November 19, 2019 at 6:08 PM #70577CiciKeymasterI cant read this post but get the gist fronm your post in premier
please provide screenshot of the WPSLP Plugin environment found under the INFO tab . if youn= updated SLP and addons to 5.3 and tried updating Premier to 5.3 the error message will be produced only if you are not on WP 5.3…since I cannot see your environment I cannot confirm
Under posting guidelines
When posting provide your WPSLP Plugin environment found under the SLP plugin Info.November 19, 2019 at 6:17 PM #70580CiciKeymasterWord Press changed a Walker Class (base primary object in WP used in a few places of SLP code) so that the WP 5.3 version no longer works with code written for WP 5.2.6.
November 20, 2019 at 4:09 PM #71133ChristianParticipantThank, Cici – just noticed the new WP version as well. I’ll be updating WP after hours sometime this week & will let you know if this solves the issues. No idea what happened with the garbled message that reverted to code. Sorry about that & thanks again.
November 24, 2019 at 10:48 AM #71338ChristianParticipantRunning SLP, Power, Experience – all version 5.3. Updated the site to WP 5.3. Premier plugin still not updating. Screenshot attached.

It will not auto update. And look under the WPSLP Info tab, shows plugin environment …is it showing WordPress as updated to 5.3 there?
I know my WP would not update to 5.3 because of my server too slow and it is a huge file.
November 24, 2019 at 3:01 PM #71350CiciKeymasterP.S. You are showing me the Premier plugin on WP plugin admin panel, that isnt what I meant by plugin environment, i need screenshot under the SLP/INFO tab. That shows what versions of all including php and WP…
To do manual update follow here
November 25, 2019 at 11:42 AM #71396ChristianParticipantPlugin environment screenshot attached. I had to download the plugin in order to update, as you said. Thank you for this information. I will now continue with my other post (“Loading indicator not working”).

I answered that though. Not sure what is going on, double check that you didnt lose that setting when updating premier, check to see if it is checked off. Not sure if your theme or configuration or the categories drop down menu would interfere with it but it is working on my site.December 12, 2019 at 5:04 PM #73519CiciKeymasterNotice from our developer:
“Something is seriously wrong with FloeIntl.com’s setup — it is sending requests in flurries of 6-8 requests in a 30s span…their server does not appear to be saving transient records in WordPress which means they are validating the premier license every time a premier feature is accessed. This will likely slow down their site quite a bit as every page SLP is on will ask “is the premier license valid” to our server first and wait for a response.”This needs to be fixed ASAP . I will send you an email from our support channel and/ or have you connect with our developer on Slack channel to guide you through the issue. It would be useful for you to be on the Slack Channel where the decvloper can help you when he is online and not coding. If this is not changed , and our server is continually hit, it is contributing to our server capacity being used up by these constant requests.
