We have purchased yearly subscriptio so we have installed those plugins: “store locator plus”, “store locator plus – power” and “Store Locator plus – premier”.
We’ve try to upload a .csv file on our staging site (648 lines) and the file stay at 0% loading. Tryed multiple times and only first time there was a partial upload (150 lines) and then stopped working.
The file is showing in the Media Library. I don’t have any messages on the Load page. Any suggestions?
Here is the plugin-enviroment.

Please Provide the url where your Locator is deploying please.
It sounds like your browser or CRON job may be timing out.

July 12, 2020 at 10:58 AM #79480CiciKeymasterAre you using the remote file retrieval or scheduler?/ If so that issue is being worked on. The WP CRON and customer servers are effecting the ability to schedule remote file retrieval. Do not use scheduler. Manually uploading your file should be fine , following the import guidelines in docs for the csv file fields.
if the csv files are correct then check the suggestions under:

We set the csv file to a directory on the server, set the import schedule and time and hit the Schedule Location Import button. And it just defaults to blank values and does not run.
Is it possible to get it to work like it previously did? Are there logs that would tell us what may be happening?
October 12, 2020 at 4:02 PM #81319CiciKeymasterThe scheduled import has issues with the order in which WP runs the CRON jobs.
This is on the to do list. You can check CRON issues on WordPress to see if there is a work around
