Updated to SLP 4.5.08 – stopped working

Just updated to 4.5.08. Plugin instantly stopped working. Please help! Deactivated & re-activated with no luck. I’m also running Multi Map, Enhanced Search & Pro Pack. Do I need to update these as well? I’ve never had to before.
