Delete the Store Pages Legacy Add-on. The Power add-on replaced the Pages and since you have Power you do not need the legacy add-on.
The Pages menu with Power had moved so it might not be obvious, First set enable pages under General/Server tab. Once you have done that you will see Pages under the SLP logo
