The zip code 90210 does not work on the form. Even though there are locations in 90210.
https://idealimplant.com/find-a-surgeon/

90211 works, 90209 works.

The request is…

https://idealimplant.com/wp-json/store-locator-plus/v2/options/filtered/message_bad_address

The response code I get is…

{“add_to_settings_tab”:false,”allow_empty”:true,”call_when_time”:null,”classes”:[“quick_save”],”default”:”Could not locate this address. Please try a different location.”,”get_items_callback”:null,”is_text”:true,”options”:null,”show_label”:true,”slug”:”message_bad_address”,”type”:”text”,”use_in_javascript”:false,”related_to”:null,”value”:”Could not locate this address. Please try a different location.”,”initial_value”:”Could not locate this address. Please try a different location.”}

Google Map Keys look good, and i’ve flushed the cache.

When I look at the request for 90211 it is this…
<span style=”color: #cdcdcd; font-family: consolas, ‘lucida console’, ‘courier new’, monospace; font-size: 12px; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: #202124;”>https://idealimplant.com/wp-json/store-locator-plus/v2/geocode/cd66e61ef99f9ca9493759dcca95ee76/us/90211</span>

Yep, I see that. That is most likely a Google problem. Which is why you see the message ” Could not locate this address. Please try a different location.”

Since you are using the Plug-in version and managing your own Google API keys, they need to provide you support as to why they have decided today not to recognize that zip code for Beverly Hills. Or you can try turning on Show Address Guess to try and circumvent Google if you have a Premier subscription. This article by the developer can shed more light on how Google has different data sets and algorithms for their commercial Maps

P.S. I looked at your site since you did not provide us with your Plug-in environment and I see the versions you are using can be updated for your account. See versions

Example of Others reporting bad addresses using the Google API can be found in

issue tracker.
