My site did crash but we restored everything and everything is working… with one exception. Store Locator Plus shows that there are over 800 locations but in the results it says that there is no data. PLEASE HELP!! I even exported the list and it shows all of my locations and then imported them and they added but do not show. Can you please help me!!
check your WP tables., obviously something did not restore correctly.
We have no insight into the self managed WPSLP plugins, the locations are not stored on pur server (unlike the MYSLP SaaS products)
