Simply put, our Store Locator Plus plugin (v. 4.9.10) is not working on a HTTPS url. We have a valid SSL certificate the our API key is accepting requests from the URL.

March 19, 2018 at 3:43 PM #56339CiciKeymasterPlease provide your Plugin environment
https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/store-locator-plus-info-plug-environment/which will show us versions etc.
See posting guidelines.
Your theme or another plugin is breaking the javascript needed to execute SLP Follow the debugging guideline if you cannot isolate it. The easiest way to isolate is to turn off plugins one at a time. To test if the theme is overriding and breaking SLP.
change to a WP default theme to see if that fixes it.follow the troubleshooting guideline here:https://docs.storelocatorplus.com/blog/q-i-see-a-gray-map-or-blank-map-and-search-does-not-work/
March 19, 2018 at 4:16 PM #56346CiciKeymasterI noted that you just updated to premier.
Make sure your site is backed up. Especially if you recently migrated from http to https , hopefully that was done before any migrations.
Make sure you have the Power add-on
and the experience add-on downloaded.
If you updated just SLP and left the old legacy add-ons, they will not work.
They should deactivate any of your legacy add-ons.
