Hi, I’ve been pleased to get the Power+Experience all wired up and run an import from a CSV. All the locations came through, including Tags and Categories. The only other Extended field my clients are using is the “Notes” field which did not import. I have tried it with both Upper and Lower cases in the spreadsheet, but no luck. Here is a snapshot of the csv spreadsheet in Google Docs: https://www.screencast.com/t/dFkS2yS0. Is there another header I should be using?
ThanksOctober 5, 2017 at 2:00 PM #54678CiciKeymasterHi, Do you have the Enable Contact fields in the back end under General/Data checked off? Do you have the import messages log checked off so we can see what is importing? Are you using current versions of the plugins?
I just imported this (see attached file) with these fields and the Notes data imported fine. I cant test your particular one pout because it is a screenshot. I would need a CSV file in order to inspect your fields.
See the Import message log that shows what was imported as well as the header fields.

The log was turned on, and it did list the notes in the headers, and in fact it did import the notes. I think the problem was my clients didn’t see it on the front end, and that’s my fault I didn’t put the notes in the HTML output for the front end display. I hadn’t looked in the Locations list far enough right to see the notes there (they don’t exist for all records, so I had to look for some).
Thanks again, looks like it all worked properly after all.

quick question. In the output of my results, the Tags get a <br> placed in front of the div, it must come from within the shortcode. I have it like this in my Results settings: <span class=”slp_result_tags_title”>Ages Served: [slp_location pro_tags]</span>, it outputs this: https://www.screencast.com/t/K08cGWwCDaQm. This is the page: http://www.hydroassoc.org/physicians-directory/
I could probably remove it with javascript, but it’d be nice to do it from the source. Where is that shortcode so I can edit it?
thanksOctober 6, 2017 at 11:15 AM #54699CiciKeymasterHi Amanda,
Thanks for letting us know it is working. Do you have the experience add-on where you can change the layouts in Search, results, map and/or add CSS?

The site appears to have the Experience add-on. Ti change the results layout and more, please refer to the Documentation site here.
https://docs.storelocatorplus.comuse the keyword results or Layout. For example, see this page
