WordPress Plugin Isn’t Working

Hello,

The Store Locator Plus plugin I have installed doesn’t seem to be working. Every time I try and click on one of the tabs (ex: General > Admin – to enter my subscription info), it looks like it’s loading it, but then goes back to General > App. I installed the plugin from my downloads after purchasing the Premier Subscription.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

This is the screen I get…it says ‘Activating…’ at the top, and then defaults back to the App tab…

Support is in communication with you via email regarding troubleshooting., We think it is being timed out by your browser or low limits and suggested contacting your host provider. Also your version of WordPress is not up to date. This may or may not be an issue.
