We have been using the store locator for several years. In a recent update of the plugin, the search result now do not match the locations. The configuration is the same, locations have not changed. I have attached screenshots for reference.

We need the info as outlined in the posting guidelines. (Screenshot of the location page does not help us identify your issue.)
Please review the guidelines and also check the versions currently in production for updates that are shown n downloads in your account.
If the issue is the geocoded location does not match the Google location, that is an issue for the Google API dev team.

The second screenshot has an UPLOAD Error as you can see, the file size exceeds the limit. We cannot view it.

I think someone named Amanda has sent the info as far as versions,
but we do not have a clear understanding of what the exact issue is.
Is it that the locator does not return specific zip codes? What is your search radius settings?
We noted to Amanda that you are using PHP 7.4 which is no longer supported and some SLP code is specific to PHP 8.xxx
But it’s possible that isn’t the issue, I cannot determine without some specific info as to , what steps you are taking, what layout are you using? I noticed you do not have the radius drop down as part of the search layout.
Again, it might be a glitch with Google not returning correct info regarding your search parameters .
So if you could be specific that would help
The developer did troubleshooting and answered in the e-mail sent by the last POC from your company who also asked questions. The developers answer for anyone else who stumbles across this question:
You have TWO Store Locator Plus® input forms on your page
The SLP plugin’s JavaScript says, “Find the input with the ID ‘addressInput’ on the page, grab the data and get the latitude/longitude for it, then go find locations in the database nearby”.
With two of the same input ID on the page it will always grab the first one that matches.On your page this happens to be hidden, thus the user never interacts with it.That means it will ALWAYS empty.SLP will get an empty address and default to searching as if your default “center map” location was entered.
