I am trying to update the settings page but cannot click or highlight any characters on the settings page. The sub tabs do not work and cannot click on any fields. I have tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating it but nothing. Any ideas what could be causing this. I have Premier 5.1, Store Locator Plus 5.0.5 and Power 5.0.4. Also using WordPress 5.1 and PHP 7.2.15 and MySQL 5.5.62.
Any help would be great.

Are you using SMUSHIT or something like that that minifies? That was a reported conflict from some of our users months ago. You will need to deactivate it.
Other suggestion: go through the WP debugger or troubleshoot by shutting off all other plugins one by one to rule out conflict.
You should have a backup to restore to if anything goes awry. P.S. It is suggested as WP best practices to Update MySQL to 5.6 or higher
