    Is there anyway someone who is more knowledgeable and helpful can jump in on this question? It was working before.

    I’m going to either cancel this service or just keep posting till someone cares.

    It was recommended to me to use the tags as names and it worked fine before.  It’s not working now and I’m paying for premium support.  I don’t understand, nor will I pay for additional support.

    I think the better option is to use a more effective locator with real support.

    Everything looks good from my end.  Please feel free to access the site and fix what ever is broke.  I just really need this working.

    I just sent the plugin environment.  I have to admit, I have had so many problems with these plugins and support has been so slow that I’ve had to try and fix the problems on my own.  I reactivated the Experience plugin and removed the “OLD)” from the folder.

    It is still broke. I changed the all the plugins too “OLD” just to deactivate and test.  Why is the site looking for the name “OLD” and how can I fix that?

    All the add-ons should be updated.

    I switched maps and lost everything I had. I don’t understand.  Now the TAG search is gone.  THERE IS NO MAP BUBBLE LAYOUT and now I have lost all my work!!!!

    This is awful

    Sorry I never got the email this was answered.  There is no Map Bubble Layout under settings in MAP.  There is no HTML or shortcode at all, except for the markers.

    Thank you, but that didn’t really help.  For example, hoe can I move the submit button away from the address field?  I want the button at the bottom of the form, not in the middle.

    I also don’t want the tag field at the bottom, but the top.

    Please let me know the file I need to edit where the HTML or CSS code that controls the search form because the documentation you sent didn’t answer that.

    That is great. So I paid the $275.  What now?  There were 6 downloads.  I tried to install one and it failed.  Can I get the help to install the premiere VOER the Experience that I have now?

    The coupon code was entered and it’s telling me I owe $275.  That is not $50.  I thought the signup fee was going to to be waived.  I need to fix this ASAP.  Please respond ASAP.

    I spent $200 on the Experience level.  I figured that would do this.  Do I have to spend $250 more just to search on tags?
