Weird alignment with the address search bar

We’re testing out your plugin and have it installed on our staging site. For some reason the alignment and look of the address search bar above the map displays with weird alignment and everything looks jumbled. How do we fix this? I’ve attached a screenshot of the plugin environment and also the alignment problem we’re experiencing. Thanks for your help.
