ENEOSParticipant
Cici,
Thank you so much for your help. Our staging site was behind a authentication form. WP-Cron was getting an 401 because of that. I’ve removed the authentication form and it is importing.
Thank you again! Very helpful!
ENEOSParticipantI do see the csv file in my media library and I can download the file from the site’s url. So I think that should be set. We are in a staging environment on wpengine. I’ll look through the crons and try to manually run any cron I see related to SLP and get back to you.
Thank you!
ENEOSParticipantThank you for your response Cici,
I have tried with and without the sl_id column. Both times the import gets as far as this:
https://puu.sh/zfgJq/e379fe7f43.pngWe are reuploading to the exact some WP Site. Same domain, server, etc.
The file is 199kb with the following headers:
sl_store, sl_address, sl_address2, sl_city, sl_state, sl_zip, sl_country, sl_latitude, sl_longitude, sl_tags, sl_description, sl_email, sl_url, sl_hours, sl_phone, sl_fax, sl_image, sl_private, sl_neat_title, featured, rank, category, category_slug, marker, store_user
There are 1799 rows including the header row. Nearly all of them have a lat and long.
There are no Import messages. Let me know what else I can do to help.
ENEOSParticipantThanks, it did help with the spacing issue. I am not seeing the second line of hours. I’ll do a little more testing and get back if I still have questions.
