Our instance has also stopped working at https://idealimplant.com/find-a-surgeon/.

Valerie ALWAYS Please start a new thread. Samantha is a brand new customer and it wasnt a matter of her getting an existing plugin to work, She is trying to set  up a whole brand new site that we are helping her with. That is why its never good to Glom onto someone elses post. Also I did a search on your site and it worked
