spam plugin (CleanTalk) and that was it! Sorry for the panic, but we rely on SLP daily. Thank you for your help!

    Now the map is showing again, but search functionality is still broken. At this point I’ll just pay to have someone fix it, this is crippling our business. How quickly can one of your team do this for us?

    OK, so I installed 4.8.7  (the last version we had before the issues started) and now my site is popping an error message saying it’s requesting an API key. Our API key was already saved in SLP, but I generated a new one any way and am still getting the error. Any ideas?

    I am not seeing that because I am not trying to add locations. The locator simply will not work when you enter an address, city, or zip.

    We have a Google API key, and it is saved in SLP. Locator is still broken!

    @Cici help me understand where I can download the old versions – I clicked the link you shared but I still cannot find them.

    Also, we have been running SLP for two years and it was only this last update that broke everything.

    It’s clearly an issue with the update. @cici can you provide us with the previous version to install? This will at least give us functionality while your developer sorts out the problem.

    @cici I was already responding to the issue in the merged thread. It is critical we get this working as soon as possible, it is causing a massive inconvenience to our business. The search simply DOES NOT WORK!!! Please help!

    @cici thank you for chastising me like a child in spite of me paying $700.00 a year for your services, great customer service there. This issue happened when we had both WP 4.8 and 4.9 installed.
