Pantheon and Adding/Importing Locations

I am having a heck of a time getting the store locator working with a Pantheon hosted WordPress setup. One of our clients is moving their site to Pantheon hosting and the admin will not allow adding a location OR importing a csv (with the addition of the Power extension). Anyone have any advice? I have attached the plugin environment details (with the url blacked out – this is a dev site). Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I personally have never used Pantheon.

Have you tried contacting their support people?
