Hello, our locator is currently not showing properly or functioning at https://idealimplant.com/find-a-surgeon/ the code <span style=”color: #5a5b5c; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;”>[SLPLUS] is on the page, and the search fields appear, but the initial map is not showing, and searches do not bring up locations.</span>
I also just received an automated email from my wordpress saying SLP is causing a fatal error on the site:
<span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. </span><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Store Locator Plus®. </span><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>First, visit your website (</span>https://idealimplant.com/<span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (</span>https://idealimplant.com/wp-a<wbr />dmin/admin.php?page=slp_info<span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>) and check for any visible issues. </span><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.</span>
<span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>WordPress version 5.4</span><br style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;” /><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>Current theme: Enfold (version 4.5.2)</span><br style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;” /><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>Current plugin: Store Locator Plus® (version 5.5.6)</span><br style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;” /><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>PHP version 7.4.4</span>

I went to the site url, it took a while to load, but I performed the search for zip code 29464 and the screenshot is what came back.
An email from somewhere does not show us any causal relations.
what it does look like is perhaps you have not updated your them to use latest WP.

I performed a second search by zip code, I entered zip code 01886 (westford MASS)…i see all the results within 100 miles with the closest first. I noted the closest as Chelmsford but the zip code has dropped the leading zero.
It is not formatted correctly whenever you imported the locations, did you do that using Microsoft Exel?
Here is info on that issue.

WordPress is doing a “test run” of the code in a sandbox. Our plugins are inter-dependent. In other words, you cannot run the POWER add-on without having SLP plugin version xxx installed. WP engine that checks for those errors is wonky and throwing emails out to people getting them all up in arms.
Your search is working , in the future could you please provide us with a screenshot of your plugin environment, It shows us what versions and SLP addons you are using, the plugin environment we are referring to is under your SLP/INFO tab
